This was my second experience with buying a car and it was wayyy better than the first. Avery at Frankie s Auto Sales was amazing! He was very kind, cooperative, respectful, honest and helpful. He kept in contact and he kept me updated on new cars coming on the lot. I just bought a 2017 Ford Fusion and I am happy! Thank you to Avery & Frankie s Auto for making my purchase easy and comfortable!

All the staff at Frankie s Auto Sales was very nice and worked hard to put my son in his dream car. Avery Rosen our car sales man made us feel comfortable and was very friendly. This was my first time financing a vehicle and I thought it was impossible but we drove off the lot in the exact car we came for! We have been so excited about our purchase and the whole process. Thanks again Avery and the staff at Frankie s we still have the biggest smiles on our faces.

Going to Frankie's was the best decision I could have made as a first time buyer. Joe was my salesperson and was great, he was patient and very informative of the process. He made sure to help in any way he could and gave me so much insight on the car I had in mind and in the end it worked out because I drove away in my new car! Lace was also a great person to work with, he made sure to get the best offer for me while financing my car and answered all questions I had. Thank you guys, you really made my day and are a great team!

Great service! I bought my first car ever here and you can imagine the nerves that come with a big purchase like this. Todd took time to get to know me and provided me with such an incredible deal. I felt well cared for and the great customer service I experienced made it easy for me to make the purchase and recommend others to do the same. Truly a friendly, genuine company!

Avery was so very helpful with me!! he sold my last car to me and I appreciated him then. I bought a Nissan Marano and he went through and showed me a lot of how things worked on the dash. I have a lot to learn still, but he said if I needed help I could come back and he would help me. The purchasing part went very smoothly, and I m so grateful to have this new vehicle. I would buy from you guys again.

I purchased a car from Frankie's almost 2 months ago. The process was pretty easy and the price was fair. A few weeks after I purchased the car, the "new car" smell started to wear off and the car smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. When I called they told me I could try changing the air filter, but that was it. Now I need to pay extra for an ozone treatment. If I had known someone had smoked in the vehicle, I absolutely would not have purchased it.

My in person experience was good but after that was total confusion. I went on a Friday and was told for the car I was interested in I needed a large down payment or a co-signer. The next Tuesday I called and said I have the down payment for the vehicle and was told I will receive a call back with info on what the monthly payments would be. Once called back, I was then told no on the down payment only a co-signer and also was told to look at a different vehicle on the lot that WOULD take the down payment and even gave me an estimate of the monthly payments. I asked how much exactly would the payments be and was told I would get a call back within 20 minutes. 2 hours later I received a call back saying no to the down payment AGAIN and only a co-signer. I took my down payment elsewhere and got a car that evening. I m not sure if the same bank that wanted to work with me on Friday was the same bank being spoken to both of these times on Tuesday. I got the run around and was on a major time crunch. Hopefully no one will have to go through this trouble.

I purchased a car this week from Frankie sAuto my salesperson was Avery. Avery was an outstanding sales person. He was polite, knowledgeable,and answered all of my questions. Avery made this experience awesome and I will be returning and sending other business his way. Overall, it was a great experience.

They've got clean cars, and an excellent sales staff. I was appreciative of the time the took with me and keeping the shopping experience low-key and relaxed. Would definitely go back.

With me being young with no credit I really appreciate Delacey & Todd for actually taking the time to help me find the perfect car for my budget and for my family . I definitely recommend ! Terrible experience I purchased a car from them not too long ago and after I bought the car and signed the contract I found out the battery and alternator was janky. They told me they would fix it and it would be about a week. I finally get my car after waiting a whole week just to find out they gave me another janky alternator. You ll be better off going to CARMAX!!

I'll prefice my revuew by saying I've never been here. I was taken aback by the conduct of the female driver operating the company's black jeep on February 15th. Her reckless driving and use of profanity do not align with the standards expected of a reputable business. Consequently, I have decided that should I ever be in the market for a vehicle, I will not consider this establishment, nor will I recommend it to others.

I have been buying cars from Frankies for many years and always have excellent service. The sales staff is wonderful. My salesman is Avery I have bought almost everyone of my cards from him. I ve had a couple different when he wasn t there but he s primarily my sales person and the service after you buy, the car is excellent, if you need a good car at fantastic prices, go there mention my name and they will treat you very well

We had Avery as our salesman and he was AMAZING, He came highly recommended from a friend. I was not sorry that we went to back even after I swore I would never go to this establishment again. I was able to come in with NO APPOINTMENT, and able to get my car same day. Mr. Avery took great care of me and shared some extremely great information with me on cars. I ll definitely be returning, and they even do oil changes for a discount if you got a car from here!

Great customer service, didn t feel pushed into a deal, they allowed me to bring my own mechanic to check out the car before purchasing, they were very adaptive in helping me find the car within my price parameters and needed features. I d buy a car from them again.

I had such a great experience! I hate being stuck at a car dealer for hours trying to get to a fair price. I experienced none of that. There was no back and forth haggling. They had their price, I had mine and we then came to a reasonable agreement. I was there less than an hour! Everyone was super helpful. I will definitely go back in the future and I recommend checking them out!!

This would be my second car I ve purchased from Frankie s and i really love there customer service mainly dealing with Jo he was patient and understanding, i explained what i wanted and he delivered just as such but even better. If your looking for that type of person JO would be that guy he s amazing.

Stopped in on a whim. Only ever dealing with larger dealerships in the past. Everyone was very kind, helpful, and honest. I was very comfortable and super happy with my experience. Dean did an amazing job and wasn t pushy at all (which honestly made me want to buy the car even more) He was very easy to converse with as well. Scott was super helpful and went over all the financing options thoroughly. Everyone had a pretty good sense of humor too! I am so happy I stopped here and super happy with my purchase! Thanks guys!
