The store manager Alan came and greeted me with a smile and to me that is just the right way! His energy was professional and courteous! He told me that they offer system checks in between services for free and I thought that was awesome so I m definitely going to continue business with them. Thanks again !

Strickland Brothers 10 minute oil change, Decatur IN. restored my confidence regarding great customer service experiences. They simply went out of their way to make sure everything was exactly right. WOW! Couldn t have been better! Highly recommend!

Somewhat skeptical about taking my vehicle to a quick change oil location, but my opinion soon changed. From arrival the two employees were very courteous, knowledgeable, informative, and thorough. I will definitely continue to take my vehicle here for its service.

First time, will be long time!! The trio of guys who helped me today were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Also seemed to have a good working relationship. I appreciated that they weren t trying to upsell me, but just gave me what I needed, as well as few possible needs, ie, a new air filter. Highly recommend!!

Service was great. Associate was informative and friendly. Got right in, and was very quick. Very convenient. Love not having to get out of my car. Only negative is the cost. $99. Luckily had $20 off coupon. I am also supposed to get 15% off through my work, but they would not let me use coupon and discount together, which I think is wrong, that should be changed!Service: Oil change

It was like pulling into a Nascar pit!!They were kind And courteous and answered any questions that you had and kept filling what they were doing and made suggestions.I highly recommend them great bunch of people.

Service personnel in Decatur In are great. However, your deceptive advertising is concerning. 30% off and no way to find out how to get the discount. FTC should be notified.

The workers very nice. That knew what they were doing. We were in and out in no time. Oil change, tire check, new winshield wipers, and fluids checked. Very good customer service.

I usually get oil change at you business. The customer service is fantastic. Service reps are extremely polite, professional and fast. The cost of an oil change is getting a bit out of hand (everywhere) but this one was over $100 before $10 discount. Would give five stars if more affordable.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I pulled in at approximately 11am today. There were two men working on one car in the first bay. I looked at them and motioned as to if I should stay in line at the first bay or pull into the second. I was completely ignored. At some point I expected one of the gentleman to come out to my car and greet me and/or give me some direction, maybe even tell me how long it would be? Any kind of communication that resembled customer service. This never happened. After waiting about 15 minutes , I left, went to Walmart and got my oil changed by some customer service oriented employees.

Fast and friendly service! I visited the Decatur, IN location for an oil change and service was done in 5 minutes! Trent explained my oil options and pricing and then showed that my oil was full after service was completed! He was very tentative to any and all questions that I had. I also purchased wiper blades and installation during my visit! It s pretty much a one-stop-shop as far as maintenance goes! I also really appreciated that extra services were not pushed unless I asked for them! A great business to visit for a single mama, like myself, or for anyone on a time crunch! I will definitely continue visiting Strickland Brothers for car maintenance! Thank you so much!Service: Oil change
