I would not recommend the Service Department to anyone. My truck was there for 3 Days and they told me according to the Ford Handbook that my Truck would need major repair costing thousands of dollars. I even asked them to check for leaks in the charge air cooler Tube. They said there was no leak. I took it to a more experienced professional Ford Dealer and there was clearly a crack in the tube. When asked to remedy the situation service manager Greg Conley hung up on me and refused to answer the phone. I was contacted by the owner Curry Meece. He told me he d look into it and never got back to me. Terrible service and matching customer service. Worst experience with a Ford Dealer by far.

I needed a part, and it wasn t in stock, but they were able to have it available for me in less than 24 hours! Great service, and not too bad of a price! Thanks for your help!

Not interested in customers, just making every cent they can on a car to sell.Offered us less than half of our cars trade in blue book value even though the car was in excellent condition with 20,000 fewer miles on it than averaged.Wouldn't deal with us unless we went through Ford financing so they could make money even though we already had our own pre-arranged.Went to Groce auto and got a fantastic deal in a far superior car.Service department is the only saving grace here. The guys are friendly, concerned about your vehicle and want to help. The parts manager is one one of the most helpful parts dealer that I have contacted. Went above and beyond to find me a part I was looking for.Although I appreciate and continue to use the service department here, I cannot recommend the sales department at this time.

Best car buying experience I've ever had, by far. James McDaniel and the rest of the staff were great from start to finish. Definitely the lowest stress process of any dealership out there.

great local ford store to buy or get service at just needs Saturday hours for oil changes and tire rotations and minor maintenance

The service department is SO slow! Had a scheduled app for 8 a.m. was early even. First in line and still took 2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation! I will not go back there, ever!

Worst place in the world to buy a car or truck. They lie and conive people then dont wanna give you anything for a trade in. Very poor service. Recommend you buy a Toyota better trucks and cars. Plus Toyota most up front people there are to do business with.
