Made service appointment 4 months, 12 days in advance, with specific required requests. Had follow-up communications two weeks prior to appointment, and all was scheduled. Drive over 400 miles, check in on time, unit into shop on time, 8 hours later find out parts not ordered to make repairs! Parts have 4-6 weeks of lead time! Quality Service...ha ha!

We had service done on April 25th. Great experience..great friendly and knowledgeable staff.from Glenda at the front desk Greg the service advisor, and Joe our technician.. they made sure we were informed of all work being done and went above and beyond with the repairs. Thank you!
