Be aware of the prices on service, I was quoted $135 for an oil change(that s what Bill Estes Ford charges) on the phone so I thought I would have them do it. They did the oil change and I supplied the filter and the price was $146($185 without filter). They did reduce it to $116( Estes would have been $95 using my filter). Guess I will be going back to Bill Estes Ford from now on.

I was pleased with Aubrey's assistance. However I was very disappointed to be told that I would have to agree to pay the entire bill for a new trailer hitch before a claim would be submitted to Ford. This is a $1000 part that is factory installed. After six trucks and five trailers I have never had a hitch wear as this one is doing.

Best experience I have ever had buying a car. I was not pressured into buy to car or all the extras. I just recently totaled my car. I now have a better interest rate and cheaper payment. The entire experience was top notch.

Dealer communication was excellent, they answered most of my questions, so I drove 150 miles and ended up buying the vehicle. The staff was friendly, patient, and helpful. I didn't feel pressured. So at this moment I am very comfortable in giving them 5 stars.

I traded in a vehicle for something a little newer. I have a good credit rating so that probably contributes to some good bias in a positive experience. Belinda the finance manager was very patient with me in explaining things I had questions with and she was patient with me when I had to take a moment and contact my spouse to make a decision. As sales Kyler was very comfortable to be around, he was also my age which probably helped as well. I am very thankful for Kyler for double checking the vehicle I was trading in because he found out that I had left my prized "To the Extreme" Vanilla Ice CD album in the trunk.

I went in for a recall. Coming from another appointment, I arrived quite a bit early. They ended up having me done before my appointment time started. All of the service people I had contact with were pleasant. The next time I need service completed, I'll give them a shot. I normally go to another dealership and haven't been pleased lately.

I needed my gas cap changed. They got me a new one that was a better fit. They exchanged the caps in a few minutes and now I can add gas with no help. The fellow who did it was very efficient and disposed of the other cap for me.

I took my 2018 Ford F150 to Etter because whenever I plugged my trailer lights adapter or my trailer lights into the truck an error message would pop up every minute alternating between "Trailer Connected" and "Trailer Disconnected". I was called and told my truck was fixed that it was a blown fuse. Total cost of a single fuse being replaced: $113! That evening when I got home my wife noticed the fuse box lid had been smashed in hood when it was closed by the technician. (See photo.) Also, the morning after my truck was "fixed" I plugged a trailer lights adapter into the truck and got the error message "Trialer Lighs Module Fail". Obviously, my truck wasn't fixed so I literally paid $113 to have a fuse replaced that didn't solve my problem. I called Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg and they said they would see the problem resolved and it would be covered by my 3 Year or 36,000 Mile Bumper to Bumper Warranty. Etter Ford said it couldn't be covered by the warranty.

By far worse place to take your car for n e thing. Paid 84 dollars for oil change which I wonder if they even changed it due to them stripping my oil bolt last time. They never have filled the coolant fluid. They didn t rotate my tires. I feel I have been totally ripped off. They will lie straight to ur face. And that s true Facts.. sad I have to check to see if they did what they claim to do.

Professional service and staff. Honest and knowledgeable service staff. Service was performed as promised with little wait time. Service performed was explained with willingness to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this Dealership to take care of their vehicle needs. Super place!!!!

Sales staff was good. Brought my truck in for warranty work, (was burning oil) they replaced the some parts under warranty (And topped it off with the correct amount of oil). A week later the same problem. It took a week to realize it because my truck had to be driven to burn the oil. At this point I m out of warranty. Talked to the service staff and they told me since I m out of warranty that Ford does not care . The problem was never fixed when I originally brought the truck in under warranty. Now apparently I am stuck paying for a major repair that should have been fixed correctly under the warranty. I was wrong to think that buying local that they would take care of it. Will not make that mistake again.

Our experience at Etter was excellent from start to finish. Staff stayed past closing to meet our timeframe needs. Salesman Jim Howard was wonderful to work with, his no pressure approach was refreshing. Finance Manager Belinda Young was awesome, even helped us work through some technical difficulties as our lender's computer systems were having issues. Tech savvy Lindsey Etter offered a "bells and whistles" tutorial. Would definitely recommend this dealership!

in April of 2022 we bought a 2015 ford focus it had a shuttering in the transmission so we took it in July 2022 for it to be checked out $1500 dollars for a clutch replacement. This particular car had just had the clutch replaced in 2020.We asked them if they would do right by us and please just buy the car back could even leave us with the $1500. they refused.So basically they sold me a lemon, and won t take the car back.

Olivia and Dennis are great people there. They listen to what s wrong and make sure the right mechanic is working on the problem. Done in timely manner and always makes sure everything is explained to me in detail. No surprises.

Two years ago I bought my first car here. Being new to the country and new to driving it wasn t easy for me to zero in to a reliable vehicle and a dealership. Etter Ford made it easy for me, not only the car turned out to be an excellent buy , the people are super nice too. I never felt disadvantaged due to my naivety in automotives. Though I have moved states, I won t mind visiting them again just to say Hi or maybe to buy my second car from this business. This establishment truly deserves five stars for their professionalism, honesty and value to customer.

This establishment has been in Crawfordsville for a very long time. My dad bought all his cars there, my grandparents bought all their cars there. They do great business, the shop does great work with great mechanics on site. I recommend Etter ford to any and everyone

Went there to buy a truck today and wanted to trade my current truck in. They offered me an amount and I was satisfied with the amount. When they found out I only owed a certain amount on my truck they made up a story on how this lady is buying it instead and they gave me the run around for around 2 hours. I was basically selling them my truck, then writing them a check for the remaining amount on their truck. I dont know who in their right mind would "wait on this lady" to get approved when you have a buyer standing here with cash. Doesn't make a bit of since and I can't wrap my head around it. The sales man could have just told me they don't want to do the deal? Pretty much just wasted my time today.Update**.. they just called me to harass me on this review. Very unprofessional. Will be calling the BBB.

My son has been getting these recall letters about his passenger-side airbag and the power steering and it concerned me. I want him and his friends to be safe so I insisted on following up. It took him several weeks to actually get the appointment made but he eventually called them up. His car has been running perfectly since we bought it four years ago and continued to drive perfectly right up until we dropped it off at Etter. Never a problem outside of a flat tire. I drove with him to drop it off yesterday morning and it ran fine as per usual.He got a call that afternoon about all the things that are horribly wrong with it and urgently need to be replaced. I was not privy to the initial phone call and my son didn't know any better so he just trusted them when they said his battery, alternator, brakes and catalytic converter all need to be replaced. Luckily he only agreed to the battery until he could have a conversation with me. They "fixed" the recalled airbag and power steering and replaced the battery and we went to pick it up. The power steering no longer works. At all. The thing they were ethically and legally obligated to fix at no cost no longer works at all. I called to follow up and bring this to their attention and their response was "Yeah the alternator is bad. We'll have to change that out".This is ridiculous and unacceptable. All they had to do was make good on their obligation to correct the faulty engineering of Ford Company but apparently that isn't profitable so they had to invent a bunch of problems and ultimately leave the car in such a state of dysfunction that it is all but undrivable unless we agree to over a thousand dollars of further repairs. This is extortion.Etter Ford has reconfirmed and reinforced my well-founded distrust of dealership service departments. They are crooked and exploitative. I will be getting Etter's failures corrected at Froedge's where I know I can trust the people and the work.FOLLOW UP: It turns out all of the thousands of dollars worth of repairs and replacements that Etter's wanted to charge us for were entirely due to a single blown fuse. The alternator is fine. In conclusion, Etter's is either incapable or unwilling to do basic mechanical repairs without exaggerating defects, padding the bill, or outright lying.

Car worked fine before, took it in for a clutch replacement. Came back to a broken o2 sensor, the car starting very rough and taking a few cranks to start. And clutch pedal sticking

Was a great time spent with all the crew at dealership! They are friendly and helpful and if they weren t sure of answer they would find it out. We purchased a 2011 super duty 350 truck and would recommend dealership to anyone- they have a great small town feel and courtesy that makes you feel welcomed.

Lost my pride and future sales with the company. Wife's key fab stopped working, went to setup and appointment, and they told her just to come in at opening. She had to sit there for an hour. When she left she was told the key doesn't work. However, they did fix it and it's still working. She had to call back to clarify why the key is working and why she had to order a new key. However, then they told her she needed to order a new key and pay the full price for it. Compeletely disappointed in the lack of honesty this dealer represents Ford with. Will be moving on to Chevy or Honda in the future, and will be sure to let others know.
