Sternberg (especially Gary) has always taken care of our family. The service and customer experience is really one of a kind. I've not had the kind of service anywhere else, from buying a vehicle to the maintenance of the vehicle. I highly recommend.

I myself and most of my family have done business at this location for many years. It started with the Conners, and has grown so much since then. I like to do business where they know your name- like Cheers- just don't serve beer.

We have worked with Sternberg Ford in Dale even before they became sternberg Ford. The staff has remained essentially the same since they got bought out and I have to say that it has been the most wonderful buying experience of my life. They will work with you on finding the right vehicle for you much. Much more than anybody else will work with you. We most recently bought a Maverick pickup truck for them in January of 2022. In fact, it was the very first Maverick that they got in for sales on the floor. We had tried to work with another retailer in the area and they would not let us see the vehicle. When we contacted Sternberg Ford they shared us that they had one coming in shortly and we had first dibs to take a look at it and drive it. We ended up buying this immediately and when it came to working out the deal it was very very good. As I say we will continue going back for as long as we need to to have vehicles.

While we didn't end up purchasing from Sternberg's since we found a vehicle to better fit our needs at another dealership, the staff here were excellent and very helpful. We really wish they would have had the used vehicle we wanted here so we could have purchased locally, but will still keep them as one of our first spots to shop at for our next vehicle purchase!

The folks at Sternberg Ford are the BEST! Steve and Gary made my purchase both easy and pleasant! I will purchase my next ford here! To follow up on this I've since had other vehicles here for service and the service department is 5 stars as well! Give them a try and you won't be disappointed!

Sternberg Ford has a great sales force. They have humble spirits and want to be your friend. This is all from their foundation as Conner Ford years ago. They are friendly and not pushy. They want to help you meet your needs and desires. They will follow up and make sure that your car is meeting your expectations. I live 2.5 hours away and have been using this delaearship since late 1980s and will continue to return. Thank you Keith and Gary.

Hats off to everyone at Sternberg FORD! Mark S. was superb in his knowledge and help in ordering us a new 2023 Mustang. The car is lovely! Plus, the added support of Jerry and his "elite" crew of techs, what could be better? Two very pleased customers!

Recently received a new Ford Bronco from Sternberg and the experience with the dealership was great! They also have "free" lifetime Oil changes for the new vehicles. You do pay some fees, but the total cost is less than if you do it yourself. Also, I ordered back in Oct 2021 and didn't receive until Aug 2022 (due to chip shortage) and they honored the price we agreed upon at time of purchase. The MSRP had actually gone up almost $2k, but I did not have to pay that extra. This will be the dealership I go to for any new Ford purchases I make.

Delighted with the whole experience of buying my truck. My experience with service since has been excellent also. Will definitely be returning here for my auto needs in the future.This review is several years old now but as an update the situation has not changed. I still depend on Sternberg and Ford for my automotive needs.

Talk about a no hassle, extremely easy purchase experience. Called ahead for a test drive and Jay had the truck all warmed up and ready to go. Got back, agreed on price and financing options. No hard sell on extra add ons. They also provided a good price on my trade in.Came back the next day to close and everything was ready to go. Signed the paperwork with Gary and I was on my way after he showed me some of the cool features. In and out in 30 mins.I ll be buying my next Ford here for sure.See you in 5,000 miles for my first oil change.

I had a truck on order during these chip-shortage times. Gary and I texted multiple times - keeping me in the loop. When it finally arrived (that's a factory issue not a Sternberg issue) I had pictures of it in minutes and they had it cleaned and ready to go before I arrived. I even received multiple pictures of it cleaned, ready and waiting! Great experience!

While on our family vacation I managed to lose a key set at Holiday World. Stopped in hoping to get an emergency key but unfortunately they were unable to help. However, the staff was extremely friendly, prompt and the business was extremely clean. Holiday World called after we had returned to the campsite and lord behold they had our missing key set.

I was very impressed with this dealership. I received an excellent deal, and no pressure tactics. Was in and out very quickly and staff was very friendly.I have purchased a lot of vehicles and this by far has been my best experience.I highly recommend if you need a vehicle, to Sternberg Ford.Thank you Sternberg Ford

To be fair this was my first, and probably only visit.The good first. They got me in quickly for an oil change while I was out of my home turf. The service was quick and efficient. The staff was cordial.The bad. No one wore masks at all, and they wouldn't allow me to use Ford Pass Poibts to pay because I didn't tell them I was going to prior to the service. That is not in Ford's Pass agreement anywhere.

Great order and purchase experience. The chip shortage lengthened the order to production timeframe, but we received regular updates from the team on schedule and delivery. We have purchased multiple vehicles from Mark Shaeffer and always enjoy the positive experience

These folks are friendly, knowledgeable and fair. They will do everything they can to satisfy you. I have been a customer of Sternberg Ford since they've been owners of this Ford Sales and Service. I have purchased my last three vehicles from Sternberg Ford and will be a car buyer in the future. Great place to do business.

I recently traded in my 2012 Ford Fusion on a 2014 Fusion. John Byers is the salesman I spoke with first, and he did an excellent job. I didn't find what I was looking for after my first visit, so he kept me updated with new used inventory I may be interested in and I eventually chose one i liked. John was out of the office the day I purchased the vehicle, so I worked with Gary and Mark and they were both outstanding as well. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Sternberg Ford and more than likely will not be the last. The service staff is great as well. The last time I was there one of the mechanics answered some specific questions I had about my vehicle after I had it serviced. All in all, a great establishment.

The service manager Jerry Ebert at this dealership is very rude and disrespectful. If you ever have an issue with a vehicle, I recommend finding another Ford dealer. The service manager also gave out information about our vehicle to an individual that does not have anything to do with us and we did not authorize the information to be given out. We found out through that individual about issues with our vehicle and had to call and have a conversation about it with Jerry. He was very rude and disrespectful again to us.

No pressure sales staff. Jay provided a casual approach which we appreciated. They provided a very fair price on my trade in. No sales pitches to purchase add-ons such as extended warranties, etc. Looking forward to continued nice customer service for regular routine preventive maintenance which includes free oil changes on our new truck.

What an amazing group! Throughout our whole experience they treated us like family! The previous week at another dealership I was pulling my hair and I was over everything.. but these wonderful people didn't treat us like another dollar, they welcomed us with open arms and everything was perfect! I have told so many people about our experience! I will never forget this and we will definitely be back!

Great dealer to work with. No hassle at all. Jay was my sales guy he made the process super easy. Always answering my Tex and call when ever. I bough a used diesel truck from them and Couple of days later the truck had some electrical problem. I call jay about the issue. He calls me later telling me to take the truck to my local dealer and they will pay to fix it. The owner of stern berg cares about his customers and the vehicles they sale. I was very happy. My next truck I be buying will be at sternberg again.

I drove 1 hr. and 45 minutes to look at a truck. I was looking for a 4X4 F150, and the information and pictures that I found on CarGurus sounded and looked a lot like what I was looking for. I wasn't thrilled about driving that distance, but my initial phone conversation with Jay was very good, so I decided to make the trip to look at the truck. Jay had told me that he was going to be off, but he would make sure that Mark was there to take care of me. Upon arriving, Mark was already working with another customer, but greeted us and made sure that we were being taken care of. He went ahead and gave me the keys to the truck so that we could test drive it. The information on CarGurus was very accurate, so I was pleasantly surprised with that. When we returned from the test drive, Mark was waiting to meet with us. We negotiated a price that I thought was very fair, and he even sent the financing to multiple places to see which one had the best rate. Because he sent it to multiple places, he actually got me a rate that was over 3% lower than what my bank was, and 1.8% lower than any of the other finance companies that he sent it to. He got my payment exactly where I wanted it, and saved me $1,800 over the life of the loan compared to the other finance companies. I've only had the truck for 2 days, but so far, I absolutely love it. I was very impressed with both Jay and Mark, and honestly, for me to say that, they had to be really good. I have always despised shopping at a dealership for a vehicle, but Jay and Mark made this a very pleasant experience!! If the opportunity to work with Sternberg Ford arises again, I would not have a problem at all in being a repeat customer!!
