The staff here has seen our daughters cars multiple times. Honest service and the people are really great.They helped us get tires for our hay wagon and got them done quickly.

Tom was awesome!! He pointed me towards a website because he did not have the tire I needed in stock! They shipped it to him in three days and had the tire on by the fourth day! Fantastic service as always!!

I have been getting oil changes here for the past 4 years. Neal Tire & Auto Service is friendly, knowledgeable, and provides excellent customer service. Recently, I had a soft chirping noise and brought my car in. They were patient with me, quickly diagnosed it as a cabin air fan, and recommended the reasonable next step of replace in the future if necessary. Very thankful for their expertise when I felt like I was going crazy with random car noises!

Called while I was in town due to having two tires going flat. They were able to get me in and service tires on truck and trailer with no wait.

Great shop and excellent service. Mother in Law who was borrowing our vehicle had a tire blow on the interstate halfway through a 6 hour trip. They were more than happy to get on the repair immediately so she could get back on the road. Thanks to all the employees at the shop for their help!

Got 2 tires this morning. I got 2 70k tires for the price other tire places in town were charging for 50k. They estimated 30 minutes for the service and it was more like 20. Front desk guy was also very helpful and curtious. Tom I think, overall great visit and choice!!

Edit- Spoke to Tom and he is as awesome as usual and is fixing the issue. Check your door, but Tom has always taken good care of our family.I used to recommend Neal Tire to everybody in town. My husband took his brand new truck to them today, and the truck he s spent thousands of dollars getting ceramic coating on, the truck he has hand waxed almost every day- had a huge chip on the driver s side door today after an oil change. It had yellow paint in it. It was not there when he wiped it down this morning.When he called, the front desk lady insisted that if it s tight, the mechanics put the car in neutral and push it in .

I walked in right at closing time, unaware of their hours, and the woman at the front desk was friendly in letting me know they were closed. She still offered to help if I wasn't looking for actual vehicle service, so luckily I was just stopping by for a quote. She assisted me with perfection! She provided me with the info I was in search of. I didn't feel rushed or as if I was bothersome. I will definitely be returning for any future Auto service needs.

Our truck broke down on Interstate 74 east of Crawfordsville. Neal's was contacted and we were told to have the truck towed there, they would work us in. When we realized we wouldn't be towed there before they closed, I called and explained what was going on. They told us to just have the truck and 5th wheel towed to their parking lot. The next morning they took our truck in right away and got us on the road. We were so pleased with their friendliness, their letting us stay in their parking lot, how they worked us in so quickly and got us on the road. We were so very thankful!

I've gone twice in recent history. They removed a screw from my tire and didn't charge me a thing. Months later they identified a concerning rattle as a loose heat shield, bolted it back on for me, and didn't charge me a thing.

Took my truck there for excessive play in the steering. They said I needed $1200 in ball joints. Took it to another shop and they said said it was the steering box. When I asked the other shop they said the ball joints were tight and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the ball joints. They even showed me the lack of slop while it was on the lift. I would be weary of taking anything to Neal. They tried to get me to do work my truck absolutely did not need. $1200 worth in fact. I will take it to another Crawfordsville business to have my steering fixed. I would advise you to use caution when dealing with this seemingly dishonest group.

Thursday, March 13, 2014Tom, the manager, was professional yet very pleasant to talk with.They installed brake pads and didn't try to gouge me with add-ons.The service was fast and honest and I feel Tom went above and beyond to provide good customer service.

Never get a tire repaired here they put an extra hole in ur tire and not repair where the actual hole is. Very bad service rude people

My experience with Neal's was not a pleasant one. The first red flag was when one of their shop guys came out to give a customer the bad news his Ford chrome lug nuts were seized up. It was a big deal and Ford had lawsuits over it. It's going to take four hours shop time to even get these tires off then we have to sell you some lug nuts. The customer goes I had a couple tires off already I know a few of the lugs were stuck but not all of the them. Shop guy gets caught in lie, customer tells them to get his truck back to him he'll take it home and fix the lug nuts then let them put tires on it. After that I ask the lady behind the counter how much this is going to cost. On simple tire it said $12.50 per tire for install and new valve stems. She says $25 a tire. I tell her the internet price and I'm told they never install tires for that price ever, we'll work something out. I'm like we better work it out to the internet price and show her on my phone where it stated the price and they reluctantly honored the price. A month later I went to check the air in them and noticed the two dice valve stems caps my dad gave me where no longer on the vehicle. All new black valve stems caps. I told my brother about the tire deal and had some tires from simple tire sent there to be installed her left the truck over night and need a ride to Neal's to pickup his pickup. I go in there to ask about the missing caps and service immediately remembers me. I tell her about the caps and she tells a shop guy hey ask the guys about dice on that van, that got tires from simple tire that had a pizza hut delivery topper on it. I was like damn she described the van better then I could that day and I was driving my car so I was impressed. Then she when out in the shop and asked, came back said nobody knows anything about them. I said can I go ask them she says sure. I go out there and ask the guy who gave the Ford guy his lug nut spiel about the dice he says it's been three months I don't know what happened to them. It was 2/23/19, today is 4/4/19. I was like it hasn't been that long. How many people come in with two dice on the tires of a sweet pizza hut van? How can you forget? Then he said he put them on but they must've fallen off or I lost them. Okay so my valve caps fell off brand new valve stems and brand new valve caps magical jumped in their place? Then when I called that story out Ford guy is holding two exhaust pipes in my face saying it was that if I'm going to call him a liar and accuse them off stealing I need to leave the shop. I'm like what are you going to use those pipes on me? He goes and throws them down and says oh i don't need those pipes. Then a different shop guy tried to calm the situation down by taking me into the office and try to make me believe that if custom caps are the vehicle when it comes in they leave with them on. Now caps don't fall off or get stolen and fresh black caps magically appear in their place. This place is shady. If they go to those lengths over some inexpensive valve caps who knows what else is missing from my van. This shop will take advantage of you if they think they can pull one over on you. Be careful here!

Thank you Neal Tire. I called around for about two weeks looking for tires. After all my calls I was about to purchase used tires to save money. But I called Neals Tire and Auto Service. I talk to two people there, Tom I think was the first person then Misty. They work out a price on tires fast and beat out Tire Barn prices. Cut to the point, I was very happy with everything. Good tires and Service. I will be back. Now the BUT, they are hard to find if you don't know Crawfordsville. But it's with looking them up!

I've been to another car shop in Crawfordsville in the past. They didn't spend any time listening to me or looking at my car. The people at Neal listened to my questions and looked at the car to find out what was wrong. This time there was just a rattling heat shield that needed to be fastened down. Yay!

Got my all terrain tires with warranty and free rotation for life of the tires under 1 k which I could not get anywhere else to price match with warranty and rotation without and extra fee. So yeah not a hard sell to me

The mechanic wanted to replace items that didn't need to be replaced and charge me 550.00 for it.Took it to a different shop and They only changed what needed to be done and it cost me 190.00 a very big difference.
