I have a camaro 2011. I always took care of my car since I bought it almost brand new and on April 3,2024, in the Cole Parking garage in downtown Columbus a foolish person intentionally scratched my car from front light to tail light on the passenger side. My neighboor, a very nice guy, told me to talk to Grant. I did it. I was almost crying to see my car like that and Grant was very honest. Instead of going ahead a suggesting to paint the whole passenger side of my car, he recommended to wet sand. But he was clear, telling me that eventually something from the damage could remain. He did a great job, almost everything was removed but not all, because the foolish was too mean and it was too deep in few spots! I will see if I can live with the remains of the scratch and if I decide to repaint I will have Grant doing that for me. His transparency and honesty are remarkable.

I had an issue with my car's hood not shutting and engaging the lock completely. After struggling for hours, I took the car to Voelz and they fixed it in minutes. They literally saved my day.

replaced front bumper on my 99 white corvette conv. several years ago. car is garage queen, has about 40 miles since work was done it was over $1100. dollars. the paint is starting to fall off in several places car has absolutely not been in a accident, very disappointing.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was hit in a parking lot with the person taking off. I took my car to Voelz and Grant noticed most of the damage was just transfer paint from the other car. He took my car in immediately, polished the paint off and used touch up paint to fill in the area that my paint was scuffed. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and he didn't charge me anything. I will forever recommend Voelz to my friends and will never use another repair shop. Amazing experience.Service: Body & Trim

I worked with Greg Giles to get my vehicle fixed. Really couldn t have had a more professional experience with him. They do great work here. I don t recommend any other shop, just go here. A+

March 2021, I have a late model Ford F150 that had front end damage (hood, grill, bumper, and air conditioner condenser). Not being from the area or living here long, my insurance company had Voelz Body Shop listed as a preferred repair facility. I had an estimate and scheduled my vehicle for repairs once all the parts arrived. I'm a very detailed andfussy about my vehicles. I worked with Nicole and explained that my prior experience with other repair shops was that they broke more then they fixed, and that it would take a number of trips back to the repair shop to get the problem corrected. Nicole ensured me that my vehicle would be perfect the first time, but I'd heard that a hundred times from other repair facilities. Nicole kept me informed on the progress of repair. The day soon arrived that my vehicle was ready, I was very nervous that I would be disappointed with the quality of their workmanship. I arrived at the Body Shop armed with a flashlight and looked over the job with a fine toothed comb. All I found was a beautifully detailed truck that had been repaired perfectly! Now each time I look at my newly repaired pickup I smile at how nice it turned out! Thank you Nicole, Staff, and Technicians that put all that effort into doing the job correctly and professionally. Nicole delivered on her promise that my truck would be perfect!Service: Painting

Simply put...THIS SHOP IS THE BEST!! Amazing body work on my 2010 Dodge Journey...can t even tell anything ever happened to it! They go above and beyond what s expected of a body repair shop. Their customer service is above and beyond friendly! If you ever have a car...truck or suv that needs body repair...don t even think about anyplace else...TAKE IT HERE! I had a dent in the back of my truck. Grant was great to work with. They gave me a competitive quote, they worked with my insurance company and did an excellent job of repairing the dent, and I got my truck back a day ahead of schedule. I hardly had to do anything. It was a great experience from start to finish.

They did a great job. Very close to promise schedule. Very easy to work with. Took care of everything with insurance without any attention from me. My second accident repair with them and I would go back for sure.

Sadly, this isn't our first (or probably last) repair with Voelz Body Shop. Every experience has been fantastic and this recent one was no different! We were unlucky this time to be hit on I-65 by a deer running from the median. Grant and team were able to get the car in quickly and were in communication throughout the process. The car looks as good as new. We have and will continue to recommend them every time!

These guys are amazing, called the other day about getting my carbon hood installed. Told me to bring it in and they would get it done in a timing matter. Got there with the hood and in 20 mins I was done and looking great. They are very professional and did an amazing job if you have a high end car or project they will treat you right. thanks guys

The people who work here are absolutely amazing. I was quoted 500 dollars at the Toyota dealership to open an inoperable trunk, Voelz did it for free. They refused all offers from payment, that is how much you can trust there guys. As long as I am anywhere close to this store, I will be back here for anything my car may require.

I went to Voelz for what I thought was going to be a $1000 plus project on my husband s truck, but Greg was able to make the truck look great again without replacing anything at all. The people at Voelz are kind and not looking to overcharge. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Brought in my car after a minor bumper collision through Statefarm Insurance. I went to a few other places in town when I got my quotes. This place had the best customer service. The person doing the quote did a wonderful job answering all my questions. Dropped my car off on a Monday and I was able to pick it up Wednesday morning. If I were paying for my car rental during that time that would have saved me a ton of money :). The work looked great and matched the old paint well. Will update if the paint job does not hold up.

Had a terrible experience there. Went to the shop and got an really expensive estimates compared to other high quality shops in Bloomington. Also they were gonna use used part. I think the shop is super overrated by reviews online. The fact is Voelz is the only decent shop in Columbus and they got take it or leave it attitude that one of the estimators Nicole doesn t even take or return my call about scheduling when she promises to. Very disappointed!!! If you car is still drivable with the damages, I highly recommend you to consider shops in Bloomington or Indy

I went to Voelz to install body side moldings for my new CRV. Staff was excellent. So helpful and best servicing. They gave the service for free of cost. They treated me as a friend. I like the people over there.

The customer service was top notch! Took my car in to get a quote, they called me when the parts were in, and it was taken care of very quickly. My car looks like nothing ever happened. Highly recommend Voelz Body Shop.

They did good work on my car but it took what I thought was a long time(3 weeks) to fix a pretty simple problem. Very friendly staff. They even washed my car to make even my tires shine.

They repaired cracked seam sealer and paint that was peeling. They kept me informed and did an excellent job. Cannot tell any issues were ever present. Highly recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I have used this shop twice. No problems. Insurance knew them. Everything went smoothly. Quite happy. Hopefully not but would use again if needed.

The owner is neither military nor customer friendly. Charged us an extra $100 on a $170 repair, without out consent. Then when I called to complain, he proceeded to cuss at me. This is real and the place is not professional. The receptionist was polite though.

They took my Silverado and made it look brand new like it come off the car lot in 2009 was some of the best work I've seen such a great professional business and such a great friendly atmosphere and employees I would highly recommend them to anyone thanks again voelz

I damaged my bumper and came in for an estimate. They were very nice. After the estimate, he offered to pop the bumper back into place, to prevent further damage. The repairs were estimated to take 3 days, but only took a day and a half.

BAD BAD BAD!!! Dropped truck off for repairs on Jun 15 with a pick up date of Jun 24. Went in on the 25th to find work had not even started. They said it was due to insurance not getting back to them about pricing differences. Yeah, not even a call to me to let me know of the delay. So I called the insurance company. Insurance company stated that they were told by VOELZ that the work was completed already! What a scam! Stay away from this company! Ridiculously terrible Customer Service and their quote was twice what the insurance quote was. I mean i understand being a little higher but double. Lastly I had a gas cap door quoted (since I thought they would already be painting the truck) $280... For the little door that covers the gas cap!?! Really!?!!!!

Wouldn't even consider taking one of our vehicles elsewhere! They have ALWAYS been professional, explain things so that we understand, punctual, top notch work! Grant and Jeff and everyone else that works there are always friendly!
