Awful. They will NEVER receive anymore business from me. Took my 2018 Equinox to them to be fixed- they did nothing but make it completely worse! Who knows what they did to it considering the service tech informing us about one of the mechanics stepping on the tubing causing it to bust and then proceeds to piece it back together with glue AND STILL INSTALLS IT in my vehicle. A waste of time and money and at the most unfortunate time. Do better.

I just bought a gorgeous 2011 F-150 at John Jones this week & couldn't be happier! Evan Wilson was my sales consultant,he was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle & buying process. Will look forward to dealing with John Jones in the future for all my automotive needs!

Purchased our jeep in the spring of 2022 and was sold the extended warranty. Six weeks ago the oil cooler housing cracked while parked and oil poured from the jeep. After making an appointment with the service department, we were all set up to have our vehicle towed to the location. (We are an hour away) The day before, my husband called and talked to the service lady and she said it would cost us and addition $300 to have it towed and warranty only paid $50. Or we could take it locally and pay the $100 deductible for the service so that s what we chose to do. On Tuesday 2/20 the vehicle was towed to our local Jeep dealer and they took it apart and determined the oil cooler house was cracked. This component is an internally lubricated part that is covered under our extended warranty. Warranty company said they weren t paying for it. Went back and for with local dealer and warranty company and they told us to call John Jones and if they approved it the would pay. My husband called John Jones every day last week and spoke with a younger gentleman (Jaylen?) and was told he would get back with us. We ve called everyday and no return calls or nothing. So we paid for an extended warranty that is useless and now we will be out the $1200 to fix our jeep. I would never recommend John Jones to anyone or the scam of a warranty they try to sell. I ve also reached out to the BBB.

My vehicle was not fix. They "fix" other stiff that wasn't broken to rack up an bill that was over 4,000 dollars. They wrote down what I said was wrong with it and said it wasn't wrong but in the end what I said was wrong was wrong. My vehicle is still there. When they called me and said my vehicle was done the check engine light was still on. The manager saw it but when the technician touches it he says it's not on. He is lying and just turning it off. So when I get my car back it will go straight to another mechanic and to get checked and then I will be doing something about the lies I have been told!Called today Jan 3rd. And now they are saying timing chains and steering gear. Seems like they are just out for money. If what I took my vehicle in was fixed instead of stuff that didn't needed to be fixed then I wouldn't be out so much money! They need technicians that know what they are doing!

We are very dissatisfied with the quality of service we received. When having a Chevy 4k dash camera installed in our vehicle, it was installed crooked and had to be removed and reinstalled. It is installed with sticky tape and he simply pulled it off and stuck it back on. Now it's sagging and loose. The installer nor the service department knew how to operate it. We were told we'd have to do it ourselves. Additionally, the rear camera fell off the instant we opened the rear window hatch and hit me in the face. We waited for 5 hours when we were told It would be a 1 hour installation. In the end, out of frustration, we simply left John Jones dealership and service department.

Have, had bought 3 vehicles in Corydon. 1 7 years ago Scott Nance. Drove wheels off 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited. It developed recall stall/start problems at 239.000 miles. Had needed a truck, and talked to Matt Phillips and bought truck month earlier. So went in and talked to him about another Jeep Cherokee Limited newer, lower miles. He was very professional and, the car we bought needed, parts and repairs on part of it and took way longer then expected. He went above and beyond to have us taken care of. I feel he would be a Great manager. Will go back, because of Matt, and our experiences, with him... ***** Would have 5 to John Jones, but, few things, not Matt's fault, with other things...**** Give 4 to them.

I had Bill Cody as a salesman. He was super nice and not pushy. Got everything I needed done I'm no time. Also, Ed in financing really helped me get into a loan that was more comfortable for my situation. I would recommend them.

I decided to go out of my way to come to Corydon for service . I was impressed by the Efficiency and the communication I received from moment I dropped car off to time I picked it up.I only wish service groups offered courtesy vehicles. Not every one has an extra car available.I would recommend this service group to my friends .

Took my car in for service because my engine light was on I had already had a diagnostic test and was told they found one of the issues would be covered after them having my car all day I had to keep asking when it would be done and right before I went to get my car they told me they misinformed me and the part was not covered. The person I talked to did not apologize or even feel concerned about that and still charged me the diagnostic fee.

Employees are very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Service was done in a timely manner and I think in a reasonable price. I would definitely go to John Jones Croydon for my next service.

I bought probably the cheapest vehicle on the lot, but you wouldn't be able to tell that by the way they treated me. You would've thought I was buying the brand new model on the show room floor. They went ABOVE and BEYOND to get me home in the truck I ended up pirchasing. Davin made sure i saw every inch of that dealership before i made a decision. I felt very well taken care of and confident I got a great deal. They earned a new lifetime customer. Davin and Troy were phenomenal. I'd give them 100 stars if I could.

I came to John Jones Auto because of the comments I heard from one of your salespersons, Kaylynn Ory, who goes to our Church, Grace Lutheran, in Vine Grove, KY. I had been seeing her pictures on Facebook and was inspired to travel to Indiana and check out what was available. I contacted Kaylynn and gave her an idea of what I was interested in and she listened and provided a listing of possibilities that gave me a good idea I was going to find what I would be happy with. When I arrived at John Jones, I met up with Kaylynn and she immediately took me around the lot and showed me the vehicles she felt met me expectations. She also spoke with her manager who made a suggestion to show me the Buick Envista, and when she showed it and went over its features and such, I was sold. After I decided to purchase the Envista, Kaylynn ensured me that she would make sure all "i"s were dotted and the "t"s crossed so that I would not have any problems with my purchase. She did just that. I left John Jones Auto being fully satisfied with my purchase, not feeling pressured or "used car sales talked" into buying a car but was fully comfortable with the new car and the customer service that Kaylynn provided. I feel that Kaylynn was extremely professional, well knowledgeable about the cars she spoke of, and provided expert customer service. Her smile and assurance made me feel very at ease with the transaction. I also pass on my thank you to the Manager and the Finance Department. They supported Kaylynn and allowed the finalization of sale to go smoothly. Blessings.

Terrible. Spencer was extremely rude. He made statements such as this isn t a museum since we had looked at the vehicle a few different times. He also said I m not gonna pay your taxes among other comments. We were just trying to negotiate pricing and instead it seemed he didn t want to be bothered. Also when pointing out some of the paint issues and dings that were on the vehicle a salesman said that gives it character . WHAT?!? Seems like many of the salesman should retrain on negotiating and how sales as a whole works. Lesson learned they won t be receiving business from us in the future.

Bought a used 2021 Camaro with 2k miles on it from John Jones Auto Group. Price was on par with market value. They did not try to add any hidden fees on my last minute.I am located in NY so needed to get the vehicle transported. Tyler was very pleasant to work with and communicated with me every step of the way and made sure the pick up of the car went smoothly. My car arrived in beautiful condition just as Tyler assured me it was.I m very happy I went with this dealership and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Understand there s a difference between the sales and service department. Sales department has been good. Then in the service department there s the Chevy side and Chrysler side. Chrysler service side is great, I would caution anyone from taking their vehicle to that side of the dealership. Every time I have regretted the decision. Read other reviews about their service. They will tell you other things need repaired when they are 100% fine. Deceptive billing behavior, they won t tell you how long they worked on your vehicle, but charge you like they spent decades on it. Do your research.

Purchased a 2016 Chevy Cruz last year from here for my daughter. Opened the hood to find hoses duct-taped. We questioned and were assured they were "purely aesthetic, and everything had been rigorously inspected". Test drove, but it's in an area where you don't have an opportunity to take it over 20-30mph. After purchasing, the vehicle made it 15min before it overheated and had to be towed. YEP, BLOWN ENGINE. Somehow, I guess that had passed inspection? They did offer to replace the engine, which we were thrilled about, although it took forever to negotiate. Then guess what? FOURTEEN MONTHS LATER, BLOWN ENGINE AGAIN, as well as several thousand $$ worth of other issues. Warranty for the engine was only 1 year, so we just missed the window.Clearly, this vehicle should have been scrapped, not sold. Three engines in 14 months? Really? Now, my 19y/o college student is strapped with a loan payment for another 5 years, while she also has to figure out how to come up with around $9K to fix it. I wouldn't buy here again if they were selling vehicles for $1. We have reported to the BBB, as well as plan on consulting a lawyer. There is no way this car passed an inspection when it was sold. I'm all for buyer beware. But this was clear and obvious deception.

First off just want to say took a 2018 Chevy equinox to get looked at John Jones service for a whistle noise which was fixed but now have had a lot of problems where it won t run now after being fixed for one thing now having several more. They stepped on an intake tube and broke it and didn t tell me until I called them out on it having an issue which they did pay for that to be fixed. I called this morning 11/29/23 and talked to Greg Dennison about this and he told me he didn t have time to talk to me about this and he could call me back but still no call and I called back my self and then I get a text saying his phone isn t working that s real professional texting about a vehicle come on people who wants to text about getting a car fixed so I will turn everybody I know away from this place

A few months back I had an appointment scheduled for some recall work. Was told the part was in, dropped the truck off for service, left it for two days and received no update. After the two days I went to see what the hold up was and was told the part never came in that it would be another week. I took my truck home expecting a call to reschedule once the part came in, unfortunately I never received one. Fast forward a month and I call back to see about getting my truck in for the recall work and was told the part was there and then waited another two weeks because recall work is only done on certain days. The work has recently been completed. The lack of communication through the whole process was very frustrating.

I was in a bind earlier this year and bought a 2008 Pontiac torrent. It was a trade-in, sold as-is. I test drove it for 30 miles or more, everything worked great including the heat and air. I asked the two gentlemen I dealt with if they knew of any issues with it and they didn t. I took the risk and bought it at KBB value. The very next day, it wasn t blowing out heat anymore. I ve owned up to my decision buying it, but with winter coming around the corner I just want to create awareness. Unless you want to risk being stuck with a five year loan on a used car that may not have proper heating, I can t recommend John Jones in Corydon. You can find more honest and better options.

I d like to think Matt Phillips at the Corydon store. What an amazing job. He helped my son get into the car he really wanted. We had some small hiccups the day we got it. But Matt stood up and with management help , helped to fix the car. They stood behind the car, they stood behind the product that they were selling. I can t thank them enough for everything that they have done. Matt you went above and beyond for my son. you have a great career ahead of you at John Jones. I will definitely be sending new customers to you
