Terrible! Tried going there for gas after the solar eclipse and they conveniently had their restrooms closed! But they sure didn t show down the gas pumps. A town full of visitors and you shut down your restrooms! What manager or owner approved this?

This Speedway has no baby changing table in the restroom, though there s wall space for one. Would suggest this addition (especially since the Taco Bell next door also has no changing station (babies deserve healthy & safe restroom options too).

Lemme tell ya, folks, I've been on the road for what feels like an eternity, and this tired soul needed a well-deserved pit stop. Lo and behold, I stumbled upon this quaint little joint.I shuffled my way inside, feeling like a zombie after driving for what seemed like forever. But the staff, bless their hearts, were as warm and welcoming as a cozy blanket. They must've sensed my exhaustion because they kindly offered me a chair to rest my weary bones.Now, here's where the magic happened. As I was catching my breath, I noticed that the customer before me, poor chap, left his payment card right there on the counter. Oh, the horror! But fear not, for the awesome staff member swiftly scooped it up and tucked it away behind the counter, keeping it safe and sound until the forgetful customer returned. Talk about honesty and trustworthiness!And guess what? While I was waiting, I couldn't help but notice a display of Pok�mon cards right there at the register. I mean, who would've thought? In the midst of my exhaustion, a glimmer of childhood nostalgia sparked within me. It was like stumbling upon a hidden treasure in the desert!So there you have it, folks. A tired traveler's oasis, where the staff is as friendly as can be, and even saves the day by safeguarding lost payment cards. And to top it all off, they sprinkle a dash of magic with Pok�mon cards at the register. Truly a delightful surprise in the midst of my fatigue-filled journey.

Not sure why you would have a gas station on this busy of a highway and be rude as hell to people AND THEN you decide to close in the middle of the week during prime time. 8:30pm on a Tuesday night. Seriously? HORRIBLE Choices.

I was in this location on 10.27.22 around 1130am and cut my finger. There was a male and female working at the time and they both went out of their way to find me a band-aid and help me stop the bleeding. I just wanted to acknowledge and thank them. There kindness made my day.This is what customer service is about

Extremely packed. Had to wait to get gas. Definitely felt way too crowded. Their bathroom was disgusting. Only stopped bc my son needed to use the restroom. Thankfully I won't be back, as I don't live in the area and I'll be sure to avoid in the future.

My wife accidentally left a frowney face at the register and she is distraught because the service was actually very smiley face. I hope you are able to correct this so it doesn't reflect poorly on him.

I love Speedway. I always try to use Speedway when traveling. This one though I'm not so sure about. The staff was concerned enough to remove the tongs from the roller items grill and replace with forks, but not concerned enough to wear masks during the governor's mandate! Come on! Put the tongs back! Obviously these people don't care! The restroom made me want to vomit!! Pee all over the floor and not fresh by the way! The smell was awful! Just very very dirty!!! The whole store was dirty! I'm not sure they own a mop anymore. It looked like this place has not been cleaned in weeks. I unfortunately think I will have seriously consider another place in Crawfordsville.

The cashier tried to pull a fast one on me.She exchanged a winning Cash Five ticket EZ match winner, gave me an "exchange ticket" and kept the $5.00. Never seen this done before. I stood there confused and questioned her 10 times until she finally gave me the $5.00 winnings. BEWARE!

We were just at the speedway near 74 and the gentleman behind the desk was very accomodating. As i was in there just to pick up some cheese crackers and snacks the lady came out on her broom and yelled at everyone bc they were parked wrong. Ok the man in a black truck had just purchased ice and was placing it in a cooler and she was relentless. Oh my goodness. What happened to customer service. Is there anything wrong with kindness?

Other then being understaff this place was amazing, 89 cent iceies they are constantly running thier trash. The cashier was super chill caught myself chatting w him for like 15 minutes without noticing

Small store but nothing to complain about! Got gas, snacks & drinks. Nice staff, no lines, building was stocked & clean.

Avoid if possible.Terrible customer service.Refilling station is not printing receipts.Employees refuse to open the shop even though it is still not closing time. Refuse to communicate the problem with receipt

Customer service was good! My problems are the actual design. The bathrooms are completely inaccessible for anyone in a wheelchair

Someone left a No. 2 in one of the stalls. I know that s not really the fault of the establishment, but it was still gross. Also, the keypad on the machine was worn.

This speedway is a joke. The employee was sitting on the sidewalk and the store was dirty actually filthy. Half of the pumps were closed. The place was poorly stocked. This store needs a major renovation.

Everything in area same Price.. Bathrooms so nasty, after we got gas and seen bathroom we went to gas station next door to use their bathroom.. Not the experience you expect from a Speedway..

Come to this store at least once a month and the staff is friendly. They upgraded the bathrooms as well.
