The fix 1st year warranty issues, that should have worked right BEFORE leaving the factory, and sometimes they get it right, others (like us now) we have to take it back for a 2nd visit i the first year to re-fx what wasn't fixed correctly the first time.

This REV Group for repairs was ok they took care most of the 35 items we wanted fixed except for the cushion cover which they sent back to us not fixed. Also the gapping hole in the under side of Motorhome -that was so expensive by the way. Since it was not on the schematics they will not install it but when we talk to employees they said they made a mistake with the Holiday Rambler Vacationer. So you be the judge does that look like you need a compartment? A huge gaping hole!!! They are unresponsive and ignore you so I guess I have to go to Better Business Bureaus.

My wife and I brought our 2019 Fleetwood Southwind to REV Group Repair Center in Decatur and couldn't be happier with the outcome. The repairs were made in a timely manner and everything was completed in under the quoted hours given through their estimate. The cost for parts were in line with parts and material I could buy online so when the bill came, it was actually less than we anticipated. The service techs reviewed their work in detail and they were happy to answer all my questions. All parts replaced were offered to me for inspection and to keep if I desired....I'm now using the slide rail gear cog that had lost a tooth as a paperweight on my desk. There are a couple of issues first time customers should know. Your appointment may be 5-6 weeks out from when you log your problem. They are busy...but they were worth the wait. Your day starts with theirs. The technicians will begin working on the RVs around 6:00am. That means you have to be at the facility and ready to turn over your keys/issues at 6:00am. They do have overnight parking with electrical hookups if you want to arrive the day before. Once they have your coach, you may not hear from them all day....I didn't. Some customers I met on our day were contacted when they needed to be addressed with options or issues detected during service. But at the end of the day, literally, my coach was brought back to me completely resolved of all issues I reported. They performed better and faster than any RV service center I have ever visited. When necessary; I'll be back!

We had such good care 3 years ago when we needed some work on our Fleetwood Discovery LXE we returned this year we making the 730 mile trip and were not disappointed. April and our hard working technician fixed all of our short list of problems on the first pass and by great effort found a replacement for our fridge. We appreciate they recognized their work directly affects our family on the road. Good people and repeat good experience.

First of all........what an AMAZING experience! Initially, I called their customer service number and had numerous issues that needed to be addressed. Josh Hanicq, the Owner Relations Representative, took my calls and listened carefully. He was so helpful, you could tell that he really CARED about my RV experience. He asked questions to ensure he understood my needs. I talked to him several times and every time it was wonderful. Then Dan Schaffner, the Service Scheduler found an appointment slot that worked for me and where they could get everything done in one visit! Before I made the trip, he even verified that the parts were in and I was ready for service. It was perfect! I arrived Sunday night, and they had a parking lot where I just backed into my campsite and hooked up my electrical. The water and dump station were at the end of the service area. The next morning, I had the pleasure of meeting my Service Writer, April Burns. She was very pleasant, efficient, and reviewed my service requests professionally to ensure they had everything in order. She then introduced me to Rick, my Service Technician. What a great guy Rick was. Each morning, he would pick up my coach at 6am and bring it back to my campsite at 3pm. He hooked it up, and all I had to do was put my slides out and drop my jacks and I was ready to enjoy a peaceful evening. They had me scheduled for 36.5 hours........which was Monday through Friday, as I had several things that needed to be done. Each afternoon when Rick would bring my coach out, he would explain what the problem was that he worked on that day, and show me exactly how they addressed it and fixed it. Talk about SERVICE! Rick got an A+ too!!! When it was time to check out, April reviewed each service item and told me exactly what they did. She was fabulous. Then she said "It's all covered under warranty, so there is no charge." So it is now 7:50pm on Friday night as I get ready for a good night's sleep so I can hit the road tomorrow back to Texas. REV RV Group did in ONE WEEK, what the dealership I bought it from (LaMesa RV in Mesa, AZ) couldn't get done in 15 months! I am MORE THAN PLEASED with the staff, the work they did, and the experience I had. I strongly recommend the REV RV Group! The next time I need service, I'll make the two day drive because of how I was treated, what the staff did, and the respect they showed me as a Fleetwood Discovery LXE owner. This place MUST have GREAT LEADERSHIP to have such a tremendous staff.

Friendly and helpful staff. The factory tour is a must see for all RV owners or people with an interest in ownership. Our tour guide was phenomenal, knowledgeable andthe tour exceeded our expectations.

Absolutely the worst experience I have had in my entire life of purchasing vehicles of any kind. Over the years we have purchased a pop-up trailer, two tag-alongs, two 5th wheels, and four motorhomes. Two of the four motorhomes were used. The last motorhome we purchased is a new 37' Fleetwood Pace Arrow costing around $250K. We purchased it from Findlay RV on Boulder Highway in Las Vegas. I rue the day I pulled onto the Findlay RV lot. We purchased this coach March 11, 2021. It broke down the very first day upon arriving home with it. The auto leveling system went into a loop and would not finish leveling and would stop. I was unable to get the levelers up. It sat on the pad at our house for seven days before one of the techs was able to install and old hydraulic pump and bring the levelers up so it could be driven to their service department. That was just the beginning of our problematic journey. Since March 11 of last year, it has been in and out of the shop a little over five months. The problems are too many to list. Communication between the service department staff and us has been pretty much nonexistent. We have tried to no avail to get REV to buy this thing back. We would "eat" the money spent so far, such as down payment, registration, and insurance, but they would not work with us. We were advised through our attorney that they offered a measly $7500 to buy our silence (NDA included). We declined. It's not about the money. This thing is a lemon.

My wife and I bought a Holiday Rambler that is manufactured by RevGroup RV and we had some problems with it. I reached out to the company and was connected with Steve in their Operations department. Steve helped me take care of all my issues. He walked me through the issues from an Operations view and worked with me to get them corrected. I wish more companies had employees like Steve and took care of their customers as well as RevGroup. Thanks Steve.

We bought a 2016 Bounder brand new. And have had nothing but troubles with it from day one. The first year we owned it, the coach spent more time in the shop than we did on vacations. We were actually granted an additional year warranty, which we just found out is VERY unheard of, due to all the issues we were having. We are now out of warranty and have three issues that are STILL outstanding, but are now being told we must pay for them. We were told to make an appointment with service in Decatur and they would review our issues. We also requested to set up an appointment with someone that we could discuss our issues with. We are 3 hours away from Decatur and the day of our appointment, NO ONE, conveniently, was available to meet with us, and we are still being denied coverage of our issues that have been occurring since it was under warranty. NO ONE would return our calls, NO ONE would see is. We bought our coach for one, layout, and for two... heard very good things about Fleetwood. I would NEVER advise anyone to purchase a Fleetwood, mainly for the horrible customer service.

Took my RV in twice. First time to fix a few things including a drain issue. I have gurgling when the washer drains. Didn t fix it. I also had a water leak didn t fix that either. I drive 6 hours round trip. I called them tails the the issue and I brought it back that following year. Tried to fix again and still have the problem with the drains but did take care of the leak. Still cost me $350 the second trip. I m am here now fixing it myself. They were good at one time but since REV bought them they are useless.

We have a 2016 bounder K35. I would just st like to recommend to everyone not to purchase Fleetwood motorhomes. We have had nothing but trouble since day one. First trip out we had water leaks odors coming from holding tankstrim panels falling off shades not working correctly and cockpit seats extremely wobbly. Took it back to place of purchase they kept it for 6 months waiting for repair and parts. Next time out lights quit working propane started leaking. Slide out would not come back in at departure time. Again back in shop. Now the 1 year warranty is expired and only used it 3 times. More things broken had to go round and round with corporate to get warranty extended. They finally agreed to one time deal. Well guess what after that drawers started coming apart shelves started to fall out shower started leaking radio quit working A/C WAS NOT blowing much volume (looked into myself and found styrafoam blocking duct work) works much better now... Today three years later here we are two window have come unglued from the hand cranks so they are flapping as we go down the road ABS and check engine light have come on and stayed on more lighting not working. Bolt broke on rear anti-sway bar so coach is rocking and about to tip over if you exceed 50 MPH. Cracks in tires. Checked date code they are 6 years old on a 3 year old coach so they gave us old tires on a new coach. The list just goes on and on. Screws falling out everywhere loose connections on dash switches and outlets highway lights not working... 2019 gray water tank leaking ( must be where smell was coming from earlier that they could not find) no problem have extended warranty but wait.....only motorhome ever made that the holding tanks are not removabke so have to cut a hole in floor that is not covered by warranty so we gave to pay 1300.00 for repair owhat should have been covered under original warranty. ( first time using the extended warranty we paid $5000 for and they won't cover 75% of the repair.) Yeah great product no help from corporate they just don't seem to care. Was told by Customer service manager it is what it is after all it is a house on wheels . Bottom line Quality service and customer service are absolutely horrible. LaMesa RV where we purchased it is not much better.

I have nothing but problems since i bought my Fleetwood motor home and no one will fix it! Gas line pinched in chassis and repair shop would not fix after driving there three times (400 mile round trip). I had to run a new line myself under neath. Now the POS caught on fire and has now been in the shop for 8 months and I do not see getting any time soon. I bought it from Motor Home Specialists in Alvarado, Texas and they have done absolutely nothing to help. Hell, I cannot even talk to a manager. Motor home buyers beware! This sucks! I need to find a good lawyer!!!!

We bought a 2018 Holiday Rambler Vacationer in April 2018. We have had issues with the leveling jacks since we got it. We made several calls to try to get it corrected. The front jacks raise the front wheels off the ground every time they are used and will not level the coach and the manual operation of the jacks is inoperable. The jack brackets bent on a fairly level spot when I tried to use the auto level. Holiday Rambler denied our warranty claim saying the problem was caused by an error on our part. Anyone looking to purchase an RV should look elsewhere. I've always thought Holiday Rambler was supposed to be a good company with good quality but I've learned my lesson.

Fleetwood is a brand name motor home that fell under REV group during a significant consolidation around 2007. The brands they currently represent that I have experience with is Fleetwood in both 5th Wheel and Class A (Fleetwood Discovery) forms. My 5th Wheel was manufactured by Fleetwood (before the industry imploded & the bankruptcies) and was a fine Rv. Never had issues with it.I bought (expensive-really) a Fleetwood Discovery in 2019 that has been nothing but a pain and these have not been dealer issues. In my opinion, poor quality control and lack of attention to detail. I've had to have it in the shop fixing all these issues and I'm still not done (note nearly a year later). As an example, bent emergency exit latches, loose tiles, problems with arm rests etcetera. Two very annoying problems have been a defective Weboost (no box or information so you have to search tiny print) and a wifi adapter with an incorrect password that is essential to communicate in some areas. I'm technically savy and can't get into its setting. It's important for consumers to know what they're buying. This is my experience with this brands 200k+ model which is a lot to spend on problems. (I have both called & emailed for help and haven't seen a response)

Poor Human Resources/ManagementI was a quality specialist in Decatur, IN. We had to use our personal cell phones to take pictures of the defects of the parts instead of them providing us with one and The HR team had no clue about it until they tried to write me up for using my cell phone for personal use which was a lie trying to say over 20 people seen my phone screen but when I told them to look at my phone they didn't want to see it. My supervisor Amber Dates told me to use my phone to contact her if I needed her and still got in trouble when I did. Also, alot of bullying when they are training you to do your job. They point you for everything. I do not recommend working there. If your not in their click they will fire you.

Have had 3 Fleetwood RV over almost 18 years and have had both campground mobile units try to fix minor things but always end up coming back to Decatur to the Factory. We have, on several occasions, planned our west coast to east coast trips solely on getting something fixed right . Can not say that we have ever had a bad experience but am not doubting that this can happen. Thanks to the entire team at REV in Decatur.

Poor management in the Decatur factory. No work/life balance tho they claim the work hours changed because they wanted us the be with out families more yet 2 weeks later mandated Saturdays for who knows how long. All they did was make it shou you get paid less and work more. Definitely don't care about their employees have families and a life outside of work. They don't want you to schedule any life things during their work hours but acceptable for them to overtake your life as if it's no big deal.

Service at the technical center was amazing. Had our bounder in for work on the slide and several minor issues. They fixed everything top notch, kept us posted on progress every step of the way. Was worth the drive to get things fixed properly!

Absolutely impossible to reach anyone by phone. Convoluted mess of a phone system and no one answers their phones. One person's voicemail was for their absence 3 months ago. Can't imagine how they operate a business.
