Repeat Customer. Summer, Sierra, Thomas, all took great care of me. I'll definitely be back. Only the Midas touch for my baby.4/02/24.. This is my 3rd visit to the Midas here in Crawfordsville IN, and I couldn't be happier with the service I have received. The staff is absolutely fantastic, and more than happy to help with anything. They are all very knowledgeable in their jobs. I had tires installed this time around, that were shipped to the Midas from Tire Rack. I was in, and out, in 45 minutes. Sierra, Thomas, Willie, and Summer are the gold standard.

Before I made an appointment I asked the price for my oil change also telling them what type I needed, they told me $49.99. I decided to schedule it for the following day. I arrived at my schedule time of 11:30 and they didn t even take my vehicle back until 45 minutes later Then, when it was done, they told me it was $109. I told them the person I talked to had told me $49.99 and they said oh well they're gone now (seems like they were just lying to make it okay). So then I told them well maybe there was a coupon or something they had applied (as my daughter said she would just go where she usually goes next time). He then said he found one to lower the price and we ended up paying $67 which was better but then when the service was done my daughter got in her car with her son and noticed the new oil change sticker was missing and didn t want to leave her son in the car so she called. The same guy immediately put her on hold and when he was done with the customer in front of him, then decided to scroll through his phone instead of picking up the phone to see what she needed (she even waited about 5 minutes thinking he would pick up the phone but he didn t) . She then went in and told them what the issue was. Never again will we do business with the Midas in Crawfordsville, IN.

Very nice folks to deal with and I trust them to do the work. I am extremely happy with my exhaust system I had fully replaced. They took care of me and price wise too. I highly Recommend Midas of Crawfordsville. Thanks Summer!

Absolutely best service possible today!! 2 oil changes and 1 valve stem replacement done with care and professionalism. Summer explained everything and I needed to know up front and took her time with any questions I had. She definitely knows her business. Highly recommended!

I can t say enough good things about the team at Midas. Summer went above and beyond for me on 2 separate occasions. She ensured I was satisfied with the work and understood what was needed to get me back on the road. The entire team was very professional and knowledgeable about their work. I recommend them to everyone. You won t be disappointed.

I stopped in today to see about a price on a new tire. The lady's Summer & Sierra went out the way to entertainment my 4 year old as we talk shop. Free toy and a drink for little man. I was able to buy 3 tires get fourth free and saved some change. Great hospitality!Stop in and check out this to beautiful ladies and see what savings they can do for you!

I paid $200 in labor for installing 2 oxygen sensors supplied by me. My cooling fan stayed constantly on after the work was done. A sensor was intentionally removed, so I would pay more to have that fixed later. I had a new battery replacement price of $300 when the battery only costs $150. I will never go back to Midas in Crawfordsville!!!!

I took my car into Midas for an oil change. I had some issues going on with my car and express my concerns to Summer, at the Crawfordsville location, and Summer was very reassuring. I made a request to see the oil level before I left, and not only did they let me see the oil level, Summer took a picture and showed me the oil filter that was on my car and the oil filter that they were going to be putting on, they were 2 different sizes. Before the service was even complete, Summer told me how much the service would be costing. Before I left, I had a few more questions about my car and some services, and Summer was very informative with the information she provided.

I have used services as Midas several times and have been very pleased with their professionalism and great customer service. They are extremely thorough and clearly discuss the different options and prices. While in the waiting room, I noticed that every customer was treated with respect. You don t find that everywhere anymore. Summer, the associate who worked with me was top notch.

My husband got me new tires. We took them to Midas to have them mounted and balanced. They did just that! Very quickly I might add. It was a little pricey. But Travis the man at the front counter was very nice!

I went to Crawfordsville Midas shop because at my last oil change at the dealer said my brake pads will need to be replaced soon. the did a free inspection on my car and said my brake pads we fine and my car was in tip top shape no need to spend any money. This is the second time I have gotten excellent service at this location.If you are looking for a honest shop to service your car I recommend Midas in Crawfordsville

My experience from the initial online appointment request to checkout after my service, the entire staff has been wonderful! Very friendly, knowledgeable and explained to me in a way I could easily understand, and offered advice without pressure to upsell! Very great experience!

Went in for an oil change which went fine. The guy called me out to the shop to go over a few things he thought might be concerning. But really didn't seem like management wanted to leave him alone. Just felt very odd someone standing over us as we were discussing my vehicle. Definitely an uncomfortable situation. The other concern for at least me was yet again a manager trying to unneeded work on a young lady that had no clue about vehicles to the point she broke down crying because of some of the pricing which she didn't need 75% of. One female manager even states in the shop area how expressive the batteries were there and if it was her she would go to auto zone.i just feel like being honest to all customers not just to the ones you feel like you can take advantage of. I'm glad I was able to redirect her somewhere with proper customers service it's honestly sad when the people in the front offices ruin a place . I will not be returning to support a place that allows and promote misleading people if they arnt educated on vehicle maintenance. I can tell you this had my daughter brought home recommendations like what this young lady had I would have been up there in a hot minute demanding to know exactly why it's OK to lie to her just to make a quick buck off someone that doesn't understand. Again the actual work was great and knowledgeable, just hate it when bad managers ruin a place for me...

Midas was amazing they were able to get me a free inspection and called me back promptly to let me know what was going on and the cost. They were able to have the part in the next day and had my car done before I got off work ...great service great people great price ...definitely recommend

They were able to get my locked lugnuts off my honda civic and got new tires on there!!! I appreciate them so so much for it! You guys are awesome! I'll be in here next week for the other 2.

Went in we agreed on a price of 230 for work to be done. They spent 5 mins looking at the car and came back out and said I would have to pay 700 more for them to work on it due to bad oil? Oil was changed by me 2 weeks before

Had an exhaust leak. Local muffler shop I've used for years said I needed a new exhaust system for $1,200. Took it to Midas and it was a broken bracket. Saved me over $1,100. Excellent service and HONEST estimates.

I called Midas ahead of time to schedule to get my a/c fixed, and they gave me an estimate of a/c repair to be about $200 on the phone. When the day came, I had the expectation and understanding that they would be checking my a/c out & fixing it as needed.. instead, I got a text message in the middle of them doing a diagnostic on my vehicle that read the estimated costs of repair to my Hyundai would be about $3,000.!!!!. mind you, that DID include the additional repairs my vehicle needed after inspection (not their fault), so I called and stated I would NOT need all that extra stuff done because I m not paying 3k today. When I went to pick my vehicle up, the labor they charged was beyond unnecessary!! Since I asked them not to fix the additional issues, the charge stayed around $200, but I walked out the door with absolutely nothing fixed to my vehicle.. They told me they added Freon & patched a leak when I went to pick it back up but that I would still need an a/c compressor.. So nothing was fixed and I paid roughly $250 walking out the door for absolutely nothing but an inspection. I really think the 5 star reviews on here were just pushed by the company itself, as there were many signs encouraging customers to give reviews.Service: A/C installation & repair

Walked in to get my brake pads changed on my Jetta. I expected it to take a business day or two but they had the pads replaced and brakes bled in about two hours.Service was quick and friendly, I will definitely be coming back for all maintenance needed on my car.Service: Brakes
