Everyone I spoke with was polite and respectful. The mechanic was attentive and listened to my concerns, made clear explanations and recommendations. I was visiting from out of town and had a concern about my vehicle before driving 800+ miles back home. I felt confident that I received good advice and I did make it home without any further issues. Thanks!

Great friendly people. My semi tractor tire blew out on the highway, and I gave them a call and they were able to get me in right away on a Saturday. They changed the tire very fast and I was out of there less than a hour and a half. The tire tech also pointed something else wrong with my tractor. Great service!

Never been disappointed with the work Pomps has done on my vehicles over the years. Straightforward answers to any questions I have, and they'll take the time to explain what needs to be done. Would definitely recommend.

Everyone is super friendly and my tire rotation and nail in my tire were fixed quickly and at great price. Have used for several issues with my car and it is always excellent service, quality and pricing.

Nice ,friendly, polite personal. They let you know if they find something else wrong. They will tell you and let you decide if you want to fix it there. The ladies behind the counter, pleasant and friendly to talk to. When I need tires I will go there first. Thank you for making my day better.

They were right on time and very quick with all four tires. There was a problem with the valve stem on one of them and I took it back and again they were immediately right on it and done with it very quickly. I was very happy with the service.

I've been to a few different mechanics in town. But, the process has always been smooth here.Not to mention their Protection Plan when you get new tires is awesome! They also stand by it every time! Any time I've ever had issues, they got me in quickly to fix things and make things right!

The service was absolutely stellar. While waiting for my repair, the team members did everything they could to make me comfortable.The mechanic came out and personally explained the issues and his suggestion what to do after I got home. I have never been to a Pomp's before and was suggested to come here by Wilson's 24 hour towing.I know there is a Pomp's 30 miles away from where I live, and I've been made a convert and will be returning to the company.Thank you Pomp's team in Crawfordsville, Indiana!

If your needing tire service. Don't hesitate to call Pomps. They are very professional, Quick, and friendly. Had a steel rim replaced on my trailer. In and out under an hour. Will be my first call if needed in the area. Thank you

By far the best auto shop I ve ever been to! They were able to fit me in very quickly. I had a lot of work that needed to be done. They did STELLAR work. They were very fast and efficient. I will NEVER go anywhere else. I feel safe and confident in my vehicle now. The employees are so kind and helpful. I am very grateful to them. Thank you team!

Found these guys by luck, I needed a tire repair. Called them up, Amy was great and the guys jumped right on my trailer when I got there, very fast and efficient, had me back on the road in 45 min total! Awesome service!

Good service - have used them for years, though they tend to over-torque the lug nuts (110 ft. lb. vs. manufacturer s recommendation of 80). I usually re-torque afterward.

Just got first time alignment done on a 2015 vehicle with 160k miles and probably 500 pot holes. Was expecting bad news, but got simple honest and thorough service instead and a much smoother ride. Friendly too. I d recommend them to my grandmas if they still drove.
