What a great group of guys and amazing turbos. First time running a new precision turbo and I matched my best ET without using any nitrous whereas my previous best was with a lot of Nitrous! Can t wait to stretch the boost legs this year!!

I have been a precision customer for over 6+ years now. I run a 62/66 on my Evo 8 and a 73.9 Next Gen R on my XFWD civic. I've have had no issues with either turbo, and the customer service that I receive from precision is absolutely amazing. They are quick to answer emails, and attend almost every race that I go to, which is awesome because you can speak to someone face-to-face regarding any questions or even shop for new parts. Because of the customer service and the quality of their turbos, I wouldn't go anywhere else. #TeamPTE

Wes and Yuyin have been super helpful with helping us get the appropriate turbos for our B58 and S58 engines. Thanks to their suggestions in turbos, we are able to break manyyy world records with 0 issues and consistently!! 10/10 recommend Precision Turbo!

I have been running a set of 58mm Precision turbos on my R35 GTR for over a year now, and recently went low 8s in the 1/4 mile. The turbos have performed beautifully so far, and Precision s customer service is top notch. They also attend all the major racing events around the country so it s nice to be able to talk to the team in person. This is my first set of turbos from them and they have gained a customer for life.

Great turbos. But be aware that if you order from the website make sure even if it says it in stock that you call and make sure because they fail to update the sites inventory. Would have went a different route and spent 2100 elsewhere had I been properly informed that it was 3 week backorder

Great company and service. I have a precision turbo and fmic now on my Grand National and plan on ordering an upgrade when the time is right. They do not try to sell you on product, they will consult with you to find the right fit for your combination and goals.

Came in with issues about my car. They told me they knew how to fix them. Not even a day later the same issues I had with my car. When I came in to see if they can fix what they said they fixed they just told me my car had other problems they just didn t tell me about it. They charged me over 350$+ for nothing. I had to go to another shop.

I sent my 6466 in for a simple feed pin leak. Precision gave me an estimated lead time of 3 weeks. Within a week and a half, the turbo back at my doorstep with a new compressor o-ring, compressor turbine, hardware, bearing housing, exhaust housing, exhaust turbine, and feed pin. It was unbelievablely easy and affordable. Precision went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I was even able to speak with the tech who did the initial inspection and gave more insight than I could ask for. I would highly recommend this team for any service request.

This is the kind of company who makes products that cost thousands of dollars, but excludes the 5 dollar fittings required to install them. Then when you place an order they will charge you, not send tracking info, and ignore all your emails for weeks. Great job, you delayed my build and cost me money to save a couple dollars. Garbage company, I ll go with Garrett next time

Review for turbonetics, but I think it s the same people. Great customer service. Even though they were busy Nestor gave me all my options from a rebuild to new turbo. I received a email back quick with all the info I needed to send my turbo in.

Being a loyal customer (buying turbos for 5 of my cars in the past from them and spending 6k plus) I couldn't believe the customer service I got this time around. Was sent the wrong exhaust housing ( confirmed the order from the dealer was correct), Through calling 11 different times, in a 2 month period, being on hoid for at least 2 hours total through all of the calls, They basicly said "Only thing we can do is send you a different housing and your going to have to custom modify it, make an adapter to work" I accepted, seeing that it was basicly my only choice, and they said they would ship it out once i sent my other one in. 2 more weeks go by from me mailing it in (usps priority) I hear nothing from them. I call again, I have to call 3 times to get through to talk to someone. He checks on it and my box is sitting there unopen. He says he will get the new one out asap. 2 weeks later, I call again. I say who I am, and that im wondering where the exhaust housing is, They hang up. I call again, and this time Get Turbonetics (their sister company) the guy there is very Helpful and within 8 hrs gets back to me that they shipped it to someone else by mistake.Through this whole process, Not one time did they act like they cared that they 1. sent me the wrong product, 2. Made me do all of the legwork to try to resolve it, 3. Never once did precision call me, even after leaving messages, ect. 4. Never once did they offer me anything. Not even Expedited shipping. 5. They couldn't even ship it to the right address. I mean seriously?I would be very nervous for anyone who buys anything from them. Its one thing to have a mixup. its happens. We are all human. How its handled after is what matters. Hopefully someone reads this, Thinks Twice and Calls a Garrett, or Borg Warner dealer. That's who will be getting my business for the next 2 turbos i will be purchasing shorlty.

I purchased a Precision Turbo sweater at Lights Out 9 and was mistakenly given a different size then what I had asked for. I didn't realize until I got home which was 1900 kilometers away... I fiqured I was stuck with a sweater I couldnt use but decided to send them an email anyways... within a few hours I had an email reply and a message on my phone from Heather. She looked after everything and shipped me out the correct size on their dime. I couldn't believe how quickly they looked after it and made it right for me! Truely great customer service!

Payed for a Mustang Turbo last month was told it be in Stock November 9th and sent out within a day or two and now I was told it'll be six to ten weeks! My car is sitting at a mechanic and I was told November 9th it be in stock and shipped out and mechanic was ok with that and all it needs is the Turbo and thats all but now its totally different. No phone call or email was sent to me. That is unacceptable!

Customer service and product warranty means nothing to this company I heard they were going downhill but didn't believe it until I experienced it firsthand if I can recommend anything I would recommend another company and spend your money somewhere else do your research cuz once great companies are going downhill such as this one
