This jiffy lube location is awesome. The guys that were very nice and professional. I have never been to a jiffy lube before so this is my first time. They allowed me to leave my truck there instead of staying in it which was nice because I was starving. Didn't even mention that I had my maintenance required light on which they cleared. And they filled up my tires and cleared that tire light that was on, which I forgot to mention too. When I came back they checked me out and got me out of there really quick. I would definitely go again.

Jiffy Lube is great! The techs in Crown Point are awesome! Always courteous and kind. They are one of the few places in NW Indiana that I trust with our family's vehicles. Kudos to all the staff in Crown Point! You ROCK!

This has been my Jiffy Lube of choice for the past 5 years. The staff is always professional and service is always timely without feeling rushed. They are willing to answer any questions and the one time that I did have an issue with service management resolved it immediately. See you when its time for my next service!

I liked going here. I was happy with how fast it was. Everyone working together getting the customers in and out. I wasn t there 30 minutes. I normally go to the dealership and wait 2 hours minimum for an oil change. I m glad I went to Jiffy Lube. The workers were friendly and courteous.

What an amazing experience! Great service, wonderfully polite people!I thought I didn't have time to have my wipers changed. But a winter storm was quickly approaching and I didn't want to lose visibility if I got caught in it. They had me back on the road after changing my wipers, filling my tires, and checking my fluids within minutes.My son recommended this particular shop. He was right!

I take my work truck here for oil changes because it is SO MUCH FASTER than any other place I ve taken it. They re very nice, quick, and get me back on the road in 10-15 mins. Highly recommend!

Jiffy Lube is always delightful and fast in their service. They ask but do not oush for extra services or add ons and they get the job done. I've been there a few times and so far very satisfied with their work and the employees have been very polite.

Jiffy Lube at 93rd and Broadway in Crown Point Indiana isthe only place go to have my oil changed. They have fast courteous service.I'm afraid to drive my car up the ramp so they do it for me without hesitation.Nice diversified group of employees.

They were incredibly nice. I was having issues with my debit card and they bent over backwards to help me. They also offered to vacuum my car which is an incredible service. Let me know about a bubble in my tire, which ironically the next day my tire was flat they were great.

Went in for oil change service and usually have no problems there but I found out when I got home that my coolant reservoir cap was not screwed back on and was found on the inside of the fender. All the coolant in the reservoir was gone and I had to replace it. I have received excellent service in the past but the technicians working on my car need to double check everything before giving me back my car.

Very professional and courteous. Team did an excellent job in changing the oil and checking the windshield fluid. The car drives much smoother. I would highly recommend Jiffy Lube quality service.

Friendly employees. Oil change was really fast. I was in and out in about 10-12 minutes. They didn t try to upsell me on items. I had just replaced my air filter a few months ago and they told me it looked good rather than to add items not needed. When I need a quick oil change I will be sure to go back.

I'll always return for oil changes at this particular jiffy lube location. All of the employees are extremely personable, kind and honest. I am always in and out within a short amount of time and the cost is competitive to other oil change places.

The Jiffy Lube on Broadway is the best, it's clean, the techs are polite, they let you know about preventative Maintenance for your model car, they do a great job and are fast , overall I would recommend it as I've been going there as needed for several years.

The store manager was very nice gentleman and took care of my car. I was very pleased with the all staff. I recommended to everyone jiffy lobe. They are very nice and the work was done on the timely manner very happy for excellent service

Great place- better prices than Take 5 and quicker service. And despite being convinced for years they were using peanut oil leftover from the Jif peanut butter plant, they assured me they only used honest, real-life dinosaur juice and not peanut butter! Imagine my relief!

They went above and beyond for me and really made me feel comfortable and attended to. On top of that they finished the job quickly. I ve never had such great service from an oil change. Definitely coming back.

Always a perfect visit.Courteous, quick service, and reasonable pricing. It is always great to Go somewhere where you feel like the employees actually enjoy what they're doing And are in a good work environment.My truck has quite a few miles on it. they let me know that I was a little low on oil and suggested I come in to keep it topped off before my next service date.Made recommendations about additional Services but we're not pushing about it like most places.Definitely a fan and I will keep coming back here as long as they keep the same business model

I love and depend on my Jiffy Lube to make me feel secure on the road. Because they give free refills on my fluids and tires, I stick with them! The workers are all very professional and kind. They remind me or give suggestions on what my car is needing. I love that.

I LOVE GOING TO THIS LOCATION TO GET MY VEHICLE SERVICED! THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE HERE. I VE BEEN COMING TO THIS LOCATION FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND JIFFY LUBE IN CROWN POINT, IN ANY DAY! This place that did my oil and tire rotation was great. Now the other one off exit 5 on I-94 east was very bad. So I gave 3 stars because the one in crown point was excellent. Extremely nice and professional.

I was blessed with a card that came in the mail for $24 dollars off. Who can t use a deal these days? The guys were professional, friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. I was a quart low. I got an oil change, engine air filter and a cabin filter. My car runs better. It was happy and I was too. Thanks JL- Merrillville.
