I went in to have a tire repaired on my Buick today and they were absolutely phenomenal. The staff was friendly, helpful and genuine. Big thanks to the Big O team!!

Total joke of a business! Go for oil change and they don't have filters... Oil all down the car. The woman's great but service is horrid!

Went in to have a tire looked at, they told me that the tire would have to be replaced, after taking my keys, they then notified me that the card reader was down. After figuring out how much it would cost, I was resorted to walk around town with my child, to find an ATM that would accept gpay, I told them that I would have to see if I could get the cash, without giving them the green light to put the tire on. When I got back to the store, I let them know that I was unable to get the cash, but they went ahead and put the tire on the car, had to call a relative to bring me the cash to purchase it.I heard them offer another customer a ride, but I had to walk to three different ATMs. And putting the tire on while I left to try and get cash, made me feel like I was forced to buy it.

"BEWARE" Every tire shop I have ever went to before in my life, (and I'm 40ish), when you buy new tires of at least 2 you recieved maount and balance for free.I'm not even worried about that, it's them charging me 25$ a tire for mount and balance and $140ish for labor.Mount and balancing is the labor. Rush you through the esignature for the financing to make sure you do see this stuff. So little on their computer screen can't even see if they would rush you to begin with. Then told me it was a $80 buyout option for their financing, which sounds like if one would pay that before the 101days you wouldn't have to pay the interest. SMDH, turns out to be $120.Then they make your payments lower than the amount that it would take to get it paid off it that amount a time.Haven't reached out to them yet. Definitely going to though, " VERY VERY DISSATISFIED " and will never go there again and I'll tell everyone I know. Felt like I was scammed. I'll be in touch with them. If they make it right maybe I'll change my thoughts towards them. And to think I was considering spending quite a bit of money with them in the future. Not very beneficial for either one of the parties here. Thank you All

Have came here a few times through the years. Nothing but problems every single time. I always gave them chances to redeem themselves but not doing that anymore. The problem this time around is not the biggest I have had with this Big O but its the last.I came here for a front end alignment two weeks ago on Jan 29. After an hr and a half they came and got me and said they could not get my vehicle aligned. They could not tell me why just that maybe something was bent and they were maxed out on a few adjustments.I thought that doesnt sound right on my bone stock truck that has no modifications. So I decided to take a look myself when I got home. I jacked the truck up, checked all the tie rod ends and ball joints. All were tight as could be. Then I started looking at the adjustment cams themselves. They had completely maxed out my lower camber adjustments, IN THE WRONG DIRECTION.Ended up finding another shop in Louisville called Riggs Frame and Alignment. Made an appt and took the truck there on Feb 16. and told them my suspicions. They were able to quickly get the truck realigned correctly and confirmed the adjustments were maxed out in the wrong direction. Truck drives straight and true now with no issues.Immediately left Riggs and went back to Big O with Big O s alignment spec sheet with incorrect specs and the new sheet from Riggs showing correct specs to get a refund. Manager at Big O did kindly give me a full refund with no hassle.I appreciate the fact they gave me the refund but I will not be back.Edit 2/20/24: I see the reply from Big O where they say they would have happily made it right.However when I was in the store itself that day, their alignment tech said there was nothing he could do to bring my camber in to spec. He stated that he was out of room on the adjustment cams, which he had adjusted in the wrong direction as I said previously. He also stated he believed something such as the control arm itself was possibly bent keeping him from being able to adjust it to spec.Again, none of what Big O s tech said was right as confirmed by the second shop who had no issue whatsoever getting the camber in spec.So with all that said, I respectfully do not know how you (Big O) could have remedied the issue when your own tech said there was nothing else he could do. For that matter, he could have very easily put it back on the alignment rack and gave it another go while I was there if he so chose but he did not.Again, I would warn others, avoid the Corydon Big O like the plague. They may post nice replies on here but they do not know what they are doing in actuality.

Went in to have a tire plugged, employees told me it would be 30 minutes approximately for repair. Explained that I had to take my child to school and they proceeded to stand around and talk instead of starting on the repair. After 15 mins of this I decided to leave. Will not be returning. This used to be a good establishment and has went VERY FAR DOWNHILL

I went to the one in corydon to get a lifetime warranty tire replacement and the owner said he wouldn t do it, I been going there since they opened in corydon, I ll never go there again

Called about an oil change. "Come on in and we'll take of you." Upon arrival they were waiting on parts for a previous customer. After 45 minutes I inquired on their progress. "Oil change guy walked out." Then so did I.

This team did such a great job on my service requests. I had bought a truck with issues and they were able to diagnose and problem solved with ease... The balance they did is amazing giving the specs they had to deal with ... And even helped me through the trouble of sizing appropriate future purchase ... Great job team

Horrible service after ordering 2 new tires. After waiting over an hour and 15 minutes they said they ordered the wrong tires. They ordered the correct ones and I had to come back. They had lots of people complaining that day so I gave them the benefit of doubt.Realized a week later that they didn't replace the correct tires. I had to go back in for the 3rd time and argue that it was their mistake and they needed to make it good. After having to be stern, he finally agreed to replace the correct tire free of charge.

Giving 4 stars for last visit.Will say, if you don't want an entire grocery list for an older vehicles steering and suspension diagnosis, tell them. 1st time I sent mother in law in, she got sticker shock and let em rotate tires that shouldn't have been. No alignment bc she had a couple cheaper issues... but they priced oil leaks and other things that we aren't concerned with. 2nd time I went with. Explained that we knew about the other stuff and didn't need those quoted. Just need her alignment and what was needed for that. They understood the assignment well. Thanks again guys!

This was their second chance to make a good first impression. They failed to notify my son when his car was ready Labor Day weekend and needless to say he had to spend three and a half days without a vehicle because of that. Today I dropped my van off for scheduled appointment to get four tires and alignment and an oil change. I receive a phone call 3 hours later stating that I am in dire need of brakes my front and rear pads are completely metal to metal. I told them thank you for notifying me I'll be on my way momentarily. When I got there I advised them that just this past Thursday it got brand new pads and rotors. He said was that on the front or the rear I said doesn't matter because you told me front and rear both were metal to metal. There was a large following of people that was dissatisfied and unhappy with the customer service while I was there. What they did today was nothing more than lie in an attempt to steal extra money.I have contacted corporate. Apparently since this new ownership has taken over the places went downhill drastically. I will not use their services anymore. If I have any Big o tire warranty issues I will go to New Albany

Made appt for oil change, tire rotation, transmission flush. Prior to accepting my online appointment service guy called to confirm mileage. Agreed mileage correct for transmission flush and appointment set for 10am. Dropped truck 10am for all, 2pm call on my voicemail indicating oil change only cannot do transmission flush. Came into shop said guy not comfortable doing it, are you kidding me! Oh and oil change still not done 4.5 hours later...will never be back!

I haven't bought a product or service from here in years; however, when my tires were low last week (due to temp change), the staff aired them up for me. Free of charge, and with a smile. It was much appreciated! Will be back.

They didn't fix the car right and I took it back three times finally I had to take it to the car dealer and have them fix it ending up spending hundreds of dollars more because they screwed up not the work on my car. Beware they will lie to you about everything.

I've been going to Big O for a couple of years now anytime I need something fixed or looked at.Today, I woke up to a dead car, and 3 people told me that my alternator and battery were done. 3 amateur car people gave those opinions.Well, tow the car the Big O, and 30 minutes later they say it's all done and that all I owe them is $45 for the labor and replacement of a wire and a battery terminal that was corroded. And that was that. Easy fix and back on the road having fixed the real issue instead of my best guess.I told them the alternator and battery were likely dead. And they went above and beyond, did their due diligence to make sure, and checked the life left in both before starting the replacement. It turned out both were nice and healthy, and with a short investigation, the issue was quickly found.I'm not a major gear head, and given that my battery isn't visible without removing a tire and getting under the car, I would have never been the wiser. And any shop could have done what I asked, charged me $500-600, wasted 3 hours of my time, and pocketed the money. But Big O in Corydon is honest and has integrity to make sure what the customer thinks needs done is actually what needs to be done. Give em a call if you need something; they are wonderful people.

I loved going here. But after today's experience I won't be back. So much drama for an easy fix. I wasn't told about the need for "repairs" until after they were done. Then the "repair" that was "done", that I was charged for, was not done. Then they lied by telling my husband and I two different things.I will no longer be a customer.

While riding through Indiana my tire got a nasty flat and I had no spare. I contacted the store and despite them being right at closing time, the owner himself came and assisted me in getting a replacement tire so I could make my way home. He was very understanding of my situation and showed me much hospitality.

The new owners are absolutely amazing and very helpful. They made sure to go above and beyond to help me in my time of need. Came and picked me and my vehicle up and transported me to their shop and then made sure that everything was fixed right before leaving. No extra charge for the great hospitality and the prices were very reasonable. Great job Big O Tires!!! I will forever be a loyal customer.

My wife and I were on our way home, 1,000 miles of road trip left, and had some damage to our front tires Saturday of Memorial Weekend. I camped out early, waiting for them to open and made a pest of myself as the employees came to work (early). They started helping on my predicament before the hours of operation started and had us on our way in great time. I can't say enough about how good the customer service was. Thanks much guys!!
