If you re looking for a mechanic near the Crawfordsville area look no farther! We are beyond satisfied with the work done on our suburban. They got us in very quickly & last minute and performed what needed done within hours! The staff was very kind and professional and The shop was very clean and well taken care of. We will definitely be coming back for all of our car needs in the future! Highly recommend!

The entire team at JTR is amazing!! I blew a head gasket and not emotionally or financially ready to buy a new car! I spoke with mechanic and Chelsea,office manager, they both explained in great detail,my car was worth this hefty fix.I was pleasantly surprised they provided me a loaner car!!Chelsea and Levi provided updates along the way. Their customer service was above and beyond!Picked up car on Friday, I am so happy to have my 12 year old car back and better than new!! Car was returned clean, no muddy shoes or grease on steering wheel!I highly recommend, to all, JTR is extremely professional and experienced.As a middle-aged single woman I felt heard and was provided quality, trustworthy service.This shop is beautiful, clean and full of kind friendly employees.The waiting area is also beautiful with a clean bathroom!!Fingers crossed my car is good to go gor awhile! Without a doubt.. I'll be back!

JTR Repair is amazing. I called with a quote from another business and JTR fixed it for less and I feel so much better having taken it to a smalll town business out of Lafayette. They make you feel like they actually care about you and your vehicle not just your money. They have loaner vehicles so you aren't without transportation. i received pictures during the time they had my vehicle and I was kept informed. When I called Chelsea was very friendly and got my vehicle in the next day and it was ready to pick up that day. I will continue to take my vehicles to JTR and recommend friends and family to do the same. Thank you Justin and Chelsey for all the communication.

I attempted a DIY project and needless to say it went wrong. JTR arranged a tow to the shop, cleaned up my mess, finished my project, and gave me a loaner car for free for the two days it was in the shop, which was remarkable because they were short staffed at the time. Couldn t be happier with JTR. I ve gone to them before and I ll go to them in the future. Excellent work and service!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Had my car stop on me. Had it towed to JTR who immediately gave me a car to use while they checked it out & would call & let me know what the problem was. Having a car available to use while my car was out of commission was very helpful. They got right on it & let me know what the problem was within a short amount of time & the cost. I appreciated them keeping in touch with me during & after my car was done. People were very polite & helpful with questions being asked. I would recommend them to anyone needing service. Thanks for being the best.

JTR is polite, professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. I trust them with my car! They also offer a very friendly waiting room, which many auto repair places do not. JTR always goes that extra step to do what is right.

So far so good. First time using JTR. They gave me a loaner car, did the repairs and I haven t had the issue return so far. They seem very knowledgeable and friendly. Will probably use them again in the future.

I've been very happy with their service each time that I've used them. I had called in advance. Before taking my vehicle to the shop. Overall, excellent customer service and excellent staff that explain the procedures that were done your vehicle. Kind of hard to find if you haven't been here before. Just take the gravel path until to reach the building in the far back. You will pass two houses on your way back. Everyone is very friendly and patient. Brought my car in for rotars and pads. Both fronts and rears needed replaced. Got a better quote than the Mazda dealership and Midas. Great thing too is that they have loaner cars just in case you have other things to do during your visit. Had to set an appointment for the next day but that worked out better for me anyways. When I brought car back they got it in quickly and was done in like an hour. By the way, I only chose to have the rears done for now, but I will be back soon! I highly recommend giving these guys a try!

I had a great experience. Truck broke down in Indiana had it towed to GTR, and they got right on the vehicle in a timely manner. JTR Repair is fabulous! The service was impeccable. They picked up my car and left me a loaner to use. My oil change and brake work was finished quickly. I even paid over the phone so I never was inconvenienced with leaving school, finding a ride, or waiting! I highly recommend them for any auto work needed!

I can t say enough great things about JTR Repair!! They were so friendly and informative. They kept in touch with us the entire time. Our car had an issue that the dealership and another local shop couldn t figure out but JTR took time to figure out what was going on and fixed the issue. My husband and I are incredibly happy with our experience and highly recommend this place. We will not be taking our vehicles anywhere else in the future, only JTR Repair!

On vacation in the area and having issues with brakes, called and was setup with a quick appointment. Team was very informative of the issues I was having and explained in detail. Great service!!! I'm a firm believer in getting what you pay for!! They did a great job and done rite the first time. I was treated like a loyal customer imediatly. With all my vehicles and equipment it's been an issue with finding a place to do it rite the first time.I am now loyal customer for life. Will not hesitate sending more work your way. Summer is great in the office. They communicate great with you and let you know what is going on with car. They always try their best to get you in when something goes wrong. Came in for a oil change promotion for Veterans on 11/11/22. I was greeted promptly and professionally. The service was done quickly and well. I was able to watch them from the customer area. It would have been nice to have a full breakdown of services rendered such as fluid levels and technician notes/concerns post service, but that s on me for not asking. I won t knock a free service. I m likely to return for other maintenance needs if required and recommended their business based on my experience. Thank you Levi and team at JTR Repair

Called a week ago to get a quote for belt replacements (Midas in town charges way too much). Without asking, they gave me a quote with parts included and a quote without parts included (i.e. I buy my own belts and they put them on). Service was quick! They still honored the original quote EVEN after I had to reschedule twice because my belts came in late. Realized they were closing right when I was free to pick my car up and called ahead, they said they could wait couple minutes. Will definitely be coming back for all my auto needs.
