Two lanes were open to help move the line faster. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. The test didn't take long. I like this location best just for those reasons.

Quick as such matters go. I went at 9AM on a Saturday and had to wait about 10 minutes for my turn.

Stopped Tuesday with kne car in and out quickly. Ran home got the other car and Same thing. Super service. Also renewed plates. Thank you to Zach Hank and Jenny for a wonderful experience

Quick service, I also renewed my plate there but there's an upcharge of $10. The kid that was handling it was expecting a tip for some reason though. Everyone wants a tip these days even when I pick up food from a restaurant.

There was only 1 car in front of me. Crew worked quickly, and I didn't have to get out of my car. Crew was friendly, too! Great experience and I passed!

They were listed as being open today and when I stopped there at 3:40, they weren't open. I had checked online and it said they were open and how busy they were, but when I got there, there was a cone in front of the way to get in and all the doors were closed.

Christian was the young gentleman who waited on me late this afternoon (7/28/21). He was very friendly and polite. I must add, he is proof that there are some young people out there that have great work ethics! Someone give this young man a raise!

I think there are about 5 stations for testing. I was not crowded. Maybe waited 5 minutes in line. Testing done in a few minutes. Nice workers.

Took less than 10 minutes. I went after 1 pm..less lines. They even renew registration there......Pple were courteous and helpful. Wore masks for safety.. Overall great experience.

I called to ask a quick question and I was "first in line" for over an hour I started as caller #3 and went from 3 to 2 to 1 all in about 5 minutes. But once I got to first in line they never picked up, i eventually had to hang up.

This is the absolute best place to get your vehicle inspected for emissions! They are very quick and respectful to you. Everyone needs a raise here. Will be coming back here to get future tests done.

Quick and friendly service :) Jenny went out of her way to be kind and helpful! My gas cap was broken and she even replaced it for me . I will definitely come back to this location for my next emissions test and to renew my plate!

Mike the station manager was extremely unprofessional rude and discourteous. He let two car go ahead of me willfully on purpose and said yes indeed he is doing that because I accidentally rolled past the stop sign. Honest mistake but should not be rude about it cop an attitude about it and punish someone who genuinely believed his employee flagged me down. This is not appropriate representation for the company and state of Indiana.

Everything is done pretty quick, you can renew your plates at the facility, estimated wait time is actually accurate.

Easy, I was in and out in less then 5 minutes and the staff was friendly and they worked quickly!
