My truck broke down Brent and his son came to the rescue and have been more than a mechanic bad news about truck.... Motor big issues thanks Strickland Brothers oil had about 42 k in it now it's yard art but they have went way out of there way to help!! I would give them a 10 star..... Not many people like these folks

Used to work here and can happily stand by the work all these technicians do. Eric is a great guy and a hands on owner happy to explain what s truly going on. Won t find a better quality place or price than right here

I have only been there twice and both time the customer service was excellent. They did great work on my vehicle, did not try to sell me work that was not needed, have fair prices, and have been very honest. I will be back and will recommend to everyone.

Positive used to be my shop of choice, but something has changed with them. Not as friendly as they used to be, nor are they as thorough as they once were. Maybe running 2 shops is a bit too much for them.

I've had them work on my truck and my brother and his wife have had couple of theirs in there ..... affordable prices....good work...not $100/hr in labor like most shops try to charge....I would recommend positive performance any day

Worthless liars don't do any of what they say they will do have a warranty and they want money from me before they would do anything they lied about needing authorization they lied about the time frame and they threaten me cause I was upset cause they have had my car for 3 weeks and all they have done is push it to the back save your money go somewhere where they care about you and not trying to rip you off or make you get fired because they don't want to do any work WORTHLESS MECHANICP S THIS IS A REAL CUSTOMER REVIEW OVER THE WORTHLESS MECHANIC CALLED POSITIVE PERFORMANCE

This is not a reputable business. They promised they had lots of experience working on my truck. I asked them can you guys fix the valve cover since I was leaking oil and instead they took their own judgment and replaced only the valve cover gasket. Long story short they were oblivious of where the leak was coming from and they took the easy route to only replace the gasket. 3 weeks go by and I almost blew my engine due to low oil in the engine. Don t waste your time or money with this inexperienced shop.

Eric and his guys always check my vehicle and tell me all that needs fixed . Depending how much the cost , I ask him to fix what it needs to be safe on the road . Always great service at a good value . I highly recommend positive performance for any of your car repairs

Very good service ... solved 2 problems that the dealer at Hyundai tried to sell us $1000+ of maintenance to fix. Honest and efficient would describe service here at Positive Performance!
