First time going to SAK and I was more than impressed. Super friendly staff, affordable prices, and a job well done. We've had several vehicles repaired at SAK, and have been satisfied every time. Scott provides quality service, great communication and reasonable pricing. They are accurate on estimating the turn around time for repairs, and actually FIX the problems. They are an honest, hard-working family business and we will continue to do business with them!

Everything that we have ever gotten replaced on our vehicles by them have never given us problems again. Excellent friendly service from these guys. Scott is always very straightforward and informative with our vehicles' diagnosis and helps us come up with the best solutions for our budget. We highly recommend.

I tried SAK after a bad experience at another shop in Columbus. I will always return. Scott is a great guy, always taking time to understand the problem, then explaining the fix before going ahead. It's a small family shop with a lot of integrity, fair prices and great attitude!

I highly recommend them to everyone. They do really good work, always reasonably priced, never rip you off, they are good at explaining everything, and are always good about calling to keep you up to date with what's going on. I had my car taken in the day after a busy holiday and they fixed it up and had it back to me that evening. Never had bad service from them. You won't be disappointed.

I could not be happier with my experience here! They fixed the issue with my car in one day, and I was particularly impressed with how polite and knowledgeable everyone was. I spoke with three different people throughout the day, and their kindness was unmistakable. Five stars!

Excellent service and very friendly, btw the price was fantastic. Took my Honda in on Monday for a brake job (Midas wanted $1100 to do the work) and later that day was notified that it was finish. The bill was only $200. Highly recommend them.

I've lived in Columbus for almost 5 years but haven't needed my car wheels aligned until recently. The shop I usually go to doesn't do alignments so I took my car to SAK based on their reviews and price.The steering wheel in my car (recently acquired, used car) seemed loose and slightly off center, and I know it hadn't been aligned for a long time, so I figured getting the wheels aligned would be a good idea. The reason I rate 2 stars is because when I came to pick up the car they didn't tell me what the alignment measurements were before they aligned the wheels (i.e. how misaligned the wheels were) - they just said "the left was just a little off". They said they didn't save/print the measurements and couldn't pull them back up. They weren't rude necessarily - just kind of short (didn't seem to have much time for me) and I would say a little unprofessional because of the whole situation. Then once I started driving the car again the steering wheel wasn't any better than before. They said if they were able to find the measurements then they would print them off and call me, but that never happened. While I think it's completely possible that this is an honest shop (i.e. they actually did align the wheels...) and were just busy and a little unorganized, it would have been great that if when they found out it didn't need to be aligned they didn't do anything or make me pay $70 for something that didn't fix anything... Or at least tell me what they thought the steering wheel issue was.Hopefully you get my point: paid $70 for something that I wasn't given measurements/verification of, and which didn't fix anything... =/

These guys are great. I had a bad speed sensor that was preventing 4 wheel drive from engaging. The first shop I called wanted to charge $128 ($64 x 2) just to read the faults. That shop said it was 2 different computers they had to read. SAK Automotive put on a fake sensor, cleared the faults and then the 4 wheel drive engaged. Only one computer read required. A new sensor is on the way. Scott gets all my business from now on!

I haven t been to many mechanics in Columbus but i cam for sure trust this place with any problem with my vehicle. They fixed my breaks awhile back and this time my air valve. Very nice helpful people here

They took 2 weeks to fix my brake line,then they charged me $600 to do it. It has been a year and I have to get my brakes fixed again!
