This shop is amazing, there diesel technicians are highly experienced. I took in my truck because i had low power. Brad took a look at my truck and with in 20min knew what the problem was. I had this problem for over a year!!! Took it to different mechanic they never figured it out. Brad you deserve a raise!!! Thanks for helping me out.

Took my truck in to get serviced. A week later the same problems I had before came back. I asked if I would be charged an additional fee and they stated yes if there's a new problem. How can there be a new problem. The purpose of me getting it repaired the first time was to fix the problem the first visit. Charge 110 an hour just to rip you off.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

They are absolutely amazing. Brad had me diagnosed, fixed and running in less than an hour. Another shop tried 3 hours and couldn't figure out the issue. They are on my go to list for semi engine work any time! Well worth every minute!

We had air leek on air dryer, so they did come out fast and ended up bypassing dryer. Kris mechanic on site is great guy.Reason for giving them only 3 stars is they charge as $475 for service so you can decide.

I came with few issues, when I got out, 4 weeks later, cause they were very busy, my truck got out with other problems I've never had before. For some of the problems that my truck got they told me to go to the dealership, cause they don't know how to fix them. So I had to go to another place to get my truck fixed. I won't be back here for sure. $ 110 an hour it's just too much for that and I've got mice in my truck,, from their parking lot. Avoid that place. Better elsewhere.

This place was the best! My dump truck broke down and the operator at my site suggested them but said they are super busy. I called and to my surprise they said bring it right over! As soon as I got there they started working on it and trying to figure out what was wrong. Best place hands down!

I had minor surgery done here on my 377 Pete with 3406B Cat.This was last year some ti.e back, I know, it is on my mind again because I'm currently redoing things I had done.It had the flywheel housing gasket leaking. So while I was in there I asked him to put a new clutch and pressure plate and I also wanted to upgrade to a 13 speed transmission. I was informed by Dave that if you go from a 9-speed transmission to a 13 speed transmission I would lose some top end because 9th gear on a 9-speed has a taller Overdrive then a 13 speed in the high split. That was not correct information it was incomplete. I later realized there is a transmission a 13 speed RT0 what he sold me and the RT00 that if he did also offer and or suggest I'd a bought it.If given the correct information initially so I could have made a better educated decision I wouldn't be having to put another transmission in a year later after finding out there is one out there that I would have rather had.NextSo another thing I asked him to do was I specified I wanted a Bendix Air Dryer. Some Bendix style air dryers will not work correctly on a cat 3406 they will continue to cycle frequently. I ended up with a Chinese Bendix look-alike and what the same symptoms and after I brought it back they tried to remedy it with another regulator that didn't solve the problem and was leaking air from 4 different places. I installed a brand new Bendix and the Chinese look alike sits in the box.NextAnother thing was The Weller rebuilt transmission that was and still had a very loose sloppy split. Before I replace it the next shop is going to agree to go for a good long ride with me before pulling it and is going to disassemble it for me before I hire them. Rebuilt things r only as good as the tech that's at the bench on that day. My guess is too much shaft end play and worn bearing surfaces on the shafts in the back box.NextAnother less than professional result from work performed was the driveshaft had to be shortened and they only balanced the 1st of 3 shafts, only the 1 they shortened. Dave drove in the truck with me after the repair and agreed about the vibration and commented his balancer had limited abilities and was just fine with a really big vibration. Chicago driveline is where I found the Experts for balancing driveline and I did get it straight.I went here with more than a few friends and associates having referred me here. I am a mobile service tech that travels nationwide. I have the ability to do this work myself but realize the importance to look to specialty shops by virtue of the fact that is what has me so desirable to my coustomers.Service writers can make or brake a place. They should be overly attentive I did not get that from this place. Going forward from this experience now I proofread all write ups prior to any work performed. Dave if u r reading this u should be the one at the front desk if u value your reputation. I think I may have wanted to know u before u became sosuccessful. U lost me.

I will repost after I speak to the owner Dave, but my semi truck is in the shop for the third time, it seems they are fixing what is broken but not what is breaking it! So this is costing us thousands of dollars. I hope the owner fixes it this time and does not charge us labor as that is what I am going to ask him to do. It only seems fair since this is the third time for the same problem!He is suppose to call me back tomorrow morning :(
