I got a rock chip repaired here today in my front windshield! It was a terrific experience. The staff was super friendly and nice and the facilities were top notch very clean and accommodating. The repair itself was super outstanding! You can barely tell the window had ever been chipped. Excellent pricing and excellent work, would definitely recommend!

I had a crack on my windshield and Caesar was able to get me in the day before the holiday first thing in the morning. The company did a great job and was very affordable! I would definitely recommend and I will go to them for future business. Great service and very professional!!

They did a fantastic job replacing the rear window in my RAM 1500.The glass looks great and the sliding back window functions better than new.The guys at Shield were $200 cheaper than the other 3 automotive glass repair shops I got quotes from.Staff was very friendly, they were able to source Mopar OEM glass for me and scheduled me in the next day.The office and waiting area were very clean and organized.Overall I'm very pleased with the service I received and I will definitely be coming back next time I need a window replacement.I highly recommend Shield Auto Glass to anyone needing glass replacement for their vehicle.

Cesar was very helpful and knowledgeable with all questions I had regarding my windshield replacement. He is personable, friendly and cares about his customers needs and concerns. Overall they were quick with my repair and it held up through the next 2 days of raining with no leaks, so I'm extremely satisfied with the job that was done. A+ Service

I had windshield replaced on two cars here and both were excellent work and done quickly. I also had very dark side windows that they removed the vinyl from and did that very well and at a reasonable price. I now have my car in their hands to repair a side window that came out of it's tract. The best experience ever! I highly recommend Sheild!I needed my front windshield replaced. Shield was $300 lower than the quote I received from Safelite s website. Caesar was amazing! He told me that my window replacement would take an hour. It was done in less than an hour. I am beyond pleased with the service, the price and the promptness.

Had to replace my front camper windshield. My husband and I bought our camper windshield from the the factory that made our camper. When we brought the windshield to the dealership they told us they would not install it because they didn't order the part themselves. I was greatly disappointed with that dealership. I found Shield Auto Glass online and was greatly appreciated for the great service they did. Customer service was awesome too. They are awesome! My husband called them yesterday since we needed our windshield replaced asap and they were able to do it the next day. They were also done in under an hour! Very good customer service! The guy, who I assume is the owner was extremely nice and helpful! Great experience at Shield Auto Glass. They were professional, courteous and efficient. They were able to replace the shattered driver side door window on my car the same day I called for a quote. They were also less expensive than the other quotes I received. Where can I start? I m a try to make it short and sweet but the truth is the truth! This company is awesome! They have the best customer service, communication, and dedication that is out of this world. They replaced my front car windshield and did an excellent job. They are AMAZING!! Seriously, call them! I had gotten a few other quotes and Shield Auto was over a $100 cheaper than its competitors. Plus, they were the only place that was able to get me in the same day! They replaced my entire windshield and cleaned up all the bits of glass in an hour. Guys, I called on a Monday morning and they got me in that day. Amazing! The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was so polite and professional. I was so stressed out over my windshield and they made the entire experience so easy. Fast service, professional and kind employees, and the most affordable price around. They are the full package. If you pick another auto glass company other than shield, then you've made a bad choice. Cesar was able to special order my Mopar windshield overnight, then came to my house to replace it after I couldn't get the car to him and then he was less expensive than Glass America.

This place is absolutely amazing!! i would HIGHLY recommend! i called on a monday to get my cracked windshield replaced and they got me in first thing the following morning! The men here are amazing at their job and very friendly and great at giving alll the details! They are also very time efficient they finished replacing it in less then an hour!! I could not be more pleased with Shield Auto Glass! My sunroof was shattered by a foul ball at the baseball field. I called several places for estimates on replacement and it was made clear I would have to get my glass from the dealer. Needless to say, the estimates were sky high. However, Cesar took the time to look around and was able to find a replacement for me from the same make and model for a fraction of the cost. Not only did he take the time to hunt down a difficult to find part for my newer model vehicle, but he also went out of his way to drive a few states away to pick it up in order to save shipping costs and time. Wow! Where does one find customer service like that these days?! Cesar kept me informed throughout the process. He thoroughly explained what the replacement would entail and what the possible risks were. When I brought my vehicle in, he was kind, courteous, and efficient. The installation was completed in little more than an hour. Upon pick-up, he spent time explaining the work he did to me and my husband, and made sure we were satisfied with everything. Called on a Saturday morning with a broken windshield that couldn't wait. The guys at Shield had to order my windshield and stayed well past closing to finish it. Great service & just honestly good people! So thankful and satisfied!

Very friendly staff, will try to find you the best prices for any window that needs to be repaired or replaced. I had gotten to other places and had to wait hours just to get a small crack fixed on my Jeeps windshield, where as I only waited less than 30 minutes at this location.
