Called walkers towing today to get me out of the swamp in my front yard. Not only were they very quick to arrive for the job, but the girl who came out, Stephanie, was incredibly friendly and cheered me up and made a bad situation bearable. I would recommend them 100/100 times! If you need a tow, please don't hesitate to give these awesome folks your money! Excellent experiences.

Highly recommend! The best tow we have ever had! Our driver kept us updated each step of the way! She arrived right on time and really handled our vehicle with care. She even notified us when she delivered our vehicle to the repair shop. This type of customer service is so RARE!! Thank you STEPHANIE for taking excellent care of us!

Outstanding service. They were quick to respond to my call for help. They called me to let me know where they were, and when I could expect them to arrive at the location where I was broken down. Safety- mine, theirs and my autos were the priority. The driver took great care of my auto and me! 110% happy and grateful for the service they provided.

As a small business owner myself I know the importance of saving money when shopping around for goods or services but I could not believe how fair and affordable Walkers was when I needed their assistance helping me get my work vehicle out of a less than dry driveway a few days ago. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area that needs help but doesn't want to get taken advantage of on pricing just because you HAVE TO HAVE the help.

LIERS LIERS LIERS was quoted $320 for a hose replacement verified through text message sent out to do Job they didn't even replace the hose they capped it off and sent me a $700 bill bandade the problem and over double charged HORRIBLE BUINESS AND LIERS. NOW THE TRUCK HAS TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO ACTUALLY GET FIXED

If you like waiting for 3 hours after they tell you they will be there in one hour. Service was so bad my insurance company will no longer use them. My insurance company offered to pay them extra to get them there faster but they took their sweet time and gave nothing but lame excuses. At least Amica will no longer use these jokers.

We had a young man attemp to back down our driveway. He got way off the drive and in the creek. He was just itches from turning over. I did a google search and made the call. We received a text asking for pictures, followed up by a phone-call. Joe said he would be at my home in just a few minutes. He arrived as promised and quickly accessed the situation and got to work. I received the best prompt and friendly service. Thank you!

I had gotten a flat tire on the way back home to central Indiana from Cincinnati after taking my child there for an appointment. Where I got the flat was in a terrible area. I called the police and he wanted to take me and my child up the road to safety while waiting on a truck. AAA told me it would be an hour, but it was way longer than that and they wouldn't let me leave regardless of the fact that I told him how bad of a place I was in. By the time Les from Walkers Towing called... it had been several hours. I told him the situation and asked if the cop could please take me up the road and I would leave the keys. He was so apologetic and was happy for me to leave and get to safety. He called me when he was done and arrived on time after he gave me an ETA on the phone. I don't know about their car repair side, but I can tell you the towing side who came to change my tire.... was absolutely amazing. I appreciate it way more than you know!Service: Tires

Spivey!! My hero!! He came and got me from the side of the interstate and brought me and my disabled car safely home well over an hour away!!! Reasonable rates!!! Great service!!! Highly recommend!!!!

My wife got stranded near Versailles IN...approx. 60 miles from home. She called AAA and Jess from Walker's showed up within the time period AAA told us to expect him.Per my wife Rose, the driver was FABULOUS. Polite, courteous, and very professional. He got the truck loaded on the flatbed tow truck quickly, and made sure my wife was settled comfortably into the tow truck for the drive to our mechanic before they set off. They passed the 35 miles to our mechanic chatting about this and that. Throughout the trip, Jess was 100% polite, intelligent and 110% professional. Constantly aware of both his vehicle and those around him, making sure that he always signalled his lane changes etc and making sure that cars around him were out of his way before he switched lanes, my wife says she felt 100% safe throughout the trip.I can't recommend Jess enough....they are lucky to have a driver like him!

Refused to tow my vehicle because it was wrapped. Waisted my time and money to meet them there. Just terrible service

FYI......I don't know how their doing it but they DO NOT HAVE insurance on all their tow trucks so if they tow your vehicle and damage it with a truck not covered under insurance AAA nor their insurance will pay for the damages. Please DO NOT USE this company. Yes... This is absolutely a true statement we will be taking them to court. Also some people posting good reviews on Google are friends and family members posting to increase their scores.

Horrible customer service. Pretty sure I wouldn't let them tow my kids bike. After loosing parts off my truck from an accident that was not my fault they held my truck hostage for 3 days almost 4. They were PAID and promised delivery on Wednesday then called and said the driver got tied up working on another accident and it would be tomorrow. I was totally cool with it and was promised it would be delivered Thursday. Only to get a call Thursday morning they were to busy and tired to deliver my truck. But was then promised by the office it will be there Friday at noon (even if I have to put a firecracker up his ass). Well she must of ran out of firecrackers cause at 11:30 Friday I call and guess what it hasn't been hooked up to be delivered yet. So we pretty much lost all of Friday to start any repairs. All this after a $23500 bill

Had transmission work done here, they gave me a 1 year warranty. The transmission fell out of my truck before the year was up. When I asked for the repairs under warranty, they told me they were not paying me anything.So I took them to court, and won. I'd suggest taking them to small claims in Dearborn if they scam you like they scammed me.Make sure to get a receipt and take pictures.

Chris and Dave were awesome! They changed my tire for me and got me on my way as soon as possible. They even put air in the spare tire for me. Unfortunately, I've had countless issues with my car that have caused me to have to have it towed several times. However, fortunately for me, these guys are always very friendly, prompt, and I couldn't be happier with their service.

Beware of this place! I wish I could rate them with no stars. One of the tow drivers badly damaged my husband's vehicle. He vacked into my husband's car and drug the tow bar down the side. The repairs are now done (for over 3 weeks) and we cannot get our vehicle because this company or their insurance still hasn't paid for the repairs. My husband has 2 jobs and getting him back and forth to these jobs has been hard. I am not sure what we are going to do at this point. The owner keeps dodging our calls. Just don't deal with this company at all if you can help it.

AAA gets worse every time I call it seems, but their saving grace this time was Nick and Jesse! Nick was sent by mistake, as he did not have the equipment to do my job properly. Rather than leaving me stuck, while AAA called another company Nick called Jesse and he came immediately to help. They were both outside their service area and I think even supposed to be off work but still went above and beyond to make sure i had the best experience possible! Thank you both for making a terrible day end as easily as possible!!!

I will never use them again and I will not recommend this shop to anyone. Called them out to replace a brake drum and shoes. Mechanic was very nice, very professional, and did a good job. 2 1/2 hours total time from when I called till the job was done. I was charged 5 hours labor and 150% markup on parts. $860.00 to replace 1 drum, 1 set of shoes and adjust brakes.

We broke down about 45 miles from our home in Cinci and AAA sent us Nick from Walker's Towing and it was hands down the best customer service interaction of any kind that I've ever had. He was quick, thorough, sweet, and completely destressed the situation with his good humor. If I could, I'd call him every single time I needed a tow.

AAA sent Walker's Towing to help me after I locked my neighbors car keys in her car! Jess showed up...much quicker than the estimated time given to me, and he was fantastic! He was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I would recommend using Walker's! Thanks Jess!!!

The AAA had called 3 different companies. All who were closer to us. But they didn t respond. This driver came a long way and still got here in the allotted time AAA had said. Very professional service. I will gladly recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Thanks again

Love Kenny. My sister and I had a long tiring day moving furniture and then my truck breaks down as it is full of furniture.Kenny shows up and then loads the truck onto the tow truck and he was so nice and helpful. Takes u to the house helps us without askingJust want everyone know Kenny was so profession and courteous, this is a trustworthy company.I would definally would recommend to anyone.Thanks KennyTara miller

These guys are idiots. We were told that they would be to our location in 30 minutes. My biggest issue with this was that we were only 5 minutes from their location. Then wouldn't answer their phone. Don't use these guys unless you are into sitting along the road for long periods of time. just Finally had to call another tow company. Horrible experience. Have to give one star to post this but these guys actually deserve negative two stars.

Wish I could give negative 10 Stars for these jag offs... Do not use their service they drive tow trucks that do not even have insurance...they are currently under review by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration for the damages to my truck...Josh just hides like a coward and never returned calls or answered to my demand for payment of repairs...they caused:$10,000 in damage by letting my truck roll off their tow truck and it hit a parked trailer and rolled into a fence...they are the perfect example of why a company should be out of business..If I had to describe them the only words that come to mind is.... a bunch of low life loser dirt bags!!! Simply put!!!

We called AAA to have a tire changed. The driver that came from walker towing his name was Phil. This man is an asset to the company. He went above and beyond to help us and it was really cold. He not only cared about changing our tire, but he cared about us on a personal level as people. Keep up the good work phil. Amanda and jerry on e. High st.

Had a no start condition at a festival today. Called AAA.Jessie (hope I did not spell it wrong), was called from walker towing, and was there in minutes. He corrected the problem and had us rolling in know time. He also saved us a trip to dealership. I recommend Walker towing. Thanks again Jessie, you were awsome!

Had my vehicle towed by walkers towing literally across the street.. 60feet tops. And the driver put a giant dent in my qiater panel, he lost the cap to transmission. The one for manually putting car in gear. Called about the problems and the owner hung up on me b4 I could even tell him what happened. They are halfass theives. You've been warned.
