They told me to come in at 4 o'clock. I set there until 5:38 and only got one tire done my truck set in there Shop for over 40 minutes for one tire. I understand it's a tire shop and sometimes there's wait time but there's no reason for me to wait 40 minutes after my truck is setting in their shop for one single tire.

Unbeknownst me, Autozone gave me the wrong side brake caliper and I couldn't get the air out. The mechanic at tire mart had my truck for like 2 minutes and told me what was wrong..Had it fixed in under an hour, returned the caliper to autozone for full refund. Tire mart mechanic did a great job..appreciated.

Incredibly lazy. Took my truck in for oil change and breaks. Was told they couldn t do my breaks because I didn t have the lug nut key needed. Seems lazy they wouldn t have something like that but whatever. Also previously asked to have my ac looked at and was told a certain person wasn t there so that wasn t possible. Again incredibly lazy. Over 1k worth of work they ll turn away for being lazy. Will be going somewhere else. Make sure YOU have the special things needed to get lug nuts etc off your car/truck cuz you certainly shouldn t expect a repair shop to have it LOL.

We got in a pickle and blew a trailer tire on the side of IN-70. Not only were they one of only two places within a hour drive that we could find the tire we needed, but they were the only one that cared about our situation and were willing to wait 10 minutes to close so we could gwt the tire and get back on the road. Very thankful for their customer service in our emergency.

They were really great even helped when we didn't have our lugnut key to replace the lugnut with one that didn't need it per my request will be back

I bought 4 tires and had them put on my truck. I was told after the installation that I needed tie rods, ball joints and alignment. $750.Took it to another machanic and I did not need the tie rods or ball joints. Tie rods were totally fine, no play it them at all. Boots were fine. As far as alignment, one wheel was out of alignment a very small amount.

Brought my truck in to have 2 new tires put on the front. Drove it for almost 2 weeks and started hearing weird noises. Come to find out they didn t tighten down the lug nuts on the passenger side at all. So now I have 2 snapped studs (hub assembly less than 7 months old) and 4 missing lug nuts. When I talked to them They asked me where I drove my truck and what was I doing in the city they picked it up in, accused me of trying to get free services, just didn t possibly see how it could have broken and been their fault. A tire shop that doesn t tighten lug nuts and then gives very rude customer service when you bring their mistake to them.

They tried aligning my truck, told me I needed new tie rods and some other parts before they could align it. I took my truck somewhere else and had it aligned with no issues and didn't have to replace my tie rods because they were still good.

What a joke, my car has been on the lift for well over an hour now to get 4 tires replaced. Earl at the counter says, "it takes this long because we clean the rim." HA. Don't waste your money here folks. Try County Tire in Cambridge, they'll have your tires changed in 15minutes. Or Goughs, or Don's here in Connersville. Anywhere but here.

Was on the road and had a flat, so put our spare on. We were able to get in, have a new tire put on our spare, at a fair price and on the road. Very nice guys to deal with. Thank you so much.

Was told I needed all tie rod ends inner and outer to get an alignment. Went to team automotive for second opinion and turns out I didn't need any tie rod ends. Wont go here again.

Usually have ok priced on tires. But not always fair priced on everything they offer there. But I will go back not many choices around Connersville
