Rod has worked on my charger twice now. Once to put in a performance muffler and resonated tips, and another time to true dual it with an x pipe and two mufflers. He did an excellent job and at a great price. I highly recommend!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

My car broke down while I was passing through on my way from WI to KY and this was the best experience I've ever had for car repair. He got me in right away after I told him my circumstances.. He communicated with me every step of the way, got the parts needed, and got my back on the road as quickly as he could. I have never experienced such excellent customer service. And his prices were extremely reasonable, even though he likely could have charged me more given the fact that I literally had no choice if I wanted to get back home. He even messaged to check that I made it safely to my destination! I highly recommend this business!!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My car broke down on the way to Chicago for an internship - I was in a super tough spot and Rod came through for me. He was able to diagnose my car quickly, let me know it was going to be a long job, and recommended me to an Enterprise where his customers get a discount on car rentals. He found a second issue after he originally diagnosed my car/gave me a quote, and was still able to keep the total under his original number. He even came in on a Saturday so that I could retrieve my car. Fantastic customer service and extremely reasonable prices.

Besides them doing a great job for me, for several years in the past, I went in for a small job and my cash fell out of my pocket, they called immediately to find the owner. I love and appreciate their honesty! Truly a good place to get your car fixed for many jobs!

I made an appointment for a complete tune up and oil change but arrived a little later than I expected. He still was able to get me straight in and taken care of, no hassling around. I bought my truck used and come to find out this was the FIRST time it has ever been serviced. Thanks to Rod, now it's riding so smooth. I'm very impressed with their timeliness and professionalism.

The most professional and honest experience I have had with an automotive repair shop. I had taken my car to another local repair shop due to some issues with my front suspension and alignment's; I was quoted over $1500 to repair several different areas of my front end. I was referred to go to Rod's for a completely different issue however upon having that issue diagnosed I had explained that I could not have it repaired the next day as my front and was supposed to be getting repaired; he looked at the estimate from the other company and then look at those areas of my car and I was able to determine that not all of those things needed to be repaired and was able to quote me under $1000 for the front end and for the initial repair that I went there for. After picking up my car the next day rod made it a point to show me the parts that were replaced and also explained to me what those parts were; at no point did I feel like it was being dumbed down just because I was a girl!I will definitely go to Rod's for all of my auto needs from here on out and I strongly advise anyone to do the same.

Rod is a magician. The exhaust on my car broke. Rod showed me the problem, and peripheral issues that could be affecting my car's performance. Very reasonably priced. When I got my car back, it was so quiet and powerful, I couldn't believe it really was my car and had to check to make sure! I thought I owned a clunker that I'd have to scrap or sell soon, but now I'm not so sure.

Starting last Wednesday, there developed a rattle on my undercarriage of a car I just got a month ago. Called Rod's. They put my car on the lift, located the problem in literally a few seconds, fixed it, and I was back on the road in less than 10 minutes! This is not the first time I've been to Rod's, nor will it be the last, if the need arises. Good people, good service! Thanks!

Impeccable service, genuine GOOD guy, willing to right the wrongs of other shops who totally took advantage of me. I will Never visit another shop again, Rod has a Customer for life out of me, I will definitely return for ANY work that we cannot do ourselves. Thanks so much Rod, you're a stand up guy

Doesn't know what he's talking about when it comes to motors. Maybe he should take the "more" part out of the name. Brought by car in because it was blowing out white smoke from exhaust and engine was making a ticking noise. He diagnosed my car, saying 3 cylinders were only 90psi. Talked to some people and they were surprised at diagnoses. Father picked up car from an hour away and brought it back to his house. He did the compression test, same test that was done at this place. All cylinders were firing around 200 psi. The guy I dealt with at the shop said I needed to rebuild engine or replace it. After my father further investigated he found the timing chain tensioner broken (ticking noise) and the PCV system was blowing oil into combustion chamber (white smoke). Also when I picked up my car at Rod's engine was knocking at start up. When I got home and got into garage the engine was smoking. Whoever screwed my radiator cap on had cross threaded it leaving a 1 inch gap spewing smoke out of it. Like I said maybe this guy is good at mufflers but I wouldn't recommend him to anybody after this experience. He's dishonest and can't even screw a radiator cap on. Don't know who these other people are giving him 5 stars but it's beyond me.

Man this guy was busy and short staffed and he still did the job after going too 5 different shops for something as simple as welding an exhaust hanger back on! He told me too come back an hour later with my car and it took him a total of 6mins! Hard worker!

Lying thief!HOW DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT!?Messed with wrong person! Told my son his engine was bad and needed replaced, for 5500.00 plus 1500.00 labor! They said they did compression test and never did!Don't mess with a real mechanics son!LIARS!Engine just needed new timing chain tensioner! 30.00 plus labor!Stay away if you don't want taken advantage of!Better Business Bureau is being contacted!
