The guys that work here do not know how to communicate very well on part of availability. I asked if a girl cap was in stock. When I arrived he says he needed to know which motor it was for but neither one of them was in the store to walk out with. Why does the motor matter if neither of them are in stock!!!! Don't go out of your way to come here go to another store maybe even out of town. The guys here are nothing like the store in Shelbyville, the store in Shelbyville guys that can communicate part availability with customers clearly.

Out of the big chain box stores hands down this is in my opinion the best place, may be a little bit more pricey on some things but all around better than the others.

The store is nicely arranged and has a large amount of product in a small space. The people are nice but the computer ultimately tells them what to sell you. Some of their employees cannot cross check part numbers between manufacturers. One would think this to be a critical skill in this business.

I used to go to Autozone for all my automotive needs but a few times I was closer to Advance Auto Parts so went there. I must admit I was not expecting such great service and knowledgeable people there. They make sure to get what you need without seeming to rush you. Each time I have went I am more impressed with this store and makes me want to return.I still shop other places, but I find myself going out of my way to go to this store for my purchases.

Everywhere is little different now due to the covid-19. However my experience was great found what I wanted was greeted by clerk and taken care of in a timely manner.

They replaced my difficult install batter on a 9 degree day without a complaint. Always friendly service from Mr Gough and Mr Begley.

They never give the right part. And if you order online it will show it's there but when you drive all the way to get it they cant find it
