I usually don't rate much, but this experience was top notch. New Year's Eve..half way between my trip from Indy to Ohio and had a nice leak in the side wall of the tire. Stopped numerous places to get air, of course getting a tire wasn't going to happen due to being closed on the eve. Because of 2 amazing Employees I was able to make it back home. They went out of their way to personally assist in an awful circumstance. Very thankful to have found this store with great people. Definitely deserve a raise and a wonderful new year/2021!

Bought some parts on Sunday they charged my account 2 times went back today to try to get my money back even showed them where it was taking out of my account twice and they still would not refund my money so I went to my bank and the bank manager called them and told them that they did take it out twice and they still would not refund my money so bank and I had to do paperwork to start legal process wouldn't let me post until I rated so I put 1 star only because I had to will never buy anything from them again

Car broke down right next to O'Reillys and one of the people in there knew exactly what they were doing and figured out that our ball joint in the wheels broke so I think O'Reillys chooses right when they hire.
