Nice to have napa back in town .They have redone the building and have a large inventory of parts . The people that work thier are very knowledgable with years of past parts sales and mechanical experience

The service was very slow, I stood around inside the store for three or four minutes before somebody finally acknowledged I existed. $30 higher for the same part then the competition in town, even the same brand. No price matching! And we have a business account, we won't be back.

Ever wonder why hardly anybody uses Napa. It's because Ridge Napa came in and kicked a small family owned Napa out that had been here for 50 years so they could move in. Nothing but greed. This store will be closed in 2 years.

Lots of great parts. Carry full line for heavy trucks, auto and pickups. Make hydraulic hoses all sizes.

Pricing is a lot higher than expected. Very slow on helping walk in customers. Probably won't be back
