Went to Walmart auto care with a blown tire that was riding on the rim that blew in front of the store. I went into the auto care center thinking I could get help. I told the man at the desk that I literally have a blown tire & needed help to get home which is 45 minutes from Crawfordsville. The guy s attitude was terrible. The guy was complaining that it would take over 2 hours & after 6 o clock it s nothing but 2 new guys working on my car. Good way to talk about your employees I explained my situation many times but the guy just kept making excuses. I did throw in the conversation that I needed an oil change as well & if it was possible to do also. The man replied absolutely not . I was shocked with the attitude of the front desk man. I understand it s Friday & we all want to go home, but isn t your job to help people in my situation? Good work Walmart, good work!

Waited 15 minutes for the tech to drive the vehicle in and out multiple times. He finally came in at 5 minutes to 7pm and says he can t help us cause they close in 5 minutes

Crawfordsville Walmart auto care center seems friendly when you can get them to answer the phone. Service is great for what they are aloud to do.

I had to get my tire replaced after having it go flat on the road and placing a donut on. Service was great, had me in and out in just at an hour. Only complaint I have is they didn t put my donut back where it belonged, just set it in the back.Service: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement

Wanted two tires 59$ each not bad but they tried to charge me 51 $ to install. Then fond out they were wrong it's 17 $ per tire, not happy

I stopped in there on Wednesday about 4:00 pm. I was needing to get a tire replaced because i had my spare on my car. At first, the lady wasn t going to do it for me. After i told her that i was just trying to back home to Evansville, she said they would do it. I was extremely pleased and they got it done quickly. I couldn t have been more pleased. I wish i would have gotten her name.

Went to have 4 tires mounted balanced I was told earlier in the day if I was there by 6 it would not be a problem I showed up shortly before 6 and was told they didn t have time. Since only 2 of them were working. There were no keys or paperwork on the board for other customers.About a month b4 this I went to get my oil changed and was told it would be done in less that an hour after waiting an hour and a half without my vehicle moving I decided to get my keys and leave.Definitely only come here if you have time to kill or maybe it s just a ploy to get you to stay in their store longer and shop?

Got a flat tire on the interstate on a road trip and had to spend the night in Crawfordsville because I didn't want to drive on the donut. Got to Walmart first thing in the morning, the person working was very nice, and I had a new tire and was back on the road within an hour. Great service.

I didn't have one problem tire I had two and just made it to Walmart Tire when one of them went completely flat. I am forever grateful to the garage team, as I had just been through a live changing heartache, their respect and understanding getting me back on the road and home is untouchable and out the door costing $10 ! Thanks to all of you!

I would not recommend going to Walmart Auto Care center if you need something fixed on your vehicle. I went there back in November to have a routine oil change done and a few other minor things fixed; windshield wipers, tire realignment. A few months after my car broke down. After being towed back to town, our mechanic had let us know that there was no way there was oil put in my car. Not only did I have to buy a brand new motor because of this but the Walmart claim center was very unprofessional about it. We had to call 10 plus times to even get a response and in the end was forced to pay for all the damages Walmart caused to my car. This has happened to friends in the past and overall I just feel they were very unprofessional about the situation in general. Will not be returning ever again.

I have always bought my tires from Walmart because I used to be an employee for 25 yrs. Went in for a bad tire sensor, 5 minutes later was told I needed 2 new tires, ok, 20 mins. later they stripped 2 lug nuts and not apologetic about it at all. Not their problem! Drove to Stevenson's Auto and $245 to fix the lugs. I will NO longer use Walmart Automotive!!!

I was in and out quickly. They were really nice and the follow along service on the app is great I had to bring my kids with me so knowing that was really nice.

First off, they told me they had no patches to fix my tire and that I would have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I purchased road hazard on this tire so they should have to fix it. They lady was really grumpy and didn't seem interested in helping me with my situation. I decided to get my shopping done and then come back for someone to check on my tire to make sure it could be patched. Not the best experience in customer service that I have received from Walmart.

Waited over an hour for them to not even take my tire off. They let me sit in a chair by the desk and never said a word. Took them 11 minutes after checking in to decide not to do the work but nobody told me. Went to Lafayette and another shop laughed when I asked if they had trouble getting the tire off. Save yourself some anguish and go anywhere else.

Was enthused that I got in so quick and done fairly quick as well for an oil change, however was very disappointed when 2 weeks later I popped my hood only to find a CHICKEN STRIP LODGED IN MY ENGINE . Fortunately I found it and it didn't cause any issues that I know of and that funny burning smell is gone now!!

Got there at 6:15 pm to have a tire patched. Was told we close in 45 min.so cant patch a tire the guys leave at 7. Really it dont take 5 min.to patch a tire that is ready and prepared to patch. They are a joke at this place.

Poor communication, i was quoted a price on a oil change$44.88 plus tax,when i arrived i got priced $20.00 more.i will never go back.

The guys know what they're doing and if they made a mistake on a previous visit they fix it for free and often compensate labor on your next visit
