Shout out to Laura Dominici for Exceptional Customer Service Experience with Range Rover!!!!! The journey to purchasing my new Range Rover was made seamless and enjoyable, thanks to her outstanding customer service. She rolled out the Land Rover RED CARPET for me (Champagne , Flowers & ALL)From knowledge of the models to personalized assistance, every step felt like a VIP treatment. My experience at South Shore Jaguar was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We had a bad previous experience at another dealership so we came in with low expectations but from the moment we walked in Toby Chen made us feel like we were the most important customers in the world. Very genuine, knowledgeable and kind, and even bought us dinner. He gave us an amazing deal on a car that was already lower than the competitors The General Manager Jack was friendly and helpful as well. And Rick in Finance closed the purchase with service up and beyond. They made a mundane experience fun and pleasant. If you want a no nonsense, ,honest and totally transparent transaction Then you need to buy your next car from South Shore jaguar. Ask for Toby and get fair and honest service!

Kenny was awesome. Car was excellent condition. Staff treated us well. The 2 and half hour drive was worth it. They detailed the car afterwards and filled the tank up. We will be back to purchase another car from this dealership!

Wonderful car buying experience here! Kenny was our sales expert and he was great. He listened to all of our needs and was not pushy or aggressive. We really felt heard and that we got the best deal that also fit our requirements. Jack was who we worked with in finance and he was great as well! I didn't catch the manager's name but he did say hi to us and gave our child a stuffed animal when she got a little upset. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. It was clean, professional and everyone was great.

One of the best experiences I ve ever had purchasing/leasing a vehicle. Due to a busy work schedule working 2 jobs, I knew I had no time going to dealerships working a deal out . I found the suv I was looking for at this dealership. Let me tell you everything was done over the phone and made me life easy . Everyone there from the assistant manager(Jack) , the salesman(Luis ) , the finance manager (Rick ) and manning were amazing. Jack was amazing from day one whenever I first contacted the dealership. I can tell his leads by example and works hard to make his customers happy . After 4 days of phone conversations , he made a happy customer to join the Range Rover/Land Rover family after being with Audi for 7 years with multiple vehicles . Jack takes pride and the vehicle he sold me , I can tell he has good taste in cars after he described to me how he personally designed the vehicle I purchased. I live in Illinois, but I m glad I went to Indiana for this vehicle . While I was there doing paperwork, I observed all employees take pride in what they do , And that s something i admire . I def will recommend anyone there who is in the market for new vehicle.

Very nice dealership, friendly staff and nice variety of vehicles. I had my car serviced and the staff was not only knowledgeable about my issue but they reassured me they would do their best to get to the bottom of it. Jaguars are not cheap to fix without a warranty but, I still feel they were fair with their prices and I appreciate that. Thank you guys. Special thanks to Gabby, Samantha and salesman Kenny for answering my questions about the new vehicles. I would recommend this location.

I just purchased my beautiful Mercedes from South Shore last week. My experience overall was excellent. Tabatha answered all my questions and walked me through the entire process over the phone and everything was ready for me before I even got to the dealership. Tabatha was very professional and she made the process go quickly and smoothly. My previous Mercedes was totaled two weeks prior so the entire car buying process was a stressful and emotional one but coming to South Shore changed that for me thank you so much and also shout out to Rick you are awesome!

I called the dealership and made an appointment to take a look at a vehicle I had seen online. Before my wife and I got to the dealership, Tabatha had reached out to us by text letting us know that she'll be more than glad to help. By the time we got there, the vehicle had already been pulled up ready for us. Inside, Tabatha offered us beverage and water before taking us out to test drive the vehicle. She was very professional and helpful as she made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. She and her team offered to find us a better rate than our own financial bank rate. And they succeeded in doing so. We were very pleased and before we knew it we were shaking hands on a great deal. Thank you Tabatha!

Outstanding Service. Megan who is my Service Advisor is very knowledgeable about the Vehicles that enter the dealership. Jordan my salesperson still checks up on me months after I purchased my Rover. This shows alot on how customer is priority one.

Tabatha was great to help me with my out of state Range Rover purchase.I really didn t need to be there in person. She sent me videos of my car and followed up with me after purchasing. The arrangement for delivery of the car was also taken care of. My experience with her as well as the dealership was awesome!

I had an exceptional experience with Jordan at Land Rover South Shore. His customer service was outstanding, and his inviting smile made every interaction a pleasure. Jordan's dedication and attentiveness were truly remarkable, and I believe that more people like him are needed in the industry. I highly recommend working with Jordan for a truly enjoyable car-buying experience. Jack Pearson was also amazing! Funny, personality, and very professional experience with both of these gentlemen at the dealership! My Range Rover was worth the wait! The presentation of the Range Rover when it arrived with the pink bow, and how clean it was just every girl s dream!! I can t stop bragging about the car, the dealership and the customer service from Jordan!!! Cheers to Land Rover South-shore I will be back! Best of all when my Range Rover speaks it sounds just like Jack Pearson with that British accent!

We stopped in on a Friday night to just check out the Land Rover Defender, and while the dealership was quite busy, we were taken care of immediately. We had a very knowledgeable sales associate and were encouraged to explore all of the features of several different Defenders with many different levels of equipment. Our sales professional, Toby encouraged us to test drive anything we wanted, and at no time did we feel any pressure or stress that is typically associated with a vehicle purchase. We decided to sleep on the idea of a new vehicle, and the next day we negotiated a bit on our trade in, and the specifics of our deal. I felt treated fairly and with the highest respect. Our purchase experience was great, getting us in and out of the dealership efficiently and after a thorough explanation of the features and functions of the Defender, we were on our way. We cannot rate this dealership any higher, and would gladly do business with Land Rover South Shore in the future.

This dealership sold my daughter a range over. She's a child still with a daughter of her own. She hasn't drove the vehicle but maybe a couple 100 miles. Since she's purchased? It almost 8 months ago roughly started to put about 7000.Flowers in the still at the dealership be in fixed? It's been back to this dealership multiple times and I just stuck her with a $30000 bill financing and I haven't helped her at all.This is a shame

I purchased a used vehicle from JLR South Shore and it was certainly one of the best experiences I've had with a car dealership (and I have a bit of a car addiction and have bought dozens). No nonsense, a fair deal and courteous service. Laura Dominici is a great sales adviser and Jack Pearson, the Manager, really knows how to build an effective team.

The Good: Price was good for the car I bought, and there was no pressure to buy Gap or warranty.The Bad: Car was dirty, the car was lent out when I first came to see it.The Ugly: Title work took way to long, had to buy LoJack and Fabric protection, payoff took to long.Overall it was ok, but they need to speed up paperwork. I think prices were low enough to make the addons ok, but honestly tired of these kinds of games. The car being so dirty was honesty kinda insulting, but not a huge deal either.

My service declined significantly over the years. Getting an appointment to bring my vehicle in was TERRIBLE and the inspections were a joke! I took the car to another dealer for maintenance and was informed of some pretty serious issues that had been building up for at least a year, maybe more. The funny thing is that when I took the vehicle to South Shore during that time period, they told me other than some routine issues like tires, alignment, etc., that there was nothing wrong. Now I have to pay a couple thousand in repairs that would have only cost me a few hundred if they had only checked the vehicle PROPERLY. I will NEVER take my vehicle here again.

Just want to give a shout out to my good friend Laura! A+ service! I don't live close to South Shore LR... I told her exactly what I was looking for! We did a credit app online and boom! She made it happen! Was there the following morning to test drive sign the paperwork! In and out within the hour! Great job you guys!

From general manager Jack Pearson, to Michael Kopack, and Rick in Finance - the service was top tier! I would surely recommend Jaguar Land Rover South Shore to any and all! The team surely made my dreams come true in purchasing my dream vehicle! Their expertise was spot on, they had the vehicle I wanted out of all Land Rover dealerships, and only 3.5 hours of my time was surely applauding...the only thing missing was the champagne :) Thank you to everyone that assisted me and my husband on this grand day - your team surely made my dreams come true!

Two months ago I came to the dealership to check out a used car. I drove 3 hours to see and test drive a car. The car exterior and interior was great. The only issue was the car smelled like stale cigarettes. The reason why I did not purchase the car was because of the smell and how the salesman Kenny failed to notify me about the smell too.If I didn't say anything, he would have sold the car to me which would be a risk to my health since I have asthma. It was unfortunate that they failed to do their part. Chris the sales manager tried to do his best to resolve the issue but the damage was already done.Kenny reached back out to fix the issue and make it right by telling me they would get rid of the smell. If the smell was gone, he stated he wanted me to buy the car. I told him that them getting rid the smell is temporary and it will comeback over time when it gets hot outside. I know a couple people who bought a car that was owned by a cigarette smoker. They told me that they regret buying the car because the smell came back and it is a faint scent. At the end of the day, please do your research and ask the right questions. You can see from the other reviews that they have poor communication and problems being transparent with their customers.
