Got my acura upgraded amp from Jesse and it DOES WORK! My TL already has the OEM premium sound system, and this amp just brings it to another level. Loud volume, clearer and more distinct layers of sounds. I also got upgraded tweeters and center speaker from him for my 4G TL. Plug and play and sounds better than stock. Customer service is also unbeatable. Definitely recommend if you want audio upgrade!

I just wanted to take a minute to do a quick write up on my experience enhancing the sound on my 2016 RDX base.I reached out to Jesse over at Phantom Audio because I had seen and heard from multiple people that the best way to maximize the sound from the factory amplifier was to have them upgrade it. I got his number from the website and gave him a call. Jesse was great, talking me through several of the decisions around what to buy and what more he could do to help the install go smoothly. I can honestly say that it was one of the best customer service experiences i have ever had. He was extremely helpful and at times it seemed like he was as excited to see the finished product as I was. I absolutely recommend anyone looking to upgrade their factory Acura system reach out to them. You will not regret it!The Experience:The amplifier I received was identical to the one in the vehicle and came with the familiar Phantom Audio Sticker on it. I tested the new amp to make sure everything was working as expected. All I can say is WOW what a difference! The factory radio was not only louder but much clearer. With mids and highs that I never realized I was missing. It literally is night and day difference from factory. This is the way this amp should have been built originally. The stock sound in my 2022 Acura ILX Premium was severely lacking. Music just seemed to fall flat... First, I upgraded my speakers to give me the detail and dimension I was missing. However, I was experiencing intense listening fatigue. It got to the point that my ears would ring after just a few songs. I was half tempted to rip out the new speakers and reinstall the stock ones. Then, I came across Phantom Audio's website. After I read all the reviews, I decided to order an amp with all the fixings. Unfortunately, Jesse didn't have my amp in stock, so I had to send in my own. It took longer than I would've liked due to a fuse blowing on my first install attempt. My second install attempt worked and WOW! I was going to wait a week to write a review, but it sounds so good, I couldn't wait. No more listening fatigue. I have no need to move any of the equalizer settings on the bass, treble, or subwoofer. It's perfect! You don't need to spend a fortune to have good sound.

Jesse is a great man to deal with. Respectful, full of knowledge, honest, and fast. I told him my audio situation and the results I was looking for. He recommended his 07/08 elite series amp for my 2004 Acura TL. I already had upgraded speakers. Over a year later, and the amp has given me zero issues. There are a lot of options for your audio needs through Jesse. 10/10 would recommend.

This Guy is the real deal! Took my factory amplifier and made it sound so good its unbelievable. Its night and day difference, the car has more pronounced mid-bass and lows without any distortion at max volume levels. The customer service is beyond words, Jesse is a true professional and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend using his services.

We've been a representative of Phantom Audio products here at Heeltoe Automotive for a number of years. Working with Jesse over time has shown me that he's got the utmost resolve in doing the absolute best he can in terms of developing and providing product and service to his customers.I'm using Phantom Audio products in my own personal vehicles and I'm impressed every time I turn up the volume. Our customers have been very happy with his products as well. In the rare instance that a quality issue comes up they always handle things swiftly and professionally, oftentimes directly with the customer.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anybody looking for improved sound out of their car without a bunch of gardening equipment hanging around all over the place to contact Phantom Mario, or Heeltoe Automotive, for some of the best products available.

This is my 2nd amp purchased for 2 different Acuras... The sound quality is amazing and definitely enhanced. You will not be disappointed. Jesse is great and his communication throughout is beyond measure! Thanks Phantom!!!

This dude Jesse Levi Kelley is absolutely crushing it over at Phantom Audio! He built my Acura TL amp, and I knew when I bought my G37 that I wanted him to do it again. I can't even begin to explain how my new audio setup sounds! I was the guinea pig for the Infiniti platform, and I knew he'd figure it out and make it happen. I like things that are #BuiltNotBought and I was more than happy to be a part of this. A truly clean AF build back by top notch customer service! We need more small businesses like his. Jesse is a subject matter expert in all things audio. I became extremely impressed with his passion for engineering, knowledge of the audio industry and the need for the highest quality componentry. I have 12 TL and Jesse recommended the alpine sub/audiocontrol amp package along with a completely rebuilt OEM amp. After some discussion, Jesse said he would make the trip to philly from the indy area for the install which underscores his passion he has for this. Needless to say, he made the install look easy! Post Install - everything looks OEM! No big sub boxes filling up the trunk or exposed amps and the best part - no rattles(with the help of sound deadening material). The output was night and day compared to the OEM setup. The highs, mids, and lows are more pronounced than ever but not obnoxious as some custom systems can be. His work literally speaks for itself. I would recommend this setup to anyone with a 4G TL. His knowledge doesn't stop at Acuras however, so I would highly recommend on reaching out no matter what brand or model car you have because he will have an answer!

I had OEM tweeters re tuned and my OEM Headunit redone with some Phantom magic and could not be happier!!! Cleaner crisper more efficient power and major improvement in overall sound quality. Fast and secure shipping and excellent communication. Would recommend for any custom stereo work!

I purchased the whole set including the amp upgrade, speakers and subwoofer. Just the amp itself brings a whole new dynamic to the car. I hear certain notes in the lows, highs and mids that were either missed out or not as clear at all. The speakers express these notes in a powerful but distinct manner. Have not gotten a chance to install subwoofer, but can't wait to do so.
