Ive bought so many things from american rental either by myself or when my ex husband and I were married. Never have a had a problem with anything. They bring everything straight to you and set it up . Making payments is also super easy.

Michelle is great . She always has a smile on her face and is very helpful. We have been dealing with the crawfordsville store for years and the delivery guys are always carefull and fast. LOVE ARE NEW FURNITURE.

I ask& I received, . I pay & I keep it,they are good people have used them a few times when I needed an unexpected item ,like a new couch bc the puppy ate our old one .Very professional, courteous and if ya do happen to have any problems they are there to help you resolve it .The 4months same as cash option is cool too, I don't know if it applies to everything.Anyway check em out. Good peoplePersonal side note..........(Cannabis legalization for our nation is a mustFree the plant heal the people save the planetMo/co united for cannabis legalization.Together we get better. )

They were all very friendly and give me great advice on how to try to make sure my fridge wouldn't come back on, before buying one of theirs. I really like their service and their service techs were very polite and informative on the new fridge. I would recommend them to my friends.

My husband and I have been renting from here for a couple of years. The staff is super friendly, cash and carry room is so convenient for anyone needing furniture that is lightly used at a discounted rate. I will always recommend american rental!

American rental in Crawfordsville Indiana is one of the best rent to own places around I am on social security and was so grateful that they were able to work with me to purchase what I was needing with payments I could afford. They also do things for the community. I really appreciate American rental in Crawfordsville and as soon as I get my grandson's bunk bed with stairs on it paid off I will be in to purchase a French door refrigerator freezers combination.

The staff is the best!! I have had help from Michelle picking out furniture to a nice tv. Electronics are not very user friendly to me and the men who delivered my furniture and electronics set everything up and explained how to even use. Everyone is always professional and very kind. I fully recommend anyone just to go and see what they have. I am def a returning customer

If I could give this place zero starts I would. They do not deserve the one they have. They overcharged me than what my contract said then when I told them to just pick up the couch they dropped the couch in my flower bed that I paid for landscaping and they refused to do anything what so every. I couldn t even recieve a simple I m sorry or any sort of an apology from them. What I got was those aren t nice flowers anyways don t waste your money.
