I had to replace my battery. The manager was able to help me find the right battery quickly. As my battery was completely dead, they loaned me the use of their cart to wheel the new battery out to my vehicle and, once installed, wheel the dead battery back to the store. I did the installation in their parking lot. All went well.

They price match and always have good customer focus. Carry more high end parts which is what I usually look for.

Got my refund with no issues, but the associate made me feel like I was doing something wrong the whole time. Just kinda crabby.

I had an online order en route and they said I couldn't return the item. I had to pay for another one at the store. It was very aggravating.

Not good, callers we're put on hold while counter person was leaning and listening to earbuds.One counterman had a Chicago bulls hat on sideways thought I was being waited on by a Crip or a blood or something. Didn't even have a common compression fitting 3/16".I won't recommend them at that store at the very least.

Great experience here. Was driving through for work, needed some new wiper blades, cleaning supplies. Ask for Neal, he'll take care of you. Awesome guy and great customer service, thanks again man!

I used to do my parts buying at advance and auto zone till rude employees and high prices and hardly ever have what I need and if ordering parts it's usually 2 or 3 days to get them so I started going to O'Reilly auto parts the employees there are very pleasant and uasualy have the parts I need if not they can generally get the parts by the next day I would give you a 5 star

As of late I have developed an excellent relationship with the guys at O'Reilly's. They've gotten to know my car almost as well as I do, and are always super-helpful with ordering the parts I need and having a few rental tools available when I need them. These guys are no slouches. They want to make sure you have whatever help you need. To Terry, Nick and the gang: You guys are great! Thanks for always being there for my car!

Walked in could not even get anyone to help me or for that matter look my way to ask me what I needed! That's ok I'll buy my 500.00 part at a different auto parts store. Store SUCKS!!!!!

Got a Cherry Bomb Glass Pack here for my Cavalier and it made my beast sound mean as hell. But sound has nothing on performance of your vehicle. I do recommend going here for good customer service and free car scans, great place in general for the small things.

Staff wasn't very knowledgeable about something as simple as diff fluid, weren't that friendly. Stock wasn't great either. They only had two quarts of the diff fluid I needed and none on order.

This location had the parts I needed but the clerk was not nice at all. I had to drive from out of town since my local store didn't have the part. The manager of my local store called ahead to verify the parts were there, when I arrived the clerk acted like he had no clue and was acted as if I was inconveniencing him. He was even rude when I asked about a veterans discount and got mad at me for asking; very distasteful, I won't be back to this location.

I just got service from this O'Reilly's auto parts in crawfordsville,indiana after trying to explain to auto zone which the guy at auto zone is lazy as heck but O'Reilly's went and checked and told me exactly what I needed O'Reilly's has won a new customer great and pleasant experience thanks for your help

Really bad customer service. Won't even help you figure out type of part you need. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE..
