The tech who came to help me with my dead battery was absolutely the BEST. Marshall was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and just an all-around terrific fellow. He especially impressed with his patience. I have some disabilities, and he accommodated them with kindness and absolutely no attitude at all. He did not try to talk me into buying anything I did not need; in fact, I was the one who insisted on buying a new battery from him! I knew mine was on its last legs (even though Marshall had charged it and got it working) and I thought to myself that there s no time like the present! Customer service is not dead! Highly recommended!

I felt compelled to write this review because we got seriously great service from Devon M at Wilson towing. Our car needed a jump as it was completely dead and Devon not only jumped the car but checked the status of the battery and alternator to make sure they were in solid working order so that we wouldn't be left with a dead car again. Top notch service!

I had a AAA tow that I was quoted 90 minutes for a driver to get on scene. They were there in less than half that. The driver/operator was incredibly kind and friendly. If I am in a spot where I need a tow truck again and Wilson s is an option, I will absolutely go with them.

We are from ohio and we ended up getting stranded in Hillsboro when we met Mike. He was super friendly and nice and even helped us out finding a few U-Haul places for us to haul our car back.. I would give that man 10 stars if I could.

Today I received great service! I called for a tow and was stuck in Waynetown they had a driver dropping off another car and he was here to tow me back home in less than 20 minutes. Also the driver tested my vehicle and told me the Alternator was out. Great service and very prompt and reliable. great service and affordable. towed me and my 2 dogs off the highway then changed my tire for me when my jack broke. Able to get into Walmart the next day and get a new tire.

Triple A customer. Called and arranged a tow because my Sebring would not shift gears. I was in a Payless' parking lot with a car that would turn on but would not shift gears. Kelby from Wilson's Towing called to ask me what the trouble was. I described it. He said it was a broken linkage. (I have no idea about cars whatsoever). He actually gave me a temporary fix of the situation. Thank you very much. Great guy and great service. Cannot thank you enough.

I locked my keys in my car and called Wilson s Towing for some assistance. The specialist that came out, Kalob, was so professional. We chatted a little, which always makes things more personal, and the service was quick. I d highly recommend them

Despite AAA's ineptness, Wilson's towing was phenomenal! We were stranded on the interstate for 2 plus hours.Their driver was one of the nicest gentlemen ever. 86 degrees out-he offered us all drinks, and even to take us to a hotel after dropping off our vehicle. Service above and beyond. 5+

I had a kind driver by the name of Robert. He took the time to call auto shops for me as I was unfamiliar with the area. He was a friendly guy and really went above and beyond what I expected from any towing service.Thanks Robert!

Affordable and quick service. Trustworthy as I had to leave vehicle on side of road and have it hauled home. Delivered it right where I needed it for an affordable price. Would definitely use again (hopefully won't have to) and recommend using Wilson's.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

No one is ever in a good mood when they need to call AAA for car service. However, you're service man, Brier was very professional, very polite. He did the testing on the battery, told us the battery was almost completely dead and couldn't hold a charge anymore. He did not have one his truck, but we were able to follow him to his shop and he was able to install the battery in a few short minutes. Thank you for making a bad situation manageable. It was nice to have a serviceman who listened to your issue and took care of the problem.Service: Battery service

Broke down in crawfordsville with load of cattle on. Wilson's came and towed me in. Fast response and they did all they could to help to get truck off Rd and cattle off loaded to another truck. Highly recommend

Needed to get my car to an auto repair shop. Jason was super helpful and nice! Got to my location pretty quickly and was able to give some advice on what could be wrong with the car (since it was squealing and chirping). He was super friendly and fun to have a conversion with! He even went into the auto shop and spoke with the front desk guy on what could be wrong with my car, even tho he didn t have too! Super nice guy, really nice service! This is my third time using their service and each time has been a blast!Service: Car towing

They did an amazing job.We were coming home and got a flat almost 100 miles away. They came out, got my car on the bed quickly, then gave my girlfriend, daughter, and myself a ride all the way home.Our driver was very friendly and professional the entire time. I can't thank them enough

My truck broke down on the way home from Wisconsin and home for me is Harlan kentucky but I was fortunate enough to come across an employee from Wilson's towing named Mike who was able to get me a quote to get my truck a trailer as well as my woman and myself home for a really great price. The encounter not only allowed us to meet Mike but it also allowed us to speak to a wonderful woman named Ashley who is their dispatcher and another driver whose name is Jason both drivers made my woman feel really comfortable with them and their personalities are beyond exceptional. I would use this service again if I had to without thinking twice about it. I have never met any tow company that recognizes that a person who needs a tow is already having a bad day but their drivers go out of their way to make the person who is having a bad day have a better one.Service: Long distance hauling

Jason was quick to arrive to where I was broke down and he treated my car with expertise and care. He had to tow it on a flatbed to 2 separate service centers and ultimately drove it 60 miles to a dealer so that the car could be serviced properly. I highly recommend Jason for all Tesla towing.

Had a flat on 65 near Lafayette last night, and these guys came quickly even though it was that busy end-of-weekend time. Dylan was very helpful, friendly, and professional. My mother's getting older and has needed Wilson's twice in the past month. Both times they were very good to work with and came out immediately. Jason was professional and reassuring, good at his work and got the car loaded up very quickly. Listen, if you need help with your vehicle, Wilson s is the place to go! My car decided to break down at the PNC bank parking lot in the two hour parking, which is a very tight squeeze. Jason, the man who towed my car, was able to get it started up, get it out of the parking spot, and tow it back to my apartment across town at a really reasonable price! He was very professional, very kind, gave me great recommendations on what could be wrong and what other reliable cars I could look into if this one doesn t work out. Wilson s definitely seems to value knowledgeable staff and customer service; I could NOT recommend them enough!Services: Car towing, Local hauling

Worked with Jason to replace my battery roadside on a 91 corvette. Even with a car that old he knew everything there was to about it. Was extremely thorough in battery diagnostics to make sure I absolutely needed a battery and making sure the machine wasnt just saying I did because of my vin. If I am broken down again I will 100% use there service.Service: Battery service
