Staff was a bit odd and not helpful. We were out there for an hour trying to look and let me just say walking around was dangerous. It was like walking through a maze. Once we finally found the parts we could use it took another hour to get it and staff didn't help much then when we finally got someone to help they messed up a bit of it. When we were carrying the door back to the front to pay the guy had us move so he could drive his vehicle back to the front. I would not recommend going to R & R Sales. I will never go there again because it was ridiculous.

What's my old galaxie doing in the yard? That things solid I just put 4000 dollars into that..that motor will run fine with some work.. why the hell would walt junk it?

My experience has been a real blessing Glen has been nothing but honest to me about every thing and every vehicle I have purchased from him and Melinda andJames also have been very honest and completely nice and respectful about any questions I had ask If it wasn't for God and R and R sales I wouldn't have a way to my Drs or any transportation and I thank God for them and if anyone says anything bad about Glen or R and R they just can't handle real people that are straight up but alot of other car salesman and sales women could learn from them God bless all of you at R And R and tbank upi sincerally from Peggy&StevenPickett

I have always got good deals there. The owner is just kind of a no b.s kind of guy and I think some people don't know how to take him. But always been honest with me. Even helped me out with a cheap vehicle to get back and forth to work untill I could afford something better. Seems to me that if you are just down to earth and honest with him he will be the same with you.,...........................................................Just to update on my review from a year ago. But since my last review of this place my oldest daughter saved up her money to buy her first car all on her own as soon as she was able to get her license. I took her her because I had always been treated fairly here. We was looking for something that was safe and easy for a new driver to handle that wasn't going to be horribly expensive with the thought in mind that she was likely to have an accident as a new driver. We found the perfect car for the perfect price and the car was actually in very good shape and had been taken fairly decent care of. We couldn't have bought this same car elsewhere without putting up a much larger amount of money. And sure enough she had her first accident and then the second and third and maybe a couple others I haven't been told about. The non scratched or dented body on the car now looks like a crimes soda can but the car still runs without a miss and I think After she gets another vehicle I will buy the car from her myself as a project car and restore it.

I ve been going here for a while and although the staff are kinda rude and strange it was good prices and deals... so I thought. Until today when I went to get a few things and had brought my own parts from home so I knew exactly what to get. I was searched and accused of stealing the parts and red the owner proceeds to steal MY parts. So now I m lost on what I need. If you re gonna search people leaving you need to search them coming in so it can be clarified what s been brought in to the junkyard. There was no reason to be as outright disrespectful and dirty like that but hey that s connersville for ya.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Extremely rude, i have no idea how they manage to keep customers. I have personally seen the owner yell at people that were doing nothing wrong...horrible business and horrible people. The decent reviews posted here must be posted by employees...js

Very helpful people, didn't have what I needed right on hand but they offered to look deeper and call me. Large selection of cars and trucks. If you need a part give them a try.

Swung by because the headlight assembly I purchased off Amazon were the wrong ones and thinking we'll I'll just go get a pair off a junker to get it running..... Junk price was the exact same amount as brand new price.. When I said there must be some mistake because new price is that price. Both office people in uniform rehearsed yelling. "Well go get them off the internet then" lol made me laugh and thanked them for there very valuable time (charging new price) and left lol

Friendly staff, reasonable prices and huge selection of different makes, models and years. Be prepared to walk a good amount if you go there.

As usual told one dang price get there and it's another price.when you question it Glenn red wants to fight and threatins you.thats why I quit going to him and whent to new Castle auto salvage or salsburry salvage in Richmond. Where prices are cheaper and thay keep there word, and you don't get threatened.i should never have went won't make that mistake again

The people r really rude and the owner doesn't keep his word on deals that he has mad wit people my buddy made a deal with him on a car for some parts but my buddy told him that he wanted the tires off of the car he was trading but never got them back and won't owner is saying he never made that deal I was there and yes he did don't trust them

Was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Was there taking off 4 jeep tires and trying buy or purchase them for my 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee TSI. Was looking in other junk cars for a 4 way to take them off. But the owner Glen Tried to say that we were going through all the other cars stealing stuff. So he personally escorted us out and banned us from R&R Sales/ Junkyard.... Told me he didn't care if we where good paying customers he would have us put in jail for $1.25

Mostly cheap car parts. Customer service could be much better though. Trying to get them to pick up a car for scrap is worse than pulling teeth. Employees and owner are all very very rude and disrespectful. Quite pathetic for a business to be run this way.

R&R is about the best junk yards that you go to to get parts they almost any and all car if you need something else on R place to get it and they're very reasonable on their prices I give my 5 star rating is what I get in good place to to go

Cars stacked on cars... About what you expect to see in a salvage yard. Friendly and reasonable staff. If you need it they probably got it, if not they might know where to look.

There is no organization its a mess out there and they have no idea where anything is. They tell you one price when you call and when you get there its way more expensive.
