Absolutely the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Salesmen and finance manager were not pushy and took their time to explain things. They earned a life long customer.

I was a customer at Heritage for over 6 years ..mainly for the convenience of being near my home and because a few friendly employees..as for some of the other employees,rude and arrogant ! I've had too many bad experiences to list ..my 17 f150 had a new engine installed there a few years ago ..last week the truck failed to start ..and they could not look at it for 2 months (this is always a typical wait , when needing parts ,service or even vehicles you will wait !!!! ) so I i had it towed to another ford dealership..they repaired the next day and found wiring harnesses behind the new engine improperly mounted causing burn through...just be aware there are so many other fors dealerships in louisville and Sellersburg indiana that have you in and out almost immediately and almost all parts are only out a couple of days ..I will never go to Heritage Ford again ..although I won't tell others not to go there I will tell you ...call /shop around research other dealerships before making a decision on where you wanna take your vehicle !

I can t Brag enough about the staff here! Jerry and his counter parts are top of the line and awesome people! They made the car buying process easy and fast. If you want a dealership that s honest, trustworthy, and down to earth people, this is the place for you. Not only was Jerry top notch, Devin helped with the finer things. Stood there and made sure I knew how to operate all the bells and whistles, helped with the app and made sure it was all good! I ve been to plenty of dealerships, this by far is the best. I ll 100% drive out of my way for these guys! I can t say enough

My daughter bought a car from here and was really excited as she was referred there and received many good reviews but her experience was not good at all. They sold her a car they knew needed work and within a week her engine light was on and then tried to tell her the 30 day warranty was not going to cover it. They literally did nothing to fix it for her. No apology. No let us fix that for our customer who just bought this car from us no nothing. Just drop another $2,200 to get it fixed. That s messed up the entire reason she got another car is cause her old one cost to much to fix. This dealership will never ever get any of our business ever again. They are crooks. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They do not value their customers that buy cars from them and they should. You get business by word of mouth so since you didn t take care of your customers I hope everyone sees this negative reviews along with the others on here and take heed.

1 star is generous for the service department. Our vehicle needed the engine replaced. We dropped it off December 3 and the 16 hour job took them 73 days to be picked up February 15. Anytime we spoke with the service manager he gave us excuse after excuse with no apparent accountability. We are extremely dissatisfied with the customer service we received and the amount of time it took. If you are looking for any service to any vehicle, go elsewhere.

NEVER doing business with this place again. My family has been a regular customer of theirs for years so I thought they would be a good business. In January 2024 they sold me a car with a 30 day warranty. I put half down. A week later the engine light came on and they said what was wrong with it was NOT covered under the warranty and charged me $2200 to fix it. They basically sold me it knowing it was messed up. Did not provide any discounts, accommodations, or apologies. Then took 2 weeks to finally fix it. They had no appreciation whatsoever that I had bought a vehicle from them as well as the other 9 my family has purchased from them. That is terrible business and I 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend.

This review is for the service department. Communication here is absolutely terrible. They had my truck for 2 weeks. When you text, call, or show up they d just give you a run around. Never a straight forward answer. I give them 2 instead of 1 stars because the work they ve done (so far) has been great. It took asking for the General manager (Berts) email to even get a straight response. Day after this phone call I had my truck back. This is the second time I ve had poor customer service with this service department. Communication is key! I will not return.

They sold me a truck not even i ve owned it a week and there s a loose up pipe and when asking questions about it they had no idea what they were talking about making me have to check it myself they did not service the truck whatsoever needs all the fluids and did a terrible job cleaning it they washed the body didn t clean the wheels they have dirt and dust all over them and the interior still had dust all over it you d think buying a new truck they would have everything serviced and clean 1/10 do not recommend buying anything from them they ll give you the lowest effort in giving you a nice vehicle

Had a great experience at Heritage this weekend. Devin and the finance department stayed late on a Saturday to get me in my new car. Price, and service were above and beyond. I was very well worth the drive to Corydon for the best car buying experience I ve ever had.

I had to replace my car due to a bad transmission and a deer strike. I was having trouble finding something I could afford with my insurance payout, had looked for weeks, but I found exactly what I needed, a used Ford Expedition EL, at the reasonable price I needed. Vehicle specialist Devin Bledsoe provided wonderful service and answered all my questions. If you need a vehicle, go to Heritage Ford.

Good people working there and good prices. I did all the shopping on their website, so it was an easy experience once we got there. I'm grateful they make the carfax available on all their pre-owned inventory online, so I was able to make pretty good comparisons from home, on my time. Thx to the team at Heritage Ford

Spent 2 days, ready to sign deal only to find out the car only had one key.their response was we never said it had 2 keys. Come on what car doesn't come with 2 keys. They didn't even offer to pay half. Will not go back or recommend.

First NEVER buy a Ford, and certainly don t buy it from Heritage Ford. Bought a new 2022 Ford Expedition in Feb 2023. Within 60 days the backup camera stopped working. A visit was made to a dealer closer to my home to process the warranty. They have had customers waiting over a year for the same camera and still have no timeline on getting more. I received emails from Heritage Ford asking about how I liked my vehicle and responded with my issues, still have yet to hear back. Called service to have them look at the issue and the first possible appointment would be 2 months and that s only because it was new but they were rude to talk to. Sales wouldn t do anything to help and suggested I leave my work elsewhere as it may get a camera sooner that way. In the same vein also admitted this has been an ongoing issue for a long time even though it wasn t mentioned when we bought the vehicle. Shady issues from Ford and unethical handling from Heritage Ford. I have family that work for Ford and I get A plan, and yet you could not even give me another Ford. I would happily get my money back and buy something else but without a working camera surprise it s not worth even close to what I owe or paid for it. Have had to come out of pocket to buy an external camera just so it can be driven safely.

My husband and I had visited another dealership before earlier in the day and no one even acknowledged we were there. That is when we drove down to Corydon and visited Heritage Ford. Salesman, Tim Tanner, greeted us at the door as we were walking up the sidewalk. He was very helpful with answering our questions relating to the Bronco. He was happy to allow us to take a comparable vehicle for a test drive to see if it was a good fit for us. Because he was willing to go the extra mile for us, we purchased my husband's dream vehicle on the same day!

Chris Wenzler was amazing. This is our second car we've bought from him. And our third from this dealership. He was very upfront and gave me a great deal on my trade in for this new beauty. He was very knowlegable about the car and very interested in getting me just what I was looking for. He didn't feed me any lines of bs nor did he seem more concerned with closing the deal over making sure I was getting what I wanted.I'm very pleased with the service and will return again. 1000% recommend this place and specifically go see Chris.

Wasted so much time and energy trying to sell my car here after being told all my documents were good to go. Lack of thoroughness / thought to ask me a simple question led to me making a 3 hr round trip and being told it wasn t possible for them to accept my title and buy my car until I go to the DMV and get a new title. I sold it to Carmax with no problems at all with the same title. I wouldn t waste my time driving here if you re not local.

We came from out of town and purchased a truck there and received personable, courteous service from the time we arrived on the lot until the time we left. Everyone was nice and respectful. The price was reasonably priced as well. Devon was our salesperson and he was honest and ethical. Which can be hard to find when looking for a new vehicle. We will happily do business again with Heritage!

Beware of false advertising at this dealership. From what I experienced they will very clearly advertise online certain special rates and promotions ending on 5/31/23 but will not adhere to them. They will just ignore what they promote online and try to sell you different prices and ignore their promotional rates and prices. They didn't even try to say something like "oh that was an error online and should not have been listed." I would have understood that because mistakes happen, but they just ignored it and tried to push different prices. When we inquired about the promotion they had online. They said this vehicle didn't qualify even though it was listed in the vehicles that qualified for this promotion online. Like it literally said here's the promotional price Plus 0% APR and here's a list of vehicles that qualify for this promotion listed below. I showed them what they had listed online and said that it was false advertising to promote something online but not stand by it in the dealership. Then the financial manager or dealership manager or whoever was behind the counter got mad and said "we don't do false advertising". Then I said it is if you don't support what you're advertising online to your customers. It's clearly false advertising, or some would call it a bait-and-switch. Again I would have understood if they would have said i'm sorry that was a mistake online. But they clearly ignored what they were promoting online and trying to sell something different in the dealership along with them getting very defensive and mad when I ask them about the online promotion. I just got up and walked out. I am not giving them my business and I would recommend that if you choose to give them your business, make sure they honor what they're promoting and read all the paperwork very carefully. I hate giving negative reviews so I'll end on a somewhat positive note. The sales guy was very nice. I don't fault him at all. He was under the direction of his management. The management at this establishment is the issue with what they promote online and in the dealership as well as their attitude and customer service or lack thereof. But the sales guy was nice and knowledgeable.

A few weeks ago my girlfriend bought a used 2007 Red Ford Mustang. Everyone at Heritage Ford was so nice and professional!! Hands down the BEST car shopping experience we've EVER had!! We highly recommend anyone looking to buy a new or used car to shop at Heritage Ford!! , you won't be disappointed!! Ask for car salesman Dustin! A+++++++ Thank again Heritage Ford!! :)

I bought a 2014 Camaro SS 5-19-23 for $24,000. Everything seemed ok. But as I left, I noticed the radio, turn signals, trunk release, and heater control lights all did not work. I called and the General Manager told me I signed "as is". And told me that it's all in what you signed. I told then that I drove an hour and had asked if everything worked. And was told yes. I realized you don't get much for $24,000 these days. And he agreed. Very disappointed.

Before I was an employee at Heritage Ford, I was a customer. I found the experience of buying the car of my dreams, pleasant, easy, surrounded by some of the nicest people I'd ever met at any dealership. I was honored to be associated with them. Now I am honored to be part of the team that sold the car to me years ago, that's was so well built, it saved our lives in a terrible car crash. Honorable, memorable, and enjoyable people work there. If I could give this company zero stars I would. The service department is absolute trash! Our car is under warranty and we had our back up camera fixed just 6 months ago and had to take back again this week for being faulty. We were told to drop it off Sunday night and they would work on it Monday. They did not get to it until Wednesday never called with an update on the status of our car. We had to call daily to see if it was done. Finally picked the car up Wednesday night and the camera was not working correctly. We called and told them and they said for $54 they can correct it. They want to charge me to update the camera software that they installed in my car that was working before I dropped it off! An update has to be done when replacing a camera so the car will "talk" to the camera. If not the features will not work properly. Just as they had done 6 months before. Mind you they are replacing THEIR FAULTY part! They call every month wanting to sell me a NEW car. With your service department? No thank you!
