James and his team were excellent! My wife and i took our 2011 gmc terrain to have the timing chain and rear differential replaced, it was done in a reasonable time frame! I would recommend his business to anyone needing work done!

Been going here for a years now as I have an older truck that needs maintenance more a more now, started out getting quick a great service a was priced good for the work as well. Well I d say this last year of service with them has been challenging to get good and correct service from them. Took my truck in for wheel bearings not even 6 months they were bad took it back since it was under warranty they fixed it again an in November I took it back as they were loud an had a lot of play in the steering thought it could be them but wasn t for sure, James looked at them drove it said I think there just loud here s a free oil change. Now we re in February took it in for oil change an asked him to look at the bearings again. Was told there fine, took it to a different shop the passenger side bearing was completely bad an the driver side is on its way out. DONT GO HERE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT YOUR VEHICLE IS SAFE WHEN IT ISNT. spend your money somewhere else I recommend Wilson s auto shop.

I came from Michigan to purchase a used car from a private seller. Affordable Auto not only fit me in on a Saturday to do a pre-purchase inspection for me, they were great to work with in leaving the car to have a few fixes done. They were friendly and thorough in all aspects of their work and customer service! They are really kind and understanding. They don t undermine you. I had them bleed my brakes and align my tires. I had my car back in the same day. They did some extra work and were really quick. I had my car completely stop working on me and a friend had recommended Affordable Auto to me and man am I glad that they did! They are so friendly and got my car back to me so fast! We had our engine go out on our car, they let us haul it in and they looked at it in a timely fashion. They quoted me a very fair price on a new engine. Unfortunately, I wasn't willing to drop the funds in the car. They allowed me time to figure out what I was doing with it, then ultimately assisted me in scrapping it. It was a pleasant experience and I wouldn't hesitate bringing them another vehicle. Very fair and friendly! Thanks so much guys!

I have been going to affordable auto for a while, I have trusted them with the maintenance on my car for years now and today they went above and beyond. Vehicles are expensive but it's a priority to make sure they're running safely and finding someone you can trust to maintain your car can be difficult but very important. They've serviced my car with a few different things; tires, oil changs, brake repair and so on and I have not once left feeling disappointed or unsure. These guys are amazing! I brought some laundry to do in town when my tire pressure light came on. I tried 2 different air pumps but it just made things even worse. It was 5:04 pm. The only tire shops I searched were already closed. I had no spare. How was I going to drive the 30 miles home? I expanded the search to Auto repair and Affordable Auto service came up. They closed at 5:30 but said they would still take me on. I sped across town with my laundry still in the machines. The service was excellent! Within 20 minutes they had found the problem (a nail in my tire), fixed it and got me on the road before my laundry cycle was done. I'll be coming here again with any car trouble I have in the area.

James and his crew had my truck for two weeks. Told me it would be 2000$ to fix it. He instantly knew what was wrong with it (after I told him I wanted to give it to Robert McKinney). I was told by heather Robert couldn t fix it. Well I drove it off there lot after James said I could drive it to Florida and it died around the corner. Got it pulled over to Mckinney s auto repair. HE FOUND THE PROBLEM THE VERY NEXT DAY. IT TOOK HIM 2 HOURS. JAMES HAD IT FOR 14 DAYS. Affordable auto used to be the greatest place to go. Use Mckinney s from now on. I wish I could give this place less. It cost me over 1000$ in gas to use one vehicle for the two weeks. James rush said he test drove but when I got in it the gas meter was the same. Also when I called furious and asked Heather if he really did or not, she said uhhhhh, well if he didn t josh did . It s just a circus there. I got in it after Robert McKinney had it and the gas had moved significantly because like I asked he took it on a long test drive. I can t tell you the damage Affordable Auto did to my family during that two week, Mckinney s said any mechanic would have found that problem super fast and they probably didn t even look at it. I d be willing to agree with him for sure.

These guys were great. Fixed two vehicles for us in a week. Great communication with me when they found a problem that could have become serious. They were fast, very fair priced and so far excellent work. I will work with these guys in the future.

They replaced my Trucks starter and did it for much less than other local shops were charging whilst also doing a fuel pressure check. All of this was done in a single day and they even worked over to make sure I got my truck back as soon as possible! Cannot recommend them enough!

Some of the stuff were okay but when it comes to getting your teeth done spend the extra money and go somewhere else they do not care of you are in pain or not they have no bed side manners just poor experience from what ive heard from multiple different people who went to the same affordable dentures

Quick. Reasonable. Friendly. Driving from Indy to Chicago truck started having major issues. Affordable Auto in Crawfordsville got me right in, told me exactly what was going on, and got it fixed up quick. A million thanks go out to them. They know what they are doing! Small shop with Big Customer Service. Thank you again for what turned out to be just a pit stop instead of an ordeal.

Great shop, really good and helpful people. Was stuck in a bad situation needing a new alternator passing through town and they stayed late to get me settled day of so I could be on my way. Highly recommended!

Had to find someone fast had bad rear driver wheel bearing they got us in same day and look at it and fix right then awesome and cool staff the owner and front desk lady was very friendly good work highly recommended

Communication is severly lacking here.My clutch went out and limped it to this shop. It was monday. I was told it would be looked at the next day. Tuesday came and went and no phone call. On Wednesday morning I called them and was told they "would definitely get it in today." No phone call that day or the next. I had my husband call and they told him it was never going to get in until friday! If I had known that on monday, I would have taken it elsewhere. I ended up missing some work because this was our only vehicle.Bottom line, they did a good job fixing the clutch, but after being lied to twice, I'm not keen on bringing them any more of my business.
