The workers will never be paid enough for the hard work they put in. This company used to be a place for good parts with multiple, stackable coupons and discounts. Now, their prices are high and the discounts are low. I can't say it's greed given the atrocious fiscal policies of the installed former VP but, I've gone back to my wholesale supplier for better prices.Bot response

Always a good experience at this store so far, since they opened! Friendly staff, and very helpful! Best Ball Joint Press that I have ever used, and on the rental tool program, I even got the $250 back, so it was free!

I ve had some questionable experiences in the region when it comes to this stores brand. Seems like some are amazing and some are down right terrible .Glad to have neeeded to go here today.!! Handled my concern quickly, fixed an issue on a return and got me back on the road without any issues.Best experience ever!!!

Omg this place is amazing! Jess and Marco were such a great help. I was stranded in the cold and they helped me. Marco gave me a battery and battery test. He was so helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. I honestly can't thank them enough. Thanks Marco

I will never go to autozone, Napa or O'reilly's ever again. I needed a wheelstud and nobody else would even go back and look. I walked straight in advanced auto showed the lady what I had and she sized it up and brought them back to me. I went to northern tool, harbor freight, tractor supply and even called petes rvs. I would ask her to marry me but she had a ring on.

Frankly, distasteful at best, and out right disrespectful at worst. Went in to see if they could change my battery, was told by the woman "because your leads are too corroded, the shop does not want to work on your car". After being told "the shop will not work on your car"; the woman then directed me to a mechanic shop off of route 30 about thirty minutes away.Called AAA, and within 45 minutes, not only were they out to my location, but the battery was swapped, and my car was up and running again.Not wanting to do a job is one thing. Telling a customer their entire car is totaled is a completely different story. Stick to O'Rielys or AUTOZONE. At least they won't jerk you around.Will not be returning just to be told, "yeah chief it's busted big time"

Great place to go if you need part's for your car or truck. They have it all .I went in there 2 says ago needed a thermostat for my car and the lady was so nice explaining everything to me and also said if it's not used you can return it and get your money ! That is the kind of place that I like to shop. Stop in it's on the corner of Broadway and Summit in crown point Indiana

Grsat place. Over the years I have found the, Car Quest, branded parts they sell, to be of higher quality than what O'Reilly's and autozone sell.

Avoid. Ordered parts online and designated a pick up person (my husband). Only store around that had them in stock so he drove out of his way. The email said they were ready for him to pick up. Even said in the email he was pick up person. Gets there and wouldn t give them to him. Said it wasn t in the computer.Said it plainly in my email. Store needs to update their system or actually trust the customer (who else would be picking up some brakes pads for a specific older car??!)Incompetent employees.Go to the one in Valparaiso.

I ordered an online oil special with filter. Went into store and he pulled my order but the filter was not there and my receipt said nothing about a filter either. I showed him the add that I clicked on and he said, So. Great manager you have there Advanced Auto.....

My number one place to go for auto needs. I use the perks to get $20 off my next shopping experience. Helpful employee to answer most of your questions. If they don't have something in stock it gets ordered so you can have it the next day.

It's a great place to get parts. My impression is Rus is not customer service centered which makes it challenging.
