Not what some YouTubers posted on their videos. Not a full hookup as said, if you have to stay when your coach is being repaired only electricity. Sewer and water are located behind the building in an unpaved area, so expect your feet to get dirty, specially in a raining winter day. Some of the repair was not done as factory standards, some has to be finalized by me after parts were sent to my home after we left since they didn t have them in stock. The factory is not there, contrary to my expectations, this is a service department that has a parts department located a few miles away.Only difference with any dealership service is that don t have to wait for the warranty repairs to be approved. The service advisor, only one, has an unfriendly attitude, and actually was layoff last week.Got my appointment 9 months in advance, drove 1400 miles each way, some repairs were not completed to my satisfaction, nor factory standards.I made the mistake to plan my trip to REV based on some videos on YouTube that are far from reality, I should have stay in a hotel during that week.6 am your coach goes in, 1.30 or 2 pm they take it back outside.Lobby is nice, staff is absent at the front desk, need to ring a bell and wait for help, they seemed to be bothered when you call them. Conclusion? another service department with a nice lounge in the middle of Indiana.Oh, and factory tours were canceled until

Best service experience ever!! Earl was our tech and he was FANTISTIC to work with. After 4 trips and 8 weeks in the shop at the dealer, Earl fixed it in 5 hours. Dealers have no idea what they are doing if you want it fixed right and fast come here.

Matthew (Service Manager) and April (Service Advisor) were helpful and great to work with went above and beyond to accommodate our requests for our out-of-state pick up, down to the last details of making sure our MH was plugged in and the AC turned on. Beautiful and nicely-equipped facility to use while waiting for the work to be completed.

Rev RV is the best RV Repair place we've ever been to. We drove 13 hours across 5 states to have work done on our RV. We will return in a couple of months to complete repairs on our 26 year old American Eagle due to parts having to be ordered. Highly recommend this businesses.

We ve heard the best and worst stories about REV. With any business it s all about who you draw in the sweepstakes as your service rep and lead technician. We won the lottery in this case April and Dave were both absolutely fantastic. With 34 Years experience Dave went above and beyond fixing things as he discovered them thru disassembly. We could not be more happy with Dave and he entire team that took care of the laundry list of items we had. At times it was extremely frustrating trying to get in contact with April however we completely understood why when we arrived and witnessed first hand the barrage of customers she was dealing with. A lot of patience will serve you well when coming here for service but it s worth it. Thank you all for your assistance.

The facility was a plus 10. We showed up one day before our appointment. Was able to park Motor home in one of the spaces they have. They have 50 Amp electric. They also have a very nice lounge. The bathrooms are available 24 -7.My only area they might improve in, when we received out Appointment day that was the only communications untill the morning of appointment. We needed to meet with our advisor the morning of at 6 AM. Not sure what would of happen if we showed up at 9:15 our appointment time. The whole operation was first class.

Seems to be a first class repair facility. We left our new motorhome there for about 25 warranty repair items that in their own right is a very disappointing reflection of the build quality of the the motorhomes they build. The people at the facility were very friendly and helpful. The 4 star review was based upon anticipated repairs being done professionally and timely. I will edit this review when the service is completed either up or down to reflect my satisfaction.

I filled out a reservation request last night on the website and they called my promptly this morning to go over the list of repairs needed on my new 2019 Holiday Rambler. And then they told me their first available appointment was 3 months away in September. I guess all Fleetwood products suck including mine. I would not buy their product again.

Nice parking lot Campground with electricity and dump station available. Friendly and helpful staff. The factory tour is a must see for all RV owners or people with an interest in ownership. Our tour guide was phenomenal, knowledgeable andthe tour exceeded our expectations.

I have a new 2022 Fleetwood Discovery and had a large punch list (some substantial issues). We were scheduled to begin at 6:00 am on Monday morning and done by that Thursday. They have a process that pairs you with a service coordinator and a service technician. There are 2 coordinators and their level of service and communication is night and day. Additionally, there are several techs of varying experience and commitment. I unfortunately drew the worst on both counts. Communication from my guys was nonexistent. I never new what the next day would bring. I tried to communicate with my coordinator via notes (preferred process), email, and phone calls. To this day, I've not received a single response. I ended up being there for 11 days and all the work was not complete. The one major issue, electrical, was diagnosed in part to be bad batteries. In an effort to get this repaired in a timely manor, I drove down the street, bought new batteries, and installed them myself. I did get reimbursed after a bit of heartburn. I say repaired in a timely manor because if your tech goes over the scheduled time, they move on as the schedule dictates putting you on the back burner. I met people that had been there over 5 weeks awaiting repairs even though their parts had arrived. I had a bad experience. But, those that had the other service coordinator and different tech were in and out with full service and good communication. So it's tough to say the entire place is terrible. I'll say that the facilities were convenient with 50 amp hookups, dump station, and available water. The facility itself was clean with comfortable areas to spend the day. I'd also like to give a thumbs up to the paint and body department.Service: Electrical

Full-time family of four heading to REV Service Indiana today 09/06/22. We made an appointment five weeks ago for our 2021 Fleetwood Discovery. Two items on the list. Washing machine (we had the part that needs replacing sent to us from the washer manufacturer) and an air conditioner not working correctly. Both items explained to service in initial online request for service. We promptly received an email back from Dan with the first available service dates as well as an invitation to use their facilities for camping for our prior day arrival. Great service thus far.We are looking forward to visiting Decatur and getting our coach back up to speed. I will update this review and our blog as we make our way through the process.Update 9/6Arrived after the shop closed, but instructions say to grab any available spot and check-in in the morning. Plenty of spots available. Power is good. Potable water and dump station in different location, but close. Plenty of amenities including a gas station within walking distance.Update 9/7Woke up to a bustling camp as everyone who showed up the day before was getting ready for check-in at 6 am. I was met with a friendly staff who got our rig checked in. Remember your site number written in the pavement. We received a couple badges that would get us in after hours for laundry and shower. A technician then followed me to our coach where we went over our punch list. He then took the coach to the shop. So, be ready to go do whatever else other than being in your coach at 6 am.We were told we should be back at 330-4 pm to receive the coach back at our site if further work was required the next day. Fortunately their crew was able to fix everything today. I was kept up to speed on fixes by our representative, Greg. All in all it was a great experience. Making a reservation and already having our parts was helpful. They have a great oiled machine there. Before you make an appointment make sure you have a list of everything you want addressed. They build your appointment times on that. It is not like other RV mx shops that accept it with no timeline to get it back to you when they feel like it.I will be back if I need to. Hopefully not, but I won t stress about having to bring my rig here.

We were very happy with the service we received. They showed us to a site with an electrical hookup, plugged us in and the next morning went over the service required. The repairs on our slide and water heater were completed in two days and they said we were welcome to stay another night at no charge. The repair cost was very reasonable. The only complaint I would have is that they could communicate the repair process better. A couple of phone calls would have been nice while we were killing time waiting for our home to be repaired

Once I understood the center's procedure for assessing and l prioritizing work I have had great experiences with REV service. They have done a great job with all the work we've needed and their prices are in line with other RV service centers we've used. Being a factory service center they are more likely to have the experience necessary to work on the various rigs in their cars. The front desk staff are very helpful and courteous as well.

How to even get a hold of these people? It says to fill out a request online to schedule an appointment. We did that weeks ago. Like 4 weeks ago. No one has gotten back to us. Then called and left 2 voicemails for service with no response. Everything on their systems makes you leave a voicemail, you can't actually talk to someone. It's absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. Terrible customer service

We took our 2017 Discovery toREV RV in Decatur, Indiana this week to get our curb side slide fixed. This slide has been trouble since we purchased the RV new in 2017. We have been to our original dealer twice, another local RV service center and have had 2 mobile techs try to fix it but no joy. REV was able to fix our slide and now it finally works like it should after 5 years of disappointment. We have overcome many new coach issues, most fixed by DIY but the slide was beyond our abilities. We couldn't be more happy. Huge thank you to April, Jim and the whole REV team for making this happen!!! Definitely 5 stars and we will be back if/when necessary...1100 plus mile trip for us but so worth it.

We can't praise this outfit enough. We didn't have an appointment but as drop ins the service has no complaint. We checked in on Monday to a fully booked center: no parking was available. At the end of the day, we were able to secure a site. It is obvious they have their hands full but they will do everything to help you. An hour before closing time on Thursday, Annie, the great tech we have been lucky to have assigned for second time, showed up. Within an hour, most of the issues had been taken care of and next morning, by noon, we were done, in spite of a few hiccups (some other issues came up). In all fairness, most of our issues had nothing to do with poor design. The spare parts from third parties are mostly to be blamed. This is the fourth time we visit the factory which is a long drive from Florida, but it is worth it. These people know what they are doing, unlike most of the RV dealers/repair shops who, more often than not, take forever to even diagnose a problem. Special mention to Cindi, at the parts shop. She is an extraordinary customer service agent. Their prices are not cheap, but they are fair and the professionalism and friendliness of all their staff is reassuring. Five stars to them.

I was impressed by their business model until I found out there was no "Quality Assurance". And I do mean zero!We were fortunate however to have a decent tech who was doing the general coach maintenance. He was thorough and attentive to our needs. He was a good kid with good intentions. If you happen to go ask for Corbin. The problem was the chassis tech. He did our Lube oil filter on the engine, transmission, and Generator, as well as, the 29 point inspection. This is where the problem arose.Doug, the chassis tech, was less than dilligant in the performance of the 29 point inspection. He missed a crucial inspection point. And I do mean crucial. He missed a broken bolt that fastened the air bag to the rear axle. Yes, it was an inspection point. I fault him for missing it but I also fault REV for not performing a follow-up quality inspection after the fact. Easy solution. Lazy employee, lazy company. All that said. Our Fleetwood Discovery 40X is a great machine for two reasons... 1. It sits on a Freightliner chasis. 2. It was manufactured way before COVID.I have three recommendations... 1. Find all the things you need worked before you make the appointment. 2. Follow up with the service rep and request a detailed walk through after the 29 point inspection and lube/oil/filter. 3.if you don't like the work...ask for management and don't back down.Worth going but take responsibility for your coach and follow-up.

We had a great experience with the Rev Indiana location. Communication could have been more proactive, but the team was always professional and knowledgeable. We're full-full time with 3 kids on board, so their parking facilities with power and punctuality were fantastic for us.We have a 2014 Fleetwood Storm with a dashboard that was bouncing up and down; the rearview camera was non-functional, wind leaked through the dashboard, the house water pump leaked, and the fresh water tank filled mysteriously when parked. The problems were all diagnosed correctly and fixed on time (15 days, $3,200).This is an incredibly busy shop, so be sure to list everything in your initial email so you can get an accurate schedule prediction.

We were there for warranty work. But staff found two things to charge us for which I'm sure they have to do to make the books balance. The people were nice. The facility is good, no complaints.

REV parts and service have always treated me right. Slide covers needed replacing and the tech suggested driving down the road to an Amish farm who made buggy covers to have the material sewn. Cost less and made within hours rather than waiting a week for the material to come from Colorado.

The folks at the REV Techinal Center in Decatur, IN are a pleasure to deal with and their techs are experts at making repairs to RVs. Their diagnosis of our RV's issues was fast and detailed and repairs were made quickly. A special thank you to Jackie for her always smiling and happy natured attitude and to Michael who was the lead tech for our coach. Need to mention also that the overnight RV parking facility there was great. We drove over 1600 miles to have REV repair our coach and we will do that again should we have any future issues.

Drove over a 1000 miles thinking we were going to get exceptional service. They are probably better than most, but aren't what we hoped for. Beside to schedule appointment for every problem you can think of because if not it won't be fixed until your next appointment. Staffing was smaller than most large Florida RV dealers.

We had reservations, but still had to sit in their parking lot for over a week waiting on parts. We gave up, drove home leaving the RV behind so they could complete the repairs. Talked to them on Tuesday, asked to make sure everything was done and to add an oil change to the list. Told them we were coming back the next Monday, they assured us it would be ready. Guess what, the oil change still hadn't been done, so they said it would be first thing Tuesday morning. The mechanic came by that morning around 8 am, said he would be back to get it in half an hour. Two hours passed, hadn't heard from anyone so my husband went to the office. He was informed the filter had been ordered and would be in at 1pm. No one communicates here, very hard to get anything done in a timely manner. They don't follow up with customers and take forever to return a phone call.

We heard this was the "go to" place for all things to be fixed on your RV. Took ours in March, picked it up in JULY, thousands of dollars later-they didn't PM the AC units, couldn't explain a couple system adjustments, and the list goes on! I wanted to LIKE this place, but they have the POOREST customers service as well, they won't return phone calls etc...ugh. I do not like giving negative reviews so the only positive thing I can say is they have a nice facility.

I can not say enough about the employees at REV. April was our advisor and she always kept us up to date on parts. The paint team that made our coach looking good...Mike, Cassie, Craig!! The sanding was a long process but they did it!Annie, she worked on the inside getting us back together. She hung in there. I would have given up at one point but she persevered. The dogs loved her!!All around a great bunch of people. They all made us feel special. It was great making friends.

REV RV built my 2015 Fleetwood Flair 26E and has provided excellent service the five times I have been through Decatur, IN. I had awning replaced due to wind damage, warranty work that dealer (GeneralRV) attempted and screwed up and routine maintenance just because I was in the area. Walk in the door and Jackie greats you. Rick is quick to set up appointments. Service people are quick to provide copies of how to reprogram slide outs and leveling jacks myself so I can avoid cost of local service while I am on the road. Many compliments to everyone at REV RV.Even Texas REV RV Tech Center treated me like you would expect they would a 2.5 million dollar customer.

We visited here mostly because our Monaco Windsor was manufactured here. We really enjoyed the factory tour and learned a lot in the process. Our tour guide was great and all of the workers and staff were great as well. If you are interested in seeing how large motor homes are manufactured this is the place for you......

My father has been there for a total of 45+ days waiting for his coach to be tended to and it just keeps going and going. His first grandchild was born and he isn t here to be with her over this incompetence. You make your appointment 3 months in advance and still you wait.
