I would ve given you five stars However, never really did answer my question I cannot find my keys and I m sure you have a copy on site. I am going to need into my unit tomorrow.

Great 24 hour facility that has a kiosk available for you to rent your storage building But with agent as you make your selection on the kiosk for a new rental and live agent comes on the big screen and helps you get what you need done

Good starting rates.....free 1st month. Fees are within reasonable rates for storage facilities. The best part of this particular store are the folks in the office. They are personable and great to interact with.

I have had a unit there since the past 3 or so years now. The only drawback is, I have a 5x10 outside. I pay $63 plus $10 for the insurance. They have raised my rent like 3 or 4 times last year and couple times this year. A new 5x5 unit is $10.

My items are well protected from mice & moisture. My unit is inside the temperature controlled building. However, my unit is along an outside wall which has a long 1/2" wide x 8 ft long crack. This has been reported 3 times in the last year and it still hasn't been fixed. It's an easy fix but they have made no effort. Sealing cracks would help with electric bill too. I can see light from outside.

Debra at storage of America in crawfordsville is absolutely the best! So patient and kind always goes above and beyond If you need to be late they don t send a notice then take all your stuff. Can t recommend this place enough! I was so excited about great service i forgot to include how nice and clean everything is! It s Wei kept! Zero complaints.

I rented a small storage space from Storage of America which was extremely simple and the two ladies in the office both were quick to get my questions answered and my rental agreement started. Staff was also helpful with insurance to protect my items. This property is very clean, we'll lit and secure. Highly recommend this place for all your storage needs!!!

Prices have escalated the past few years..they haven't added space to our unit or upgraded our unit so why the rising cost? They added exterior units .... So people who have units paid for those ..now it makes sense. Nice! Wouldn't recommend.

I like this storage I just don't like the price keeps going up especially when I've been with storage of America and I've had a unit rented there for four years and pay faithfully every month I think it would be awesome if people who rent a unit for such a long time would get a cheaper rent each month instead of having to pay raises for renting there unit it gets exspensive especially when your on a fixed income

Deanna the property manger was amazing she went above and beyond to explain everything to me. Showed me around. This is a very clean one of the nicest storage places I have ever rented from. I feel safe and it's well lit very clean, well maintained. If you are looking for a clean climate control storage facility give them a try. You won't be disappointed. Deanna was very helpful in getting me the unit that fit my needs. She was thorough and patient. She took her time explaining the application process. She even stayed after hours and did not act like she was inconvenienced. Feel comfortable that my belongings are in good hands.

Storage of America is not only an amazing company to work for, but it's a company that cares so much about their tenants. Our facility is a great place for stress free storage whether you're needing Temperature Controlled or Outside Drive-up. Deanna and I appreciate our tenants so much and we're so privileged to get to meet and get to know some of the sweetest people!

Nice, clean, indoor facilities. Easy to access, no complaints. One can get a storage unit without having to interact with a salesperson. The computerized unit at the front takes your information, credit card number, assigns you the size unit you want, and even gives you 2 different locks, with 2 keys each.

Favorite storage center I have ever used. Office staff is very friendly. After I rented my unit, check in to see if there was anything I needed. Units are climate controlled and out of the elements, which is a huge bonus, and prices are reasonable for what you get.

My mother Doris and I have rented a unit from Storage of America in Cville for almost 2 hrs now starting in Dec of 2016. And we wouldnt go anywhere else. Love that it is indoors and climate controlled. They have carts to help you move your item in and out. Which makes it so much easier when you are 2 ladies with no one else to help you. Deanna is so very helpful and kind to work with. We haven't had any trouble of any kind with our unit or Storage of America since renting off of them. We have even recommended them to several of our friends of which 2 rent off of them now. Keep up the great work!!!!!!

I am moving out of my apartment in Indianapolis on October 24th and am moving back to Crawfordsville after. To save myself some stress, and to take advantage of a free month's rent, I rented a unit online on September 21st. The unit I wanted, that the website said was available, I was unable to complete the lease online, so I called the store and they said it wasn't available. Cool, so I pick out a different unit and am able to complete the lease online no problem. I find out after renting the unit that I have to send a copy of my ID and an insurance policy within 3 days. A little inconvenient, I would have liked to know that I'd need those things before I completed the lease online, but I manage to get the required documents to them through email. I paid the $20 online to reserve the unit, and was charged an additional $40.67 for September's rent, and that was it. Yesterday I received a voicemail asking if I had moved out of my storage unit yet. Confused I called them back today and they asked again if I had moved out. I tell them I have never moved in, I don't have anything to put in the unit until I moved out in 2 weeks. Deanna asked if I had a lock on the unit, I say no. I haven't even been to Crawfordsville since I rented the unit. I asked her if I needed to put a lock on the unit, and she said she thought I had moved out, so she moved me out of the system. I told her to have a nice day and ended the call. She left another voicemail saying there were clothes all over the floor and my unit door was open, so she just figured I had moved out. Was there a check to see if I had used my gate code? No. Was there a call or email to ask if I had left my things/was in the process of moving out? No. An assumption that I had moved out - when I had never moved in - and moving me out in the system. So I paid a total of $60 for nothing. Clarity and communication are the reason for this low review, but apparently if you don't put a lock on your empty unit the employees, or other tenants(???) will open it and leave their things around it. There are plenty of other storage units in Crawfordsville, so besides being out my $60, its no skin off my nose.

I wish I could give 0 stars. They add on charges and fees without telling you, raise the prices after a couple of months, and even though we were paid through 2 months, locked us out of the facility. If getting ripped off is your thing, by all means bring your service here. If you want to be treated fairly and not be lied to and taken advantage of, take your business somewhere else.

Deanna and Nicole were both very helpful. The facility is very clean and has climate control. They also have carts available to make the move easier. I would highly recommend this public storage.

Deanna was very knowledgeable and super sweet. The building itself is very nice and clean as are the storage units. If I'm in need again I will most definitely come back!!

The online site answered several questions that i had. Talking with Deanna to confirm details about renting was a pleasure. Deanna has good customer service skills that most places I have dealt with have lost.

Deanna is very helpful at explaining different ways of paying and getting the right size unit for your needs. I am very happy with the service and cleanliness of the building.
