On behalf of everyone in my ASI Community Wellness office, we would like to thank RNR Tire in Columbus for their speedy repair on our company Van tire. Payton got someone here at our office to pick up the tire, repair it and put it back on our van. So grateful for all of those involved in RNR ... outstanding service !! 10 out of 10 would recommend !!

Every time I have needed help with tires, RNR has come through! They are helpful when I have questions before I bring the car in, efficient while I am there waiting on service and polite at checkout. I highly recommend RNR Tire and will definitely be back!!

Tires and Rims are an investment, of that there is no doubt, so when my best friend recommended going to RNR Tire, I had to check into it. Wednesday I went to do just that. Convenient! Not far away, a good location, and easy to find. First time I have had tires put on all the way around in a very long time. Jeremy, put me at ease with the process. Once it was all set and done and my new wheels were ready, I was excited and very happy with the set I bought. The added benefits that go along with the tires, (maintenance and protection for the tires and rims definitely are worth it). I m working with Jeremy, I felt at ease, to me everything was clearly explained and he answered any questions I had. I went in on Friday to do the final alignment and torque adjustment and the ride in my vehicle was BETTER than the initial visit. I would definitely recommend RNR Tire based on this experience to others.

What can I say, definitely the best experience we've had at a tire shop, Justin and Jeremy are top notch! They took care of both our vechiles in a timely manner and although I feel the went above and beyond to get the right wheels at the right price they acted like it was nothing, that it was there duty to offer that type of service! Thanks again RNR tire and your amazing staff!

Great place and customer service! Ran over a hexhead screw while on the job and they were able to not only fit me in but complete the repair quickly. Absolutely worth it!

Thanks so much to Jeremy and his crew. My mother and I were Christmas shopping in Columbus, about 1 hr and 30 minutes from home and we got a flat tire! We pulled in and in no time they had us fixed up. It's been 2 months and the patch is still going strong! Thanks Jeremy you guys are the best!

Justin was able to get my car in and get 4 new tires put on for me so fast! They didn t have my size tires anywhere I have called and they didn t either but offered to order them online, no other place cared enough to do that for me. Thanks RnR! The Columbus store is the best!

Amazing and quick service! I came to RNR Tire because I was unsure why my tire was losing air. They quickly took me in even though I didn t have an appointment. They were able to find that a nail was stuck in my tire and fixed it for me. It took less than 30 minutes and I was out of there! Justin and Joe were great help and so kind.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. (When I am most definitely not when it comes to anything pertaining to cars)They got me in for a next day appointment to install my new wheels. Payments are definitely reasonable.

I needed a replacement wheel balanced real quick as my daughter bent the drivers front rim hitting a curb. She had to head for work in the next hour so the guys were real busy but got the tire done in about 10 minutes. Great service and really nice crew.

Easy transaction easy group of people to work with. Will be using them again for future project cars. Their easy payment options were great for those of us who don t pack around a stack of maxed out credit cards. This was my second set of tires through this location. These guys are awesome. I live directly between two different locations and we make the drive to Columbus to deal with Justin and the team there? We will be back again

I showed up with a wheel I could not get off and they worked tirelessly (ha-ha!) to remove it for me. The lounge was comfortable and the free hot coffee was an awesome bonus! I will absolutely come back for all of my tire-related issues in the future.

I paid every week on my account all the way until I got down to $210. And then I ran into some personal problems, and did not talk to R&R for like 2 weeks, whenever I got back in touch with them I told them what had happened and they paid my tires off for me. I've never heard of a commercial company doing that in my life. They are amazing, they are awesome. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I walked in without an appt. And was promptly greeted by a few gentleman who were very friendly and ready to help! I explained my issue, and they jumped on it and had it fixed in no time! While I was there they noticed that I m going to need new tires and went ahead and quoted me! Big plus- they didn t pressure me into buying them! Appreciate the prompt friendly service!Thanks again!

Awesome service! Thankful they were able to take a look at my slow leaking tire on a busy, snowy Friday afternoon and make the repair even though my tires were stock. Will definitely be back when its time for a new set.

To start off I want to thank the whole team at the store, everyone was super friendly. Jeremy (think that s his name not good with them) was an awesome salesman. He helped me picked out a different set of rims and I loved how they came out. He was super friendly and patient also was very communicative which you don t get much nowadays with these kinda stores. Just want to say thanks again to the workers here and Jeremy for helping get the right rims for my car.

My husband brought my car in to have my tires checked. Up until this point if the weather was cold my tire would go down. He explained to RNR what the problem was and they fixed it!!!! We have had this problem for over 3 years. It has now been over 2 months and we have not had to blow up the tire one time since taking it to RNR. THANK YOU!!! You and your staff are so friendly, helpful and professional!!!

I highly recommend using RNR for all your Tire and Wheel needs. Their service is outstanding. Their showroom is extremely clean with a great customer area including free wifi. I was in Columbus to install a shower and upon arriving to the jobsite I heard an awful hissing sound, clearly I deemed it to be a SHITuation. I found a screw sticking right out of my tire What do you do in these SHITuations? Panic? Cry? Pray? At first I done what everyone else would do (or should do) and I googled professionals to help me. Quickly I found what I was looking for but Dr Phil s personal phone number is not accessible on the open internet. But after quickly thinking of my best next option I came across RNR in Columbus and called them for a tire patch they told me the price and I was ready to snatch that tire off and walk it if I had too! AMAZING PRICES!!!! after trying to take the tire off I broke the dang cheap jack that came with the car. So .. I called back! Nervously I asked Hey do you guys do field work? The guy on the phone questioned, what do you mean by field work? So I explained to him what was going on, and how I m only here for the day to do work and I m in a pinch and they sent out Alejandro to assess MY problems bless them but they made the process so much less stressful by coming out to where I was, removing the tire, patching the tire and even replacing some rusty lug nuts for free! All in all I will say they are the superior tire company in Columbus! 50 stars to these guys!
