I ve been using the services of asc 2 for 2 different vehicles over many years, they are amazing at what they do they ve been able to solve problems that bmw and Kia dealerships were un able to their prices are fair work is swift and efficient could not recommend more

Nicole is very helpful as is everyone else at ASC2. For someone who normally does all their own work I will only use this place when I do need to bring my car to a shop. They always get me in as fast as possible and pricing is very fair. I Have had them do work on my vehicle many times. They always work with me to get me the best price and they make sure I know what they are doing to my vehicle. I took my car there (40+ miles from my home) to repair a leaking oil filter housing. They told me that they would need to replace the oil cooling unit with the housing as it is one piece. 2 days after dropping my car off, I got the call that it was ready for pick up. Immediately after driving out of the lot, my engine light turned on. I pulled into the gas station up the road, checked the code and called the shop. The code (p06dd) was signaling an issue with the oil pressure sensor. Which is located on the back of the newly replaced oil cooling unit. The tech told me that the shop was closed for the night and that I could bring the car back the next day. I returned the next day and handed the keys over to the guy at the front desk. After about 30 minutes, he returned and told me that there was no longer any engine codes, therefore there was no way of telling if anything was wrong. Upon checking myself, the engine light was not illuminated. A couple days later, the light came on again and the code was the same. I called the shop and scheduled a weekend appointment. Same thing happened. By the time I got the car to the shop, the engine light went away. I explained to them that the engine light never came on the entire time I had the vehicle and that this code was specific to the work that was performed. I was again told, that because the engine light wasn't on, there was nothing they could do...This was almost 2 years ago. I ended up buying a Bluetooth scan tool that I would use to erase the code when it would randomly appear. It go to the point though, that resetting the code didn't work. Obviously I didn't want to pay close to 1k again - especially after the poor service I recieved. I decided to do the work myself. Upon doing so, I found that the sensor in question had been connected to the wiring harness that was missing the locking clip. Which means that vibration from driving was causing movement of the wiring harness. Which explains why the engine light would illuminate and go off on it's own most times. Sadly, the lack of care was present throughout the work area ( i.e., missing nuts, missing harness locks, broken wiring loom mounts.)I WILL NEVER WASTE ANOTHER DIME WITH THIS SHOP.100% DON'T RECOMMEND.Only added 1 star so I could warn the public. This business is horrific. Poor work price gouged. Lied to,treated poorly. Had myself called names about to by the owner who did the lying and poor work! Reported to the better business bureau and the response was more lies. This man owes my family about $11k he also damaged property tried to cover it up and put myself husband and infant daughter at serious risk because he did not hook the exhaust up to the engine or seal leaks so we were sucking poisons everytime we got into vehicle. It also took more than a reasonable amountis for of time to rebuild an engine without actually doing the work. October to March to rebuild an engine at 3 times the cost?! Nope. This place is garbage more to say not enough space! You would be better off trying to do it yourself isnt that what YouTube is gor?!! DisgustedService: General repairs & maintenance

Staff went above and beyond when I took my car in for a simple repair. They noticed that a previous repair from a different shop did not meet standards and made the proper adjustments to keep me and my family safe.

Took my car in for some overdue service. They were friendly the whole time. Clearly explained what needed to be done and provided multiple updates while work was underway. Price was more than fair, as well. So happy to have such a great shop so close to home!

I wish I could give more than five stars. They are honest and fair and fair and did a fantastic job on our car. They took the time to figure out the real problem instead of giving us the quick fix and their price was fair. We had gone to a dealership and not only was their diagnosis wrong but their price was twice as high. Very highly recommend ASC II and they will definitely have our business going forward.

Used ASC II a couple times and they have done great work on our car. A couple issues with scheduling and communication but it was ironed out and they were very professional.

We have dealt with SAC forever because they are fantastic. Quality service, good prices. And friendly staff equals what a repair shop should be. No wonder they're successful and usually busy. Jose has done a amazing job and we wish them much continued success.

After having my car worked on here i've had nothing but problems. Before taking my car in never had any issues. Now my transmission leaks, check engine light goes on and brakes make a weird noise. Go here at your own risk.It really pisses me off to have to pay so much in repairs and they cant get it right.

Always a great experience! Everyone is so nice. Got me in last minute for oil change. Great comfy seating area with coffee selection. I feel they always go above and beyond to make you satisfied. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

ASC 2 let me keep my mustang there until I had enough cash to finally get it fixed which was a pretty long time, they're now starting it because I finally had enough cash to get it done with and they always do a fantastic job with everything that they do. The staff if extremely polite and they are extremely good people to work with. This from now on will be my only place I take my cars to

We have been taking our vehicles here for a several years, our last visit is why we use ASC II. The truck had a problem staying started, at the end of the day, they found the problem for a lot less than what they could have charged me, explained the situation, and ALL employees were friendly and professional! ASC II ethics are among the highest we have seen in todays businesses! Keep up the good work!

My 2008 Saturn Vue was making a scrapping sound from the transmission. I was passing it down to my daughter to drive to work and school and wanted to be sure it was in sound mechanical condition. Jose quoted me his price for repairing it. While working on the trans, he discovered a second problem with the transaxle. This brought the cost above the original quote. I was given the new estimate and the work was completed. When I picked up the vehicle a technician showed me all the parts that were replaced and explained exactly what work had been done. Even though it wasn't any fault of theirs, I was given a discount on the cost of repairing the transaxle. My daughter has been driving the car for over a month now and it rides like new. I would definitely return to ASC for great service and a fair price.

Had to take my van here after getting from a dealer because brake issues were overlooked. Also had them do an oil change and inspection on the vehicle to see what condition it's in. Back brakes were replaced and all. Costing me almost $900 which is way overpriced because they did more than I told them to. Then within a couple days of getting it back weird noises were coming from the end. As I driving down the turnpike the noises got louder and more prominent. So I pull over at 9:30pm only to see 3 of the 5 studs and lug nuts completely sheared off the wheel hub. Whoever did the inspection on my van DID NOT tighten the lug nuts back on all the way causing the tire to wobble and the studs shear off on the turnpike putting my passengers, our dog, and myself in danger. If I didn't pull over the wheel would've fallen off. I cannot believe I paid that much for them to put us at risk of our lives.

Got the muffler fixed on my Honda Civic. They got it done in less than a few hours, for the right price. And they fixed my bumper for free! Great job ASC II... I will be back, hopefully nothing else goes wrong with my car, but if it does ill be back :)

THANK YOU ASCII CREW! You have saved my " bacon" on three occasions. The last repair was the scariest but you put my mind at easy and reassured that you could fix my vehicle. I was given a ride home after I dropped off the car. I am sincerely grateful and appreciative of all the service you guys provided. My car was repaired the next day and I couldn't be happier. We have been getting our cars serviced for several years and could tell you that your car is in very good hands at ASC. Not only does your car get serviced in a timely manner but you''ll be greeted by a very friendly staff. If you are taking your vehicle anywhere but to ASCII you are making an error. No one in the business is more knowledgeable and technically proficient in repairing and maintaining your vehicles. Don't take my word for it try them and I am certain you will be of the same mind.

They charged a family with a quadriplegic child, 2000 dollars to repair the van that has the wheel chair lift, it ran a day and broke down again.
