Just bought #7 from them, and the sixth from Steven Wells. Cash purchases go smooth and easy, of course, and Steven always finds me what I am looking for. If I am buying on credit, they always manage to get me approved, not easy since my credit sucks ( a long and sad tale.) This time I told Steven what my needs were, and while I didn t leave with what I thought I would, I left with newer, better, and much better suited for my needs. Love my little car, always have had a thing for Fiats and their quirky driving experience, and as always love the experience with York and Steven.

I am extremely Satisfied with this service department. It was recommended to me by a former Client as having an excellent service department. I came in as a new customer and described the problem with my car. The service department diagnosed and fixed the problem within two hours. I had previously taken my car to another dealer Closer to my home, and after keeping my car for two days, they had not diagnosed the problem nor fixed it. The cost to fix it was very reasonable. I will definitely use this service department again! Thank you guys!

Friendly staff. Kory Warren was extremely helpful! Great small town dealership who values their customers. Bought a used truck from them. Check engine light came on the next day. Took it back and they took care of the issues free of charge! I would recommend them to any friend or family member. Great experience.

We are always very happy with the sales and service people that we have been working with for the last six years. They are very responsive to our concerns and work hard to find solutions whether we are making a new purchase or needing service on one of our vehicles. We have been so pleased with York that our children have now begun to purchase their vehicles from York in Crawfordsville. We plan to continue our association with York.

Great experience on a Recall on my Fiat. My husband and I walked across the street to Steak & Shake, then it started raining hard. My husband uses a Cane and has to walk slowly. I text Ray and he came and brought our car to us, when finished. Then I offered to take him back, and he said No I ll walk. Great service!

Thanks for responding! My last name is actually Wilson. This account uses my first and middle name. You guys had my car for recall work and returned it to me with the engine cover lying in my trunk (which I didn t see until I got home 45 minutes away). Granted, you came to get it and fixed that, which I appreciated. Strangely, though, when I picked up my car on Saturday, a technician asked me about the thermostat on my car. I replied that no one said anything to me about it and when I asked for more information, he shrugged it off and said nevermind. Today, though, after you picked it up, I get a $520 quote for you guessed it thermostat replacement. Makes no sense to me.

Tony made my whole car buying experience a breeze after I totaled my previous vehicle. We were able to do a lot of paperwork online and only minimal things in person so I wouldn t have to wrangle my kids around in the process. I got a great deal for a great vehicle and awesome customer service! Thanks Tony!!Another cool bonus of buying a new Jeep is that you can get 2 or 3 free oil changes from Jeep themselves! York service department got my oil changed and tires rotated in no time flat.We appreciate you all so much.

We started looking for vehicles quite some time ago, and met Steve at the beginning of searching. He worked with us, while we shopped and decided for awhile. We ended up finding what we thought we wanted at a different dealer, and he did the work to find us something even better - an upgrade with great features and for a better price. As it turns out, Steve has worked with members of our family multiple times before, and we will gladly recommend him to anyone else.

Jerry was out sales guy. We got a new to me car and I absolutely love my car. They did everything they could to get me what I wanted. And I got it last month and already took it to Kansas and back with absolutely no problem. Jerry will call me and ask if I'm still loving my car and if I need anything. Highly recommend

Great experience with my oil change. Called ahead yo get appointment and when I arrived they know who I was from my call. Took care of me and added my new vehicle to their record's. A follow up to make sure I had no issues afterwards. Good experience overall.

York service after the sale is just as good as their sales experience! After Tony went way out of his way and was patient yet persistent while we both waded through three days of vehicles, payment plans and details, now the service department hits a home run!! I ll stick with York, for sure!

When having work conducted on my vehicle they lacked communication with me. I called to check on the status after two days and was sent to voicemail and did not receive a call back until it was done after the weekend. Also they are not very friendly on the phone and act like you are inconveniencing them to make an appointment.

Called to schedule routine maintenance and was scheduled for same day service. Oil change, and fluids all topped off as needed and tires properly inflated (they were a little low due to cold temps). All done within an hour. Very pleased!

This place is joke, if you knew what this place does to their customers, no one would ever use them. When I called to ask about servicing my car, they told me to give them a couple hours to look at it. 3 days later, after not communicating at all. They send me a quote for some random items, non of which solves my issue. I told them the spark plugs had just been changed, they must not of wrote that down because they tried charging me $700 to change 6 spark plugs. 4 hours of labor just for plugs. And when I say this car is the easiest car I have ever seen to change plugs, is an understatement. There s easy access, i done it in 30 minutes. With all that said, I wish I would have known about them before hand. The $100 diagnostic fee was well worth the knowledge I can pass along so you don t make the same mistake. There are several shops in town, please choose a different one than York. The only way places like this will attempt change is if they are forced to. I m a small business owner and I would be ashamed scamming hard working people out of their money.

All personnel at York Chrysler of Crawfordsville are very professional, but also quick to offer assistance for any concern. Regular service such as oil changes and tire rotation are completed thoroughly and other system checks made and reported, as well. York staff feels like family.
