Sam in the service department was very professional and polite. She made scheduling an appointment quick and easy. She kept me up to date on the whole process. Eli in the parts department was very professional and knowledgeable and made the whole buying process easy. I will definitely return for any service or parts. Brian was the tech who serviced my vehicle. He sent me a video of the inspection! That was the coolest thing ever! He explained what was out, what needed to be cleaned, or changed. I will definitely return for any service from here on out!

VERY happy with our pre-owned purchase from Zeigler Subaru! Antonio, our salesperson, was helpful, friendly and didn t b.s. my wife and I. Andy in finance, after working hard to get us the monthly payment we were looking for, called us back the day after purchase to tell us he had found us an even better rate and lower payment! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Went for my personal tutorial on my Forester with Naomi. I learned a lot of new things. So glad I went. Also saw my salesman, Adil, and he ran my car through the car wash while I was waiting for Naomi to finish with another client. That was such a nice surprise! Thank you, Adil!

So we are waiting to see what happens. My wife bought a new Solterra Subarus EV from Zeigler. 5 months later, the windshield cracked. No rocks nothing hit it, it just cracked. I hope Zeigler and or Subaru are going to the right thing and stand behind us. More to come.

Clean and quick. I have a maintenance agreement so I can't comment on pricing.The new facility is top notch even with a lot of cars coming in I was in and out in 45 mins

The dealership was great!! My salesman was phenomenal. Courteous, thoughtful with very little pressure. After my purchase, they even had a person to teach me the features of the car and how to use them, with a followup to come.

Bought are car at this location when it was under different ownership. They treated us like we were their best customers. The price was fair for the work done, and they didn't charge me to clean and lubricate a sticky hood latch. We will go back for future service.

Love. Love. Love. My Merrillville Subaru dealer. From purchase of my first Subaru and my second they treat me like royalty. Granted I pay more for my oil changes but at 6,000 miles its worth it.
