My wife has been looking for a Bronco Heritage Limited for several months now. The ones we found in Florida were as much as 25k over sticker. The ones we found outside of Florida which had a reasonable markup were too much of a hassle as the dealer would not assist with shipping. At Kelly Ford not only did we get a very fair deal on an extremely limited production Bronco but they scheduled the shipping and really made it a very easy purchasing experience, I would like to thank the whole team at Kelly Ford for their help.

What a great experience from start to finish. Being a Z-plan buyer(father retired from ford) with the crazy economic times most dealers aren t accepting the discount off the lot, but Tom Kelley chose to support the Ford family and accept the Z-plan discount. Added bonus car free car washes for life!

My first trip to Kelley for service since moving to a new town. They got me in with an appointment within an hour for an oil change, and fixing my tire beads on 3 of the 4 tires. The synthetic oil change did not cost any more than anywhere else and I was impressed overall.

I took my 2019 Ford Explorer in to a Kelley Body Shop to get a quote on painting my hood and came out with a new hood and paint job covered on warranty by Ford!Jonathon wrote up 2 quotes for it, but offered to check into it because of the corrosion. Thankful he went above and beyond for me.I also went ahead and had them replace my damaged side mirror at my cost.Highly recommend Kelley Automotive Group and all their services!

I worked with Nate West and I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new or used car! He was very polite and knowledgeable the entire time! My Dad had his car in the shop there to have a ball joint put on and an alignment done. I picked up the car for my Dad because he had to leave town for work. Upon leaving the dealership grounds I heard a clunking noise coming from somewhere underneath the car that wasn't there before and the car pulls to the right so bad that I cannot let go of the steering wheel without it jerking the car towards the ditch. It seems to me that more damage than repairs were done to my Dad's car and I wouldn't recommend taking any car to this establishment. Nor would I buy a vehicle from such a cheap dealership. No telling how far they are willing to go to get an extra dollar even if it means destroying someone else's property

We drove 2 hours to get my Bronco an its the best decision ever! They made it as easy as possible and they were ready for us as soon as we got there! Great experience an we would definitely go back if we're ever in market for new or used car!

Overall experience was fantastic. From the moment I met my salesperson Nate to signing my deal with the fantastic Kim Baker. Each step of the process was seemless and enjoyable. A lot of options to buy cars online but then miss the chance to meet and develop relationships with these fine folks at Kelley Ford. Stop in and check them out!

We purchased a used F150 from Tyler, and he was great to work with. The finance guy Jason was very helpful and made the process smooth! The guys in the service department were very friendly and efficient. After communicating about a minor mishap, the manager went above and beyond for us, which we greatly appreciated.

I had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle at Tom Kelley in Decatur, IN. Jeremy Daugherty and his entire team were great. They got me in a vehicle that I absolutely love!!! They were able to meet all my requirements for my down payment and monthly payment. I didn't spend the whole day in their office and they made me feel like I was part of the Tom Kelley family from the time I first met with them. Great group of people who know exactly what they are doing when it comes to selling cars.

All the people involved with my latest lease were exemplary. The deal I received was the same that I requested early on in the process. They listened to my concerns and acted on them. I have no buyer's remorse at all. I am very pleased with the Tom Kelley dealership and of course with Ford. After all I have leased 6 Ford vehicles in the last 6 years. That should tell you something.

The one star is for Curt, the new service advisor behind the desk. His customer service skills are outstanding! Unfortunately, his job is made quite difficult by the poor level of workmanship that the shop has demonstrated over the past several months. Simple tasks have been fouled up by whomever they have working in the shop. A leaky oil filter after an oil change left a mess on my driveway. Another oil change stripped the oil plug threads on my son's car, and they tried to cover their mistake by attempting to charge him for the repair. Most recently I had some recall work done. Whether it was necessary to unplug the mass air flow sensor or not (highly questionable), they returned the car to me with it unplugged. It ran like a clunker with the dash lit up by orange lights. They didn't notice this when they drove it around and turned in the keys to Curt??!! My wife drove it home like that in disbelief that the dealer could have returned our car to us in a worse condition than how it was given to them. I would too, but given this year's history with the Kelley service shop, I'm coming to expect it.Note to management: Don't lose Curt! (And hopefully you haven't lost Tom Hawkins in Sales yet...great guy!) Just lose the careless practice behind the scenes. I'm removing all service patronage for now until the "help wanted" crisis is over, and warm bodies are replaced with competence again.

Sales rep Adam McCoy was very knowledgeable & took the time to answer my questions along with showing me the many features on the different vehicles that I looked at. He was very patient with me & spent as much time as I needed while I made my decision as to which vehicle I thought would be the best fit for me. When I took delivery, Adam helped me get some things set up on the car & showed how to navigate to get what I wanted to show on my dash. He made this a great experience for me. I would definitely recommend Kelley's and their team.

Tom Kelley's team is professional and courteous. My salesman knew all details about the vehicles I considered purchasing. Due to the distance from my home, we concluded part of the purchase by phone, text and email. Everything was smooth and satisfactory. I strongly recommend Tom Kelley Ford.

Jeremy was great. They were very friendly and helpful. Our vehicle needs work before finalizing the transaction, but they were upfront about it and we knew with a used vehicle it might have a few issues. Looking forward to seeing how this new vehicle works out for our family!

He was low pressure, easy going, extremely easy to work with, and friendly. The financial part went just as smoothly. Overall, I was very pleased. I arrived about 30 minutes early and they took me in immediately. They said about 1 hours, but I was finished in 45 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and the general atmosphere was very positive.Though I have had my vehicle for a year, it only has 3500 miles . Because it has been a year I wanted everything checked. They said that since the mileage was so low, a tire rotation was not needed. This is where the ONLY negative comes in.The recommended tire pressure is 45. TWO TIRES register 45, one 46 and the back rear 36. Although this is evident on my phone readout from the FORD app, it was not detected, or corrected. That was a disappointment. I was unaware until I checked my app on m way home.Letme AGAIN emphasize, it was a good experience.

New: I got to know later that the Equinox 2012 that I bought actually has the high oil consumption issue well known in the market and it was sold to us without the fix and I can't have it fixed for free anymore because it was sold to us with high mileage. Tried to get a solution from Kelley but only thing I got was an offer for a trade-in deal for 40% of the price I paid for the vehicle.Old: My personal experience buying my car at Tom Kelley was really amazing. I really appreciated the attention of the staff in special the attention of seller Jeremy.

Jeremy was the only salesman that we spoke to but I highly recommend him. Was personal and very comfortable to be around, he also had some good advice to give. I will continue to use this place for future purchases. Had an issue with our used car a month in and they gave us a lot of help with financial issues. I recommend buying their motor and transmission extra coverage package if you buy used.

Best service on buying a vehicle!! They were upfront and honest with us about the issues the vehicle had. ( We bought an as is Lexus) They fixed the two issues it had and didn't charge us!! They even gave my husband a loner vehicle while his was being worked on!! Amazing group of people to work with!! Nick kept in touch with what was going on with the car until it was ready to be picked up!! Amazing customer service all the way around!!

Just wanted to say buying a car is stressful but when you have an awesome sales person like Jeremy it made it a little easier. He was so helpful and knowledgeable in getting us into a vehicle. If anyone out there is looking for a new or even used vehicle I would highly recommend Jeremy Daugherty. He's not your ordinary sales person that's just there to get his check. He will go out of his way just to make the car buying experience less stressful. So with that said I would like to thank Jeremy for all the help that he did for my family and i.

Great car deals and service. Got my daughter a car and it was a great deal. Just didn't like spending half of a Saturday for finance. Need two guys on Saturday to do that. Otherwise is was great. Just got my first new truck, Tom Hawkins and Dave got me a great deal and treated me right. First new Ford F150 and very happy with it.

My wife and I recently moved here to Berne, IN. Today I bought a new, left over model 2016 Ford F-150 Lariat from Tom Kelley Ford in Decatur, IN. I am extremely impressed with the service I received here. I worked directly with Jeremy in Sales and Dave in Finance. Honest to god, this was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had.Jeremy was excellent to work with. He was knowledgeable, accommodating, transparent and friendly.
