I took a flight from Memphis, TN to purchase a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer from Glass Capital Chrysler. I had an amazing experience in this car dealership, everything went perfect. Very nice place, very clean, staff was very polite and attentive, especially Dylan Franks, he is the best salesman I ve ever met. Brain made the Finance Manager made the flow of signing the paperwork a smooth transition. I enjoyed my experience and my purchase. Thanks guys!!!

Glass capital is a great place to do business with. Brock was not the usual pushy salesman. He took time to listen and was patient with questions we had throughout the buying process. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there was an extra $398 fee on the purchase agreement for sellers options for an item called pulse protects that had already been installed previously as an add on item, not something I had installed. Still wasn t a deal breaker for me because the truck was listed at a good price.

I went in thinking I couldn t afford a Jeep at all, but came out with a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport. I worked with Dylan Franks and he listened to all my wants along with the must haves for a Jeep. I didn t think we would find one that fast, but within a couple weeks we found it. I asked Dylan every question under the sun and he answered all of them. If he didn t know the answer, he found the answer for me. Now, it is a dealership. Their job is to sell vehicles to people. Thats a no brainer. If I wanted to walk away from anything shown to me on that lot, I felt like I could. They wanted the right Jeep for me and if that just wasn t the case then it wasn t a big deal. I didn t think I was going to find a Jeep so I backed away from looking. Dylan asked me to come see one more Jeep and then we could determine from there what to do. So, I went and that was the Jeep I bought. Dylan broke down all the numbers, taxes, charges, and everything in between. He was awesome to work with and I would recommend anyone to him. Small town dealers are def better than big dealers! What a great time we had w this deal. Super easy to test drive, super easy to work w Brock our salesman and Brian with finance. They were fair and laid back. No pressure sales. We had never gotten a photo w previous MANY purchases and they did-thank you for that! It may have been quite a drive for us, but this had to be the best experience buying a large $$ item and they stayed late, with no feeling we were holding them up. Well done!

3 vehicles purchased, 3 amazing experiences. After I was unexpectedly in an accident, I was once again on the search. I told Nathan what I was looking for, and within a day he found the perfect fit for me. The customer service is impeccable, and the comfort I felt while going through this process is surely something you can only find in an incredible small town business, with high quality staff, such as Glass Captial. I bought my 2009 Toyota truck from here. Dylan was really great! He got me in right away and found the truck I wanted. Great service and nice and easy to deal with! Would recommend anyone asking for Dylan as your salesman! He knows what he is doing!

Thanks to Dylan for helping us to find a use car that met our criteria! When we first contacted him what was on the lot didn t fit our needs, but he came back to us a few weeks later with something just under our desired budget and considerably under the miles we assumed that we would have to sacrifice! The thing I like most about this place is that I can sit in a very comfortable chair and read while they service my Jeep! Would highly recommend and have! Great place to purchase a vehicle also. They went over and beyond for us when we purchased!

Don't ever take your vehicle there to get repairs. I have a warranty on my jeep then when I went to get it fixed they wanted to charge me alot more then my deductible then on top of that it wasn't even fixed properly. I took it because of4x4 light came on.left and hadn't even made it home mind you I only live a cpl blocks away. I took it right back and all they said was the light didn't come on when it left. I have scheduled another place to take it to so I can get it fixed properly and to find out if they fixed what they said. If I find out they didn'tlooks like the next place I'll be going is thecourthouse !!! They also wanted to charge me 7 1/2 hrs of labor when they only worked on it not even 5hrs. When I brought it to their attention Adam decided to tell my husband he didn't feel appreciated . I guess I should appreciate my jeep not being fixed after they charged my warranty company almost 4000. I should also appreciate them wanting me to pay for 7 1/2. Hrs of labor for 5 hrs work!! Yes indeed I'm sorry for not appreciating that!!!!

I m a first time car buyer and they made everything go very smoothly for me and explained everything when I had no idea what they were saying! The crew is very sweet and I ve had no trouble with my car and I ve had it for a couple months now. 10\10 definitely recommend

After many years of my Nana needing a new van that was suitable for her needs, she finally took a trip to Dunkirk and that s where she met Jeffrey.Her first impression was a 10/10. Every other car lot she went too, no one came out but Jeffrey sure did! She said he made her feel welcome, he explained the process thoroughly, and was very patient and knowledgeable.According to Nana, she would recommend Jeff to ANYONE needing a new vehicle with quality service. I personally agree with her and suggest you make the trip! 5 STARS

Absolutely do not buy a vehicle from here. Staff is extremely friendly and will do what they need to do to get the sale. Bought a truck and drove it for one week then it broke down. My warranty wasn t registered when I tried to use it so it postponed repairs being done. Not only that but I had to pay $700 out of pocket right after buying the truck and I had contacted them almost daily to make things right. Still have yet to have any resolution to the issue and still have not had anyone reach out from management. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Being the dead of winter (literally 7�F) during our visit, Fuqua warmed us up with their hospitality and friendliness. I was on a mission to see a Ram to upgrade from our 2002 old faithful Dakota Quad 4x4.Timing was everything that day and our salesman opened with "Hello, guys good to see you again, by the way... it's got heated seats and steering wheel."How do you beat that, "Where do I sign?"Our salesman, Jeff Zeiger has always been helpful and responsive to our requests, and handling the financial transition between vehicles was seemless.I easily recommend Fuqua and it's staff for their 5 star attention to detail and service.
