A simple repair turned into a very complicated repair due too hidden damage! Through it all the folks at CARSTAR kept me informed both by phone and e-mail. It was my 1st claim ever and I had no clue how insurance worked. I did nothing! CARSTAR handled everything. Customer service was outstanding! And when I picked my finished car it was perfect! Looked like it just came out of the showroom! If you don't like red tape,a lot of hassle and confusion go to CARSTAR. If you want your car to look like new, do yourself a favor and go to CARSTAR. 100% satisfaction!

Super friendly staff and professional! Gulley s did outstanding repair on my vehicle. The cherry on top was they detailed my car and it absolutely amazing. Great people and amazing work I highly recommend them, they won t disappoint!

I had an accident through no fault of my own. The driver had insurance. I went over there to get the damage assessed so that they could report it to other other driver's insurance company. Having never done this before, they were friendly, patient, understanding, and answered every question that I had. I highly recommend this business! Well deserving of my 5 star rating!

They were great. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my car was beyond repair but I would definitely take my vehicle there again if damaged.

I was very happy with the whole experience. Everyone there was very professional and friendly. They did everything, from dealing with the insurance, car rental, etc., to make this as easy for us as it could be. The car was perfect when we got it back and actually cleaner than when we dropped it off. I would highly recognize them to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I hit a truck side mirror that was laying in the road - dented the front/side of bumper. Brought it in to see what could be done. Jason Marshall was there and looked at it - said to come back the following week and he would have it taken care of "for nothing". I wasn't expecting that. I came back when he said to and he got it done. The only thing he wanted was for me to keep them in mind for if I need anything else. I definitely will. Much appreciated

My vehicle was recently involved in an accident. The manager made communication important and easy. I was treated with respect and the staff took amazing care to repair my Jeep to better than pre-accident. Work was impeccable. Answered all my questions and assured me that job would be completed correctly without shortcuts. The only body shop I will use. This is the second time we have used Gulley's to repair our car. Ice and trees took out our back window and side mirror. Within a few days, CARSTAR Gulley's had our repairs taken care of and we were back on the road!! They kept in touch with us the whole time so we knew what was going on and when the car would be ready. I highly recommend CARSTAR Gulley's Auto Body in Connersville. All the employees there are nice, but Jason is the guy we talked to the most. Super helpful, polite, and patient!! This place is great!Service: Body & Trim

10/10, I will forever go to Gulleys from now on, I hit a deer and Gulleys was listed on the approved shops for Liberty Mutual. They kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle repairs, I was able to turn my rental car in to them saving me lots of time and hassle. AND the best part, they cleaned and washed my vehicle!! The entire process with them and Liberty Mutual was easy and stress free!!! Thanks a lot:)Service: Body & Trim

These guys are great! They worked with my insurance company and I didn t have to do anything. They got a rental car for me and did awesome job repairing my Mazda. Definitely recommend!

My boyfriend use to work here and says Elson Hobbs (owner) and Jason Marshall (worker) are the most honest people he's ever met. I've been ripped off at several other garages but I don't have to worry about that here. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else if I can help it. Good and fair prices and last time I was there Jason buffed my headlights for free. Thank you Gulley's!
