We always have great service at RLC. When we bought my truck a few years ago, we took it here first thing. They fixed us right up with a hard shell bed cover, running boards, Rhino Liner, a tailgate bar light, and the under glow lighting. Love the look of my truck with all the goodies on it. Thinking about new rims in the future and we will go to RLC!

Brett has gone out of his way to help us on our 3 truck builds. They did a great job and the trucks look fantastic. I would highly recommend RLC to my friends and anyone interested in customizing their vehicles. Thanks again for the great service! RLC does a great job, red truck is the latest truck they did for me, 2 inch leveling kit. An window tint. Grey truck was done 7 years ago, which is a recent picture, the day I traded it in on the red.

RLC really helped me out!!! I had a flat tire, put my spare on, and I was on my way. They were so kind, professional, and courteous. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. My new tire came in the next day and they had it on quickly. I would very highly recommend them!

The best around for lift kits, tires, wheels, and knowledge of products. Brett and his staff provide the best customer service, honesty, and deals for any mods you desire. Highly recommend all their services and will definitely be a returning customer! Thanks for the 6 inch Superlift, 35 inch AMP tires, and 20 inch Moto Metal Wheels, and detail!

Absolutely the BEST in the business. Brett knows exactly how to make sure your ride is outfitted with the best and most awesome looking aftermarket gear out there. Roberta is a pleasure and follows up with everything in a timely manner. They take care of you here and want to EARN your business. Brett helped me decide on how to equip my Jeep Wrangler. We did a Rustproofing, protective Rhino undercoating, 15" wheels, and Falken Tires (33"). Trail armour on the running panels, tinted windows and really tied it all together with a 4" lift and new bolt on fender flares. I couldn't have asked for a better looking ride and will ALWAYS recommend friends and family to swing by and see Brett and his team.

Have taken 3 vehicles to get tinted windows and a pick up truck to get rhino lining. Great great work done on my vehicles. I 100% recommend. The only thing i complain about would be the attitude of the lady at the counter.

Very straight forward and to the point, had my dodge charger windows tinted, very professionally done! No complaints on my end at all, reasonably priced and timely. Had my car back the same day. This isn't the first time I've gone to them and certainty wont be the last! Thank you RLC.

Extremely dissapointed with RLC. Instead of being a true 4x4/4WD business, they appear to only be interested in selling and working on their own products - much like the Chevy and Ford dealerships down the road. If it's not something they sold you - doubt they'll give you the time of day. After all, they don't need your business, and the low revenue isn't worth the hassle. I recommend that you take your business elsewhere. In good faith, I gave them 3 opportunities:(1) Attempted to purchase tires but the warehouse was out of stock with no replenish date....so I jumped on Amazon and had them delivered in 3 days.(2) Called RLC to schedule tire mount and balance but they refused since they didn't sell me the new tires.Got them mounted at a conventional tire shop where I probably paid less.(3) Called RLC and scheduled for alignment. Dropped off vehicle at RLC and left. Received a call that they would not align my Jeep because of mixed components (Fox, Skyjacker). Stated it would never run smooth since it was raised 6" and blah, blah, blah. Spent 5 min trying to sell me one of their very own lift kits.(4) Took a Saturday and adjusted it myself. Rides smooth at 80 mph.Wasted my time at RLC and another 7 min writing this review.

Staff seem very friendly and knowledgeable. They are obviously busy, but I wish they would get quotes back sooner. I'm starting to get quotes elsewhere and piecing it together myself.

When I bought my truck the right front was rubbing on inner fender. Was advised by dealership to take it there to have torsion bars raised an inch and have it aligned. Upon picking up my truck it steered the same. After 2 days the right front was rubbing just as bad as it did before they "fixed" it. So I got to looking around. Their "fix" was to cut the inner fender. I didn't spend this kind of money on a newer truck to have it hacked on by someone. I was told they were the best around. I'm convinced they're not. Lady at front counter was very rude and crude like she didn't have time to talk to me. After seeing some of the trucks there I guess I just wasn't spending enough money there to them to care about my truck. I won't ever go back and I will fix the truck myself and then have it aligned somewhere else. Not impressed at all.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Absolute awful customer service, First they lost my bed cover and had to wait 3 days with no call or contact from them. they also scratched my bran new truck and tried to play it off. Roberta the mother of the owner of RLC had the Gull to say I was bitchen about there bad job, but how is that my fault. I will say the product itself was great but the customer service was very poor.Service: Body & Trim

Love this place! They don't really advertise that much for window tinting. But, they do an excellent job and usually is the cheapest in town.

Before I rated RLC highly based on reputation, and the fact they worked with me after messing up a part of my F150s front end (forgot to tighten my front lug nuts after a rust proofing service). I made the call to rust proof my truck due to it belonging to my Dad before, who lost his fight with cancer in July. After the mishap, Brett replaced the rotors and pads on the house, and didn t charge me for labor to replace the wheel hub (which is somehow a deal considering I wouldn t need a hub had this not happened). That said, the problem is bad and progressively getting worse. Almost none of the original issues are fixed, and the last time they forgot to even call me when the vehicle was done because we forgot to grab your number . I hate leaving bad reviews, but honestly no part of this process has been easy, cheap or painless. I have spent $950 between parts and labor at this point.I will 100% admit to having a friend try and help with the labor in between. I say try, because he ended up putting a brake pad on backwards. Brett didn t have to help after that, and did.But. Once again. To my original point. I wouldn t have to emergency change a brake pad at 7:30pm following drill an hour away from home, had there not been an issue in the first place. (We realized there was a deeper issue when one of my lug nuts was missing before we even took the wheel off). All I wanted to do is pay a little bit to save money from rust in the future, and I ve now sunk almost $1,000 into my Dad s truck, left it overnight on three separate occasions, only for the original damage to still be there.

I called RLC and made an appointment. They got me right in. They gave me great advice and helped me find the perfect set up for my Jeep Gladiator. They finished my truck in a day and did an amazing job - wheels, tires, bed cover, hitch. They are a quality / local / family owned business.

I ordered a camper shell for my truck thru them and it took almost 3 months to get it in which is not their fault but after it finally came in they called and set up appointment. I dropped off my truck and was supposed to pick it up the next day. Instead I got a call from them saying that it wasn't ready because Leer sent the wrong clamps. I had to wait a week before my done. I know it's not their fault that leer sent the wrong clamps but they should have checked to make sure they had all the right parts before they setting up a appointment with me. Then since they were going to have my truck anyways I wanted them to put in a 7 pin trailer wiring harness, And a brake controller. They did fine on the brake controller but on the 7 pin they only hooked up 5 of the 7 wires. Stating that I wouldn't need them to pull my camper. It doesn't matter if I need them for my camper I asked for a 7 pin not a 5 in the form of a 7 pin. You dont know what I need it for in the future. And I could use those on my camper. They give my 100 dollars off for the camper shell. But not without saying it's not our fault but it's not your fault either. Well I disagree it is your job to check to make sure you have everything before you set up an appointment.

Made a deal initially with Roberta on four wheels, tires and a spare tire, then Brett changed it at the last minute and said no to the spare, that it would cost extra. Poor communication between the two of them. Not sure who's in charge.

I called them to get me OEM fender flares they quoted me a different price the first time then when I called the second time she said they don t come in my color of paint they would have to paint them so I said ok because did not know at the time. which they do come in my color. I called the bushwacker and they said my color is available very popular color. The reason I called is because when I got ready to wash it they were loose. I live an 11/2 away from the store they asked me to bring it back but I just don t have time. I ll have them fixed somewhere else I don t feel I should have to fix them for what I was charged and take another 3 hours out of a day. They just didn t want to order them painted I guess but I will do my Do diligence next time. They are 699.00 through bushwacker with free shipping and they charged 1200 and change should have been 800.00 and change I feel they lied about the whole ordeal I won t be taking my vehicles over there any more.Service: Body & Trim

Nice people. Our truck bed cover that we bought from them was giving us problems, we went back and they adjusted it, no charge.

Had truck leveled, bigger tires and window tint. Upfront communication was great. Had work done, forgot to tint windows, forgot to re-aim headlights, forgot to tie back wheelwell liners and forgot to reset tire pressure sensors. Had to drive back to get wheelwells and sensors done. I aimed headlights and got tint done elsewhere. Lack on quality control. They acted like it was no big deal for their oversights.
