Super nice salesman, they seem to be pretty straightforward. Got a quality ride at a decent price. The receptionist girl was super sweet to. I believe they just took over the dealership.

Go elsewhere not worth your time!I purchased my Volkswagen Routan here in February, I paid cash for the van it all seem nice and smooth. I relocated from Indiana to Florida during my drive the van started shifting rough and the van would vibrate violently after shifts, I bought a used vehicle with over 200k miles so I m not surprised that the transmission is causing me problems. But thank god I bought the extended warranty. However, remember I bought the car in February, February 21st to be exact. It has almost been 3months, I do not have a title, after countless attempts to reach them with phone calls and text messages I ve had no response. I sent several of my family members there to retrieve my title, always the same excuse. Finally I had another family member call him not using my phone, he answered. He wanted to illegally change the purchase date and paper work and issue me another temporary tag, per Indiana this is illegal and would not warrant the transmission work I m having done to it now. Needless to say, I have a vehicle I purchased and can t drive because the temp plates are long expired. I have now filed a complaint to the Indiana BMV dealership division to solve my issues.I have been beyond patient with this place and hate that I have to take legal action.Please if you purchase here make sure he has the title in hand, know what you are getting into. I hope this helps

I am from Ohio and I just recently bought a truck off of country side auto sales and Dustin was my salesman. I would personally recommend anyone to go get a vehicle from this dealership. Dustin was great from start to finish. Was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed to know, loyal to his word, and very efficient. I drove 4 hours one way to get my truck but I wouldn t of wanted to do business with anyone else. GREAT experience.

So happy with our purchase!! From the minute we arrived at the lot to the time we drive away in our new vehicle, we were treated with respect and did not feel pushed into anything. Dustin and Jimmy were honest and fair and made sure we left with exactly what we wanted and with a great deal! Will definitely be back.

This was by far the best car buying experience I've had. Dustin was not pushy, and let us take a look around without hovering or "trying to make a sale." He answered our questions straight forward, or found out the answer promptly. I never felt pushed to look or buy something. He was very professional and quick with the paperwork. We ended up with a 2017 Honda Civic for a fair price. I highly recommend this place, and give props to Dustin for his professional demeanor and knowledge.

Worst experience ever. Firstly you can never get ahold of these people I been driving with out my tags because I can't get a title had trouble with this vehicle every since I got this I would not recommend anyone to this place big mistake.

We recently purchased a truck here and as we pulled in from making our test drive, it had some issues. The salesman and owner immediately took it to service center across street and told them to go over it with a fine tooth comb and make it perfect and make sure it s good to sell to us. They repaired a few things as well as new brakes all the way around. They continued to do everything the way a used car lot SHOULD do in a perfect world. We highly recommend these folks! They are super honest and want to keep that good reputation :-)Edited to add: we have since, bought another Jeep here, and our son has also purchased a truck here since our first purchase here. We were treated right every time and they were honest and treated us great, even AFTER the sale.

Highly recommend Countryside Auto Sales. Dustin was great to work with along with the owner. Dustin went above and beyond for my husband. We ended up purchasing a 2011 Dodge Ram 2500 and couldn't be more pleased with it. If they can move mountains for you they will!!! We personally won't be going anywhere else when it comes to purchasing vehicles. No hidden fees no pressure! Even if you drive by and don't see something you would want stop in talk to them and I assure you they can help you find something or let you know when they could potentially have some new stuff in. You WILL NOT be disappointed with the customer service here!

Our experience here was a excellent! Dustin helped us. He was very friendly and honest. He was patient and polite, answered all our questions and got us the best deal he could. Anything that wasn t understood, he made sure was explained. I highly recommend going to see him at Countryside Auto.

I bought my Cadillac from Country side over a year ago, and let me tell you, this sales lot is by far the best in town, the team is on point, they have treated me with respect, and loyal to the core. Again I bought this car over a year ago and the minor issues I've had with this car that I've brought to Bobby's attention were addressed immediately and offered their best.I am getting ready to purchase another vehicle from Bobby this month coming up and he has gone above and beyond to find the vehicle I am searching for all while keeping the price fair and lower than anyone else.Do business with country side auto and I promise if the hospitality doesn't keep you coming back for years to come, the quality of the cars, the treatment and everything else we all wish the big car dealers had will be at country side auto.From one business owner to another thank you Chase for treating us like humans.

I am an Army veteran. I ve been all over the continental United States and outside of it plenty of times. I have bought cars from lots of people all over the country. This has sincerely been the best car-buying experience of my life. Dustin worked hand-in-hand with me and my wife in getting us the best deal for our money. If you re looking for a used car, give these guys your attention first. At the very least, see what they can do for you.

So I needed a family vehicle. Ive heard good things about this place. Bought a nice looking gmc Acadia from them. I explained to him my bad luck with buying cars from people and they always seem to have problems. Anyway. He told me that if I experienced any troubles to get ahold of him and we'll make it right. So the very next day the car starts shaking really bad going uphill and struggles to get past 2000 rpms. Im not a car guy so I got it looked at and it was obvious that is was a transmission problems. After 2 weeks of what seemed to me as pulling teeth to get it looked at. Finally they did. And he said that he could fix the problem. Car gets worked on I suppose and nothing changes. I would have to text multiple times and call before I got any communication whatsoever. I know there busy people but its their job right? Im also very busy. Im a crew lead working 12 plus hours a day including Saturday. I needed them to put some sort of effort into working around my schedule but heard nothing from them. My company cannot afford for me to miss a day and I cannot either. Anyway with virtually no communication what so ever from their side I just decided to take a day off bc I need the car fixed as well as to get it registered and title. I get it registered then when I asked about getting it fixed they told me there is no room on the calander today and I need it to be scheduled. Which is what I had been trying to do recieving zero communication. I was out of town for work 5 days a week before I came in and they said to leave the keys in the car and they would come pick it up. So I left my vehicle unlocked with the keys in it and gave them the address to the shop. they didn't even get it when they said they would. I came back and was furious. Needles to say I am not pleased with there service at all. I ended up just telling them not to worry about sence its obvious there trying to dodge it as hard as they can. They clearly didn't care about helping me and my family. All about the money. I'm to busy of a person to stress about even more things in my life.

Don't buy a vehicle from this dealership. We bought a truck from them and they made a list of what was wrong with the truck that they would pay to fix. We took the truck to the service center that they said to take it to. A few days later they called my husband and said they needed to talk to him. When he got there they showed him where the frame was rusted into. They had the owner of the dealership come to the service center to look at the truck. They said they would take the truck back on trade and get him into a better truck. The day we made the first payment the transmission went out. Now we have to fork out $4000 for a new transmission. Don't buy a car from them unless you have a lot of money to spend to fix it

We got an older van for our daughter. The sale was simple and painless. However when we tried to buy a second vehicle as a purely pleasure vehicle for ourselves, then we stated having some issues. We walked away without the second vehicle, which is very likely a lemon. If you go here without high expectations, you likely won't be disappointed.

Bobby and Dustin are amazing!! This is our second vehicle from them and both times they have bent over backwards to help us. No pressure to buy. Finally an honest car lot. I would recommend them to anyone

Had the best experience! We are from Utah and had been traveling home from Virginia when the car we owned gave out! We came here and within 3hr walked out owning a car I have had my eyes on for awhile He was so kind and answered every question I had plus he was forward with us and made sure we all where on the same page. I can t thank them enough for taking a huge stress out of my life! would recommend going here 1000%

Was such an amazing experience. Did everything possible for my family and I to leave in a car. Owner even took a little bit of a loss for us to gain. Was a great experience and will be returning for future cars and sending all of our families and friends for their cars. If i could give more stars I would. Thanks again Bobby and Dustin!!!!

Never heard back from them. Went in and inquired about a truck, they got our information and even boldly stated they would get us the best deal and would hold the truck for us and would call us back the following open business day, since it was the weekend. Have not heard a word....not good or bad. Even tried calling back ourselves and been given the run around.They even knew the state of urgency that we was in, could have moved on from the truck that Was on hold" for us. Doesn't feel like they even cared that we are people. Human beings

Salesman deserves 5 stars but other experiences with another person there is the reasoning for less stars here. If you purchase and have to wait on the title to come in you may have to call them to check on it. Double check EVERY piece of paper before you leave the lot. Other than dealing with getting all the papers squared away weeks after the purchase it was a smooth deal (but that part was a pain and had nothing to do with the sales guy).
