I always receive excellent service here at John Jones. I live in St. Matthew's and drive 45 minutes for my service because of how amazing they are! Shane and Conner go above and beyond my expectations every time I come in. I'll never go anywhere else knowing I'll be completely taken care of when I leave their department. It is the cleanest and friendliest department I have ever been in. I will always recommend my friends and family service and sales. They are top notch.

We came a little bit to late to purchase the SUV we found online because it was already sold when we got there. To no wonder because John Jones dealership in Corydon, IN, is very professional, knowledgeable, and fair. We were also on the search for a vehicle for our son and were able to find exactly what we were looking for, for the price we had budgeted. It was a great experience purchasing the vehicle without sales pressure. We felt very comfortable signing the contract and didn't feel like we were taken advantage off like we usually do at other dealerships. Again, great experience! Highly recommend this dealership. Will definitely be back.

Jason was excellent. We went to look at a specific vehicle and Jason was very accomodating without being high pressure. He worked with us and got us into our new vehicle the same day. Thanks for the great experience!

Shane and Conner gave great customer service! I was updated on parts that were ordered and they were very patient with me on questions asked. I came in for a walk in appointment that was done in less than an hour and a half. Very satisfied with the crew s work and service. I ll be back!

Part 2/2When we asked Morgan from John Jones for all of our service records, we were not given all of our records. When we asked for the records from John Jones where John Jones had our vehicle for nearly an entire month, Morgan told us she could not locate those records. Morgan then refused to follow up with the service manager, Shane, at John Jones in Corydon to see if he had those records elsewhere. When Morgan claimed she could not find my service records for the month that they had my truck, I told Morgan that it was an internal problem at John Jones that they did not have records. Morgan said, That is. When we addressed that the negative Ram survey was a result of their negative service, Morgan stated, Great. We deserved it. Morgan repeatedly stated that they (John Jones) deserved the negative survey. So, again, why am I being punished for posting negative reviews and a survey to hold John Jones accountable when John Jones representatives have admitted their problems yet won t assist with fixing the problems?Morgan repeatedly asked us questions and then spoke over us to avoid allowing us to speak. Morgan repeatedly claimed they did not have records related to my vehicle for when they had my vehicle for nearly one month. Morgan repeatedly stated that she had no problem telling us to go elsewhere due to our negative (but deserved) reviews. Morgan repeatedly agreed that they earned those negative reviews/survey, but she continued to victim blame us. Morgan s behavior, which is a direct representation of John Jones, was unethical, deceitful, and lacking integrity. When Morgan was questioned on a later phone call about her earlier statements about wanting us to provide a written agreement stating we would delete previous reviews and not make further reviews, Morgan repeatedly avoided providing an admission of that demand. Morgan later admitted to that demand after she became flustered. When we opened a case investigation through Ram Corporate, Ram would call John Jones and would receive contradictory information from what John Jones would give us. For example, Shane told Ram they were working on the situation and scheduling us an appointment, when Morgan admittedly told us that she had directed Shane to cease working on our truck. John Jones would also tell Ram that they had attempted calling us when they had not. Morgan did email us, claiming that she wanted to schedule us for an appointment, however, she refused to allow us to schedule that appointment.Morgan repeatedly told my wife and I, We have no reason to do business with you. Morgan also stated, So we are all on the same [page], those Google reviews will be gone before I continue and before we even have you back in. After several years of patronizing John Jones with multiple vehicles, we will no longer support John Jones. We will happily take our business elsewhere and to a company that truly displays integrity instead of just talking about it.Ironically, John Jones states on their website, We offer an atmosphere and experience that you won t find elsewhere. John Jones is correct. I have never dealt with such an extreme lack of professionalism, integrity, and quality control as I have dealt with at John Jones. Their efforts at coercion, and their willingness to engage in deceit are second to none.- Jeff

This is one of the better, more accomadating, Chevrolet dealerships that we have visited. We spoke with a really nice young man, Evan, and he was very helpful and courteous. He went above and beyond by answering questions and running to get different keys.

I am truly impressed by these folks. Not only did they service my Jeep earlier than my appointment time, their prices were much more resonable than the other Jeep dealerships in this area. Also, fantastic customer service delivered with a cheerful, professional manner.

Lindsey and Kelly in the Chrysler service department always do a great job keeping us up to date on the details of our maintenance, options and availability. And I am happy to say that we just purchased our 2nd vehicle through sales with Bill Cody. Both of our vehicles have been great purchases and we have never had an issue with service. We will definitely continue to do business with John Jones in the future. I would have given 5 stars, but let's face it, no one is perfect all the time.

Part 1/2First and foremost, if you read nothing beyond this initial paragraph, know that John Jones only truly (until you post a negative review) values you if you buy a vehicle from them. They do not value you if you only pay for services (even if you did so for several years, multiple vehicles at a time). Additionally, John Jones will utilize unethical pressure tactics and cease work if you post any negative reviews on Google or complete any negative corporate (i.e. Chrysler/Ram) surveys. They will then lie about the work that they are doing/not doing. They will also accuse you of costing them money by completing negative corporate reviews. I have these stances on an audio recorded phone call with Morgan at John Jones. Morgan is a customer service manager, so (according to her), she only answers to John Jones himself, and she speaks for John Jones as a company.Quotes from the lead customer service manager, Morgan, at John Jones proving this: This is nothing to defend. This was never a defense of what we ve done. We could have screwed up this whole thing. I don t know. But what I know is that you all did not purchase the vehicle from us. You guys didn t purchase the vehicle from us, at this point I m okay with telling you all to go somewhere else. In summary, I bought a 2019 Ram 1500 in 2018 from a different dealership, but I chose John Jones to be the service provider since we had utilized John Jones for years. By 2019, my Ram began having problems, and we reported those problems to John Jones several times throughout the next several years. For example, our truck s check engine light was activating regularly, and our truck was having (what we suspected) electrical and transmission related issues. Diagnostic tests indicated codes throughout the years. On June 28, 2023, we dropped off our truck at John Jones. John Jones (Shane in Corydon) returned that truck to us on July 26, 2023 and told us that they were working on ordering a replacement part, specifically a battery pack (under warranty). Communication with John Jones throughout this entire process was a challenge. When we expressed our disdain and posted negative Google reviews and a negative corporate survey for Chrysler/Ram that was sent to me (after 3-4 years of being dismissed and no resolutions from John Jones), we were essentially punished by John Jones. Morgan at John Jones told us that after we posted those negative reviews, John Jones essentially ceased working for us, despite continuing to be told that we were waiting on Chrysler engineers to create the battery pack . Morgan repeatedly told us that John Jones would only move forward with us if we deleted our Google reviews and signed in writing that we would not make any further negative reviews for the public to see. Morgan made those associated claims to us on multiple phone calls.

I Have purchased a vehicle here and will not be doing so again. When you try to negotiate a deal, the managers treat you like you have no idea what you are talking about. They also assume that you can t afford their cars, which again is insulting. Bad pressure sales tactics are very favorable amount he sales force. The culture internally is very negative, turnover is incredibly high, especially for this area.If you are looking for any of the brands sold here and are able to venture to Louisville, that would be highly advisable.

They are way better than Cross. I brought my Fiat here after being refused warranty service at Cross. They took my car in, found a wheel bearing and an axle-seal to be bad. They accidentally broke the steering elbow, but replaced it free of charge and gave me a loaner to drive. Besides the drive up there, the experience was A1. Oh, and I didn t pay a dime! I will be back many times in the future, maybe to get my 124 Spider?

I bought a 2019 Ram in 2018. By 2019, it had issues and the check engine light began commonly activating. We, particularly my wife, brought my vehicle in multiple times for that problem, but we were never taken seriously. The problem was never fixed. Now, four years after reporting the issues and with approximately 32,000 miles on my truck, the truck has acted if the engine was going to seize up multiple times. The most recent incident occurred after John Jones had my truck for nearly one month (with no courtesy vehicle given for these warranty related issues). We were told recently that they could not provide a loaner vehicle (which they indicated would have been a Jeep) due to issues with their Jeeps. They told us that a part was ordered for my truck, but they had no ETA. They proceeded to return my truck and told us we could drive my truck until the new part came in. We expressed our concerns about further use compounding the issues, but they still would not provide a loaner vehicle. After a 15 minute trip with my wife and our daughters, my truck acted as if the engine was about to seize. After making it back home (early Friday afternoon timeframe), we contacted the dealership and told them that we needed a loaner vehicle again and expressed our concerns about compounding issues and the vehicle creating a safety concern by it potentially having issues and breaking down during operation with my family in it. We were told they'd look into getting us a loaner. However, no one contacted us by close of business day with a loaner, and no one contacted us the next day. With that being said, we were asked if we were interested in possibly trading our vehicle in and briefly told about current deals. I purchased my truck brand new so that it would last me for several years. I did not purchase my truck to jeopardize my family's safety and have to purchase another vehicle five years later. Ram and John Jones negligence are astounding. I believe a large portion of their failure to take matters seriously are because they've often spoken to my wife, and I don't believe they take women seriously when it comes to vehicle issues. I believe they have a significant problem with devaluing their opinions/knowledge. If any of this was incorrect, then the problem would have been resolved by now, or we would at least have a courtesy vehicle. Also, this is the 2nd review I have left recently. The first one wasn't as critical, however, we have continued to be ignored. We did receive feedback following that 1st review. That feedback was to merely tell us that the review was made on the GM side and not the Chrysler side. Last time I checked, John Jones proudly displays the title, "John Jones Auto Group." Same network, shared problems.Jeff

Service on our 2018 Jeep Compass was impeccable! The communication with our service advisor Lindsey was fantastic. The car was scheduled quickly and completed much sooner that we expected. So very happy my friend recommended John Jones for Jeep service. I could not be happier.

Nice people and they worked to get me a good price on a used car. The odd thing is that I thought they would give me a tank of gas for buying the car. Since it was a used car they only gave half a tank.

03/15/2024, Dealer Sold me an Extended Warranty when i purchased the Jeep from them, Custom Guard II with Marathon Administrative Company. Turns out we have a warranty claim and the dealership TOOK my money but never filed the warranty. With the warranty never filed, the dealership did not have to pay for the warranty, that means they kept the money. Was not a fan of this dealership from day one. Now a few years later, I still don't trust this dealership. This dealership cements the term 'Stealership'. Be careful dealing with this dealership - it appears they are dishonest. Not a fan of this place. Didn't honor price that was discussed over email and text. Don't trust them.

Went in for an oil change on my Subaru Legacy GT and they checked me in right away, sent me a message with pictures of my air filter and cabin air filter and recommended them being changed. I deferred and changed both myself. They were kind, curious, quick and at a fair price. There was a lady inspecting everything for cleanliness and ask if I would like a water or coffee, which was a nice touch. The place was extremely clean both in the Service area and waiting room / showroom. They have computer, tables with chairs to sit at while you wait. I did not have to wait long 27 point inspection, oil change, and in and out in less than 1 hour.Top shelf dealership. Thank you John Jones.

Purchased a 2014 Ram truck - three days after delivery, got a check engine light. Called Braxton and he arranged for a computer analysis; they ended up repairing it no charge when they weren't obligated to. Excellent customer service - thanks for taking care of me.
